The photos don't do the house justice. The pool is larger than what you see in the listing. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay and is very clean.

We had a great stay at Luis’s place! The house was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, safe area and just a short walk to the Malecón, which made exploring super convenient. Luis was a great host—very responsive and available to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Good location and the house perfectly delivers what it promises. It has enough air conditioning for the size of the house. The pool and patio furniture seem excellent to me. I think it could use a few more kitchen utensils, but we were able to manage without a problem.

Walking distance to major superstore and good food . To Make it to the beach was a quick 10-12 walk or a fast 3-4 min car ride for anywhere between $5-$10 depending on time of day and number of people . It was a good location

The house is very nice and comfortable. Clean and tidy. The pool looked a little dirty, but everything was fine. We arrived very easily, and there is a small store on the corner with the essentials. It's close to Soriana and Sam's, and there are some taco stands nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clear instructions, everything was very clean, the pool was beautiful, all the beds were fully equipped as described, and the whole house was very functional. We also use the garage to park our car. Also, it is very close to the nightclub area, so everything is close by.

Without a doubt, the best option we could get, the house is well located, 100% clean, places to eat and buy things accessible, communication always available and everything wonderful, there is internet although it is not listed. And the pool is bigger than it looks in the photos, the place is wonderful.

Excellent home with pool that is minutes away from the Malecon, Sam’s Club, Soriana. Enrique is an excellent host and replied back quickly. Highly recommend this house when in Mazatlan.

Basic Vaction home. No towels and very minimal amenities. However, it's an extremely nice home... Location, location, location. Extremely convenient location. Mr Enrique is also super fast with communication.

Good location and the pool is excellent

The house is very nice. We really liked our stay there. The location is a few blocks from the promenade by the “Valentinos” nightclub (now Onaki). We were very comfortable, they only took a little time to hand over the keys and we had already planned a walk that we had to delay, I think it was a lack of communication on our part, from there outside very friendly at all times and the house is just like the photos. Excellent service👏🏻

Enrique’s house is gorgeous! Very spacious and clean, including the pool. My family and I would love to come back to Mazatlan and stay there again. We placed our vehicles in the garage and walked to the beach and to the Malecon. Totally recommend it!
