The place was beautiful. We met some great local people. The place is in a great central location and a short walk to the beach.

Absolutely a great spot very comfortable, clean looked like the pictures with amazing surroundings. Great host, very responsive and informative. Would stay there again!

Excellent place, location, security, privacy, and above all, the friendliness of the staff. The place's impeccable cleanliness makes me want to come back many more times. I have traveled extensively, staying in many places, but none as clean and well-equipped as this one.

Joanna’s place was great, the Pacifico community is beautiful and peaceful, great place to stay with family or friends, you can say that the community it is at the heart of el Coco beach but the apartment is located far from the main road, walkable distance to everything you need, but still far from any noise, there is one restaurant on the floor below Joanna’s apartment so if you want to have a traditional Costa Rican Breakfast (Gallo Pinto) you don’t need to go very far! The apartment was great, very clean, very spacious, very secure, the amenities provided were also great, the place is just as described.

Great location in a safe and welcoming area. The condo was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were good for a comfortable stay. It’s also conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and everything you need, which made getting around very easy. Special Places Property Management and Joanne were quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had a question. The ocean is just a short distance away, about a 10 min walk, making it easy to enjoy the beach, sunsets, and everything the area has to offer. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

We had an amazing time at Joanna’s place in coco beach. We were traveling with our 18 month old toddler and it was the perfect location for her and us. We played in the pool every day and there are tons of shallow areas that are very child friendly. We enjoyed walking into town in the evenings for dinner and ice cream. The beach is also walkable and a nice spot to relax and watch the sunset and play in the sand. Joanna’s place was absolutely spotless. We felt very comfortable here. Muchas gracias.

Joanna was a great host… she provided clear instructions and was very helpful. The condo was great… clean, great location, nice amenities… all as advertised. Highly recommend this place!

Joanna’s place is exactly like described. Special Places vacations and Joanna have excellent response times to any issues. The condo was spotlessly clean and not cluttered. Traveling with 21 month old was easy. The condo was equipped with all his needs. Joanna has upgraded the balcony furniture from photo on listing. Everything else is what is on listing.

Great Location we enjoyed our day had all of the items when we need for a beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at Joanna’s place. There were three huge swimming pools with a small drink and food restaurant poolside. They were also tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a basketball court and a soccer field. My six-year-old grandson had a blast.

Great location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, the apartment is super clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Highly recommended
