Actually, the house is better than in the photos. It has everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days. The hosts were very accessible, and the bonus of the immediate response to grant my husband easy access to the beautiful pool on the terrace was great. Thank you 🙏🏻. He was able to enjoy it without any hassle, and they were always very attentive with everything. We will definitely be back soon. ☺️

Exceptional stay! The accommodation is well located, a little away from the center, which is busier, without being too far away. Everything was perfect. There were 8 of us, and we had enough space for everyone, with the large balcony, the bathrooms in each bedroom, and the roof terrace! The infinity pool is great, and the view from the terrace is beautiful. We loved it.

Everything was excellent. It was nice. If I came back, I would rent the apartment again.

Beautiful place.....we absolutely loved it. Shawn and John were wonderful to work with and made sure we had all of the information needed. They were very responsive when I had questions and they provided us with recommendations on places to visit and eat before we even thought to ask! 5+ stars. Made my daughters wedding and our trip to Mexico stress free, thank you!!

the Airbnb was amazing, we enjoyed the place so much, especially the view from the infinity pool on the top floor, close to town and perfect for us to walk around. I would suggest to anyone to book this place for a relaxing getaway. the hosts were quick in replying to questions and offering suggestions on what to do or where to go for activities.

I went with a group of friends, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the place. You can tell it was designed with great taste; they thought of everything, and it is very well-equipped and beautiful.

It's a 100% recommended place; everything works perfectly, absolutely everything was in perfect condition, and I have to say that it's the only place I've visited so far with such excellent kitchen and house amenities. If we come back, it will definitely be here.

We had an excellent time at this AirBnb staying with my parents and our two kids. The apartment itself is very elegant and has everything one might need. The rooftop pool is great for kids & adults. John & Shawn were fabulous hosts - very responsive, very kind.

Great place better than expected just a great place

The place is very nice, everything was spotless, and it was super comfortable.

We loved our stay and we’ll be back. This is one of the best AirBnB’s we’ve ever stayed at. It’s beautiful. The unit was incredible, very modern and such amazing decor and design. The beds and pillows were like staying at a 5 star hotel. So comfy. We really appreciated the unlimited drinking water, ample towels, beach chairs and all of the thoughtful inclusions and amenities. We felt incredibly safe and at home. It’s a very quiet and peaceful part of Sayulita. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay was amazing. John and Shawn were extremely communicative, helpful, and supportive during are stay. On top of that the place was extremely clean and comfortable.

John & Shawn’s place was exactly as described—if not better. The home is beautiful, perched on a hill with incredible ocean views from the pool and rooftop. It was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and Turkish towels. Every detail felt intentional. The beds were new and very comfortable, and the towels were plush and fresh. The location was perfect—peaceful and away from late-night noise, yet an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and great breakfast spots. Shawn’s recommendations for restaurants, beaches, groceries, and golf cart rentals were spot on and made our stay even better. Communication was excellent. They even had beach toys delivered for our kids and accommodated an early arrival, which we really appreciated. Above and beyond. A perfect home with outstanding hosts—ideal for making lasting family memories.

Amazing place and amazing hosts!

We had a lovely stay here. They did a beautiful job with the decor and the space is really nicely kept. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning. We love the North side of Sayulita for its peaceful, quiet vibes. The place is easily walkable to everywhere, but we always get golf carts anyway, which does just make it easier. The only thing I will say about this place, which really wasn’t an issue for us, but could potentially be for someone else, is that there is almost zero privacy in the bathrooms. The doors are slatted barn doors, so provide no privacy and the door to the toilet itself is only partially frosted a there’s no latch or anything. Again, this really wasn’t a big deal for our group, but a few jokes were made and I could see it potentially being an issue for a specific type of group, so best to know that. Overall, this is most definitely a 5-star stay and was perfect for our family of 5 for the week!

Shawn was attentive from the start. The house is amazing, it made us feel very comfortable and at home. Everything is just like the photos! It's impeccable and they have everything you need to spend a few super great days! We didn't want to leave… We'll definitely be back! :)

Excellent accommodation. Shawn and John were very attentive hosts and were always attentive to anything we needed. The place is on a very quiet street, just a few minutes' walk from downtown Sayulita, a very pleasant walk. The accommodation is in perfect condition, it is very nice and comfortable. The pool on the terrace is practically private, as it is shared with very few apartments; during our stay we always had it just for ourselves. We would definitely come back.

Really lovely condo, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is great since it's not too far from downtown and actually not much of a hill coming from that direction. It is a huge hill if you access from the entrance to Sayulita using Google Maps, so easiest to come from downtown. It's a really lovely spot and they're great hosts, I recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Sayulita. John & Shawn were truly exceptional hosts — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating with everything we reached out about. It genuinely felt like they cared about our comfort, safety, and overall experience, which made a huge difference. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The kitchen and living areas are beautiful and well laid out, the outdoor deck and patio are perfect for relaxing, and the rooftop space is an absolute highlight — such an amazing place to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. A special shoutout to Pedro, the on-site maintenance manager, who was incredible. He was always nearby, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. His presence made the stay even smoother and more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sayulita!

We loved our stay at John and Shawn's place. They were very helpful in providing us with local recommendations and were very available to answer our questions. The accommodation was clean, very well decorated and very quiet! We loved the location, although a little far from the grocery store. We rented a golf cart because the road to the accommodation was not very well maintained. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it!

We loved our stay at this Sayulita home! The condo is beautifully appointed and the rooftop pool was unbelievable! We even saw whales while lounging! The patio was a highlight and a peaceful way to spend our mornings. John and Shawn were incredibly helpful as this was our first visit to Sayulita. They were proactive and responsive. The restaurant recs they gave were on point - one became our favorite spot and we went twice! We felt welcome, safe, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you so much!

We had a great time in Sayulita. This was our 2nd trip there coming from the US. The Airbnb is perfect. The rooms are nice and spacious. They feel clean and make you feel at home without feeling cluttered. The kitchen has everything you need. The decor even fit our style so much we started wondering if we should buy a place in the same building. If we come back to Sayulita we will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice place at top of a hill. Road is pretty tough walking up especially if you have less mobile folks with you. Quite rocky and a little steep towards end, which I guess is somewhat expected in a small beach town. Was fine for me but not everyone in my party. Positive is that they offer ample car and golf cart parking so that was great. Place itself was very clean and well organized. Had everything we needed. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms with good water pressure. Host was very responsive.

Immaculate spot - excellent location, incredible amenities, excellent 3-tier security and lovely hosts. Easy to get in & out of and one of the few more premium units in Sayulita accessible without a golf cart or ATV. We will definitely be back!

This place was spotless and clearly professionally managed—everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up. The linens and amenities were 10/10, and the space had a modern, comfortable style that made it perfect for our entire family. It honestly couldn’t have been cleaner or better equipped. That said, it’s not walkable, and you’ll definitely want a high-powered golf cart (the roads are steep, bumpy, and full of potholes). With the right cart and a sense of adventure, though, it’s an incredible spot and a must-stay.

Even though we unfortunately had to cancel our trip, I wanted to leave a review because the host was great to deal with. From the moment we booked, communication was clear, prompt, and friendly. When our plans unexpectedly changed, the host was incredibly understanding and accommodating, which made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again in the future and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a smooth, worry-free experience.

We booked this Airbnb for our family of 5 and absolutely loved it! It was very clean, quiet, and was decorated beautifully. We really felt right at home. It’s also very close to town & the beach, which made getting everywhere super convenient. Lastly, the hosts are incredibly kind, responsive, & made everything super easy. We highly recommend this place for anyone heading to Sayulita!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was brand new and stunning. Beautifully and thoughtfully designed and decorated. We felt right at home. The home was very well supplied with all of the essentials you would need. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were all soft and luxurious. The location was perfect! Peaceful and tucked away. Everything was super close by golf cart or a 10 minute walk into town. The building is brand new gorgeous, guard gated and very secure. The security guard Pedro was so sweet and friendly. He was able to help us with anything that we needed. We all really enjoyed the rooftop pool with views overlooking the ocean. We watched some beautiful sunsets up there. Shawn and John were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and responsive. You can tell they really put so much love and thought into making you feel right at home at their beautiful Airbnb. We definitely look forward to coming back and staying there again in Sayulita.

Had a great stay! The place is beautiful and so was the view on the roof. Only downside was the steep walk to get up to the condo. John & Shawn sent great recommendations and were super helpful.

We travel a lot and stay at tons of Airbnb‘s and my husband and I were talking about how this was seriously one of best one we’ve ever stayed at. Definitely the best one in Mexico! Great location the place is absolutely gorgeous. Great price and they were wonderful to work with. We will stay here every time we come to Sayulita.

After our flight, this was the perfect place to rest . We couldn’t really sleep when we arrived because of some work that was being done when we checked in, so the perfect spot to rest and lounge was at the rooftop pool with an ocean view. We ordered fruit and some groceries to be delivered to our rental unit and it worked out great. The lady that was cleaning the house gave me a phone number when I asked about deliveries like uber eats.

John and Shawn are very communicative and have the house very well stocked, clean and with everything you might need for a weekend or longer stay. The house is in a silent enough part of Sayulita yet close enough to bars, restaurants and more. Make sure to get to the house through the right road though-- one of them is very steep and full of potholes.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was lovely, with everything we needed to feel at home. And WOW.. it is decorated with beautiful design intent! It’s in a fantastic part of town, on the north side of town just minutes away from all the action, which made it so convenient. We loved the walkability to both the beach and town… but loved spending time on the rooftop deck with infinity pool….the views didn’t disappoint. The hosts Shawn & John were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
