The best house I've ever rented. The facilities are well maintained, the kitchen equipment is excellent, and the service staff are extremely friendly and attentive. 100% recommended.

The stay at Casa Canpi in Valle de Bravo was excellent. The house's design is spectacular, with well thought-out details and a cozy atmosphere. In addition, the service staff were first-class, always attentive and with a friendly attitude. The view of the lake is simply amazing. Definitely a place we'd go back to without a second thought. Excellent place, super clean, great variety of kitchen utensils, tableware, bathroom things, clean towels, comfortable beds, very well equipped and with a great view of the place. Mrs. Caty was very attentive and excellent service from Emmanuel and Ernestina, very friendly and we liked them very much! The only problem we had was that, in my group we were 5 couples, as we saw the listing for the house for 10 people, we trusted without reading more in depth the specifications of the house, but one of the couples had to sleep in a TV room, in an armchair, so they decided to leave the accommodation due to lack of privacy and comfort, especially for the woman, since it is located on the ground floor near the public space of the house, the bathroom is small and is shared with the rest of the guests in the entertainment areas. We believe the property should have been listed for 8 adults. Other than that, everything is fine and definitely recommended! Thanks for having us!

The house is beautiful. We went with 5 year olds and had a great time. Children and dogs could walk free and safe around the house and garden. We were able to walk along the shore of the lake, the view is beautiful. Great place! The attention of the house staff is the same, very friendly!

Beautiful house. Two years ago the lake level has already dropped a lot so the views you see in the photos of the house regarding the lake are no longer so. We were unlucky because there were leaks and a festival all weekend at the Sailing Club where they played the music from 7:30 AM to all volume. And in front of the street is a nightclub that doesn't let people sleeping in the room that faces that end. Removing the above and fixing the leakage problem, it's a great great house. Very tasteful and very nice architecture.

A beautiful, modern and comfortable house in the Santuario side of the lake. The house is very well designed, with great sleeping and social spaces. The staff is kind and helpful and the house is very well appointed. It’s perfect for disconnecting and relaxing, yet only 20 mins drive to the restaurants of Valle de Bravo and 35 mins drive to Avandaro. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The house is spacious and beautiful, with a great view and all the amenities for a great vacation. Totally recommended.

This place was amazing! We hosted a men's group here at the home and it held all 9 of us really well! The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. I highly recommend getting cooking and cleaning services. They did the shopping for food, cooked amazing dishes, and all around were pleasant to have around! I highly recommend this stay!

All the attention from Catty from the moment the question process began was excellent. They provided answers to each of the questions asked, and the service from the staff at the property was impeccable, always attentive to each of the needs, definitely a place to return without a doubt.

A very good place for vacations. Very well equipped kitchen, very good views, walks by the lake, very comfortable spaces. Very good service from the house staff for everything you need. It's not close to downtown, but it's worth it, and the staff helps you get everything. I highly recommend it.

The house was perfect for our stay. Amazing view and quiet part of the lake to relax. Jacuzzi and pool enjoying the same view. Ernestina and Emmanuel were a huge help on site with cooking, cleaning and getting supplies for us. Truly amazing rental we hope to come back!

It was a wonderful experience! The house is incredible, spectacular facilities, very modern and tastefully decorated! It is fully equipped to enjoy as a family! We were 6 adults and 2 girls and we really didn't want to go out! It's all very good for cooking and roasting. We went for a walk to the surroundings, bikes in the nearby forest and walked on the lake. It has everything nearby! We have gone on other occasions to Valle de Bravo and definitely this stay will set a precedent. Augusto was lovely always responded on time and in a very timely manner, the people who take care of the house are super loved and very helpful. Honestly, it's a SUPER HOUSE to have a SUPER EXPERIENCE! In short, it is a magical place to disconnect and fully enjoy a place with first-class facilities! We will definitely be back!

Caty and Augusto were excellent hosts, they were always attentive, they left us a welcome touch and always responded to messages. Her house is a dream, the house itself is divine and the one next to the lake makes it more than spectacular, it has an outdoor jacuzzi that heats up wonderfully, the outdoor and indoor spaces apart from very nice and functional beautiful. The service from the people who support is wonderful, the house is always clean, they cook delicious, they take the fireplace and the jacuzzi when you ask for it and even the grill. The very comfortable and private rooms have chimney heaters in each bedroom that are amazing. It is a magical and perfect place, all of us who went we were delighted and hope to return soon.
