Our experience was very disappointing for the price we paid.Upon arrival, we found the bedroom dirty: there were two live scorpions, one dead one, several large spiders, dirty papers, and some sandals forgotten under the bed.One of the scorpions fell from the headboard while we were checking the room.Also, the bathtub was clogged and flooded when used. Another bedroom had a broken bed frame and the mattress was sagging.The house was very dusty and the pool area was neglected, with overgrown grass, anthills and many spiders.We also paid an extra charge to heat the pool, but the water remained cold all first day.We reported everything immediately; they only cleaned the scorpions out of the bedroom, and the co-host was rude, downplayed our complaints, justified the conditions, hung up on us, and blocked us. The host was friendly, but the problems were not resolved.We expected an experience that matched the cost, and unfortunately it wasn't.
