Adela was an exceptional host. Very attentive to details, flexible, friendly and helpful. The house was lovely. My family and I enjoyed it very much. He gave us excellent recommendations, and the house was spotlessly clean. Everything was amazing.

A stay that you truly enjoy from start to finish. The house is very nice, it is very well maintained, and you can see the attention to every little detail. The pool was one of my favorite areas; it's perfect for relaxing and having a great time. We also really appreciated the amenities, which made the experience much more comfortable. Communication with Adela was excellent at all times; she was always attentive and available. And the team that supports her is just as attentive, always willing to help with a very positive attitude. A place that is definitely worth it and to which we definitely hope to be able to return.

Incredible stay, Adela is one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever met. Super communicative and helpful, gave lots of recommendations and checked in daily to see if we needed anything from cleaning to general help. It’s about 30 mins from Oaxaca downtown but the nearby town is still super lovely and within walking distance, and Adela put us in touch with an amazing taxi service that helped us get around everyday. We didn’t feel it was a hassle at all and it was actually nice to be a little bit out of town in the peace and quiet. House is so beautiful and spacious, highly recommend.

This place ticks all the boxes. Beautiful, clean, private home with a large outdoor area and pool. Convenient location outside Oaxaca city. We held a family reunion here and filled every bed but the place never felt cramped. Adela is wonderful, and provided many helpful recommendations for local restaurants and tips about the town and area. 10 out of 10, we would love to come back if we can get the whole family's schedules to align again!

We spent a lovely Spring break with two families including three teenagers. The house was perfectly setup for us to enjoy and relax and everything was very clean and in good order. We were really glad to have the extra space, the pool and outdoor area. The location ended up being great as well. We really enjoyed the town of Tule which is super close and driving into Oaxaca was also easy. Adela, Patty and Diego all made our stay extra special. Adela has great recommendations and was always available if we needed anything or had questions. We're hoping to return next year!

Wow, just wow. Probably one of the best experiences and the best host I’ve ever come across. From Adela meeting you in person, to being available no matter what, the value and experience you get from her being your host is unparalleled. So communicative and responsive and personable! Then the house is just amazing. Private, beautiful, well kept. So wonderful having staff come daily to clean. The pool and the amenities are everything you could ask for. The location is great to walk into the town of Tule and 30 minutes outside of downtown Oaxaca. Overall 6 star experience, would love to return again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Tule. Adella was an incredibly generous and gracious host, answering all questions immediately and giving us great recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The house is beautifully decorated and cared for. We were treated like welcome guests more than like renters. We loved Tule and Oaxaca was 20 minutes away and an incredibly magical city.

The house is nice, I went to enjoy it for a weekend, there is not much to do in the surroundings, the service is very good from Adela, the only thing that I found a little uncomfortable was the temperature of the pool, otherwise everything was very good.

We had a wonderful time staying at Quinta Mar. The views were incredible and the house was clean and spacious. We truly were able to relax and spend time with family in a beautiful setting. The cab driver that Adela recommended was always courteous and on time, as this place is about 20 minutes away (about 30 during rush hour) from the center of town. The place was amazing, though. Truly felt like a home away from home and the facilities were very well maintained and the host was extremely responsive and really assisted us through our whole trip with anything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful! It is the perfect house for many people. Many coexistence areas, open spaces, the amazing pool area with an ideal palapa for living, many rooms with very comfortable beds, has a beautiful huge garden, an area with a Volleyball net and a basket of basketball. A very comfortable house. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is no lack of detail. Adela provides personalized attention to her guests with incredible kindness, she responds immediately, and at all times was attentive to our stay with very fine details. Thank you very much for your support when we had to stay one day because a person in the group got sick. Paty and Diego were very kind during our stay and helped us a lot. We will be back soon!!! Staying at Adela’s house was a great experience! The house is located really close to the El Tule area, 30 minutes to Tlacolula, and about a 20 minute drive to the central part of the city of Oaxaca. The house was beautifully decorated, really spacious for a 10 person group, and always maintained in top shape by the staff. The staff was really friendly, helpful, and nonintrusive during their appearances. They were courteous enough to report some important documents that were left behind after checking out. Adela was prompt to answer our questions, and the communication could not have been any better. I highly recommend staying here during your visit to Oaxaca!

This house was amazing! Looked just like pictures. Went with 15 of us including 7 kids under 7 and had an amazing week. Can’t recommend enough. It was perfect place to come back to after day of exploring or to spend the day there. Adela was extremely accommodating, went above and beyond - so helpful and kind. Location was great too - easy drive to Oaxaca City - where you can park for very cheap and also close to smaller towns and outings. Feel so grateful of our time there.

Adela's house is a beautiful spot on the Tule. Ideal to come with a large family or group of friends. And rent a car. Everything is 30 minutes or 1 hour later. We did a lot of things and would always come back for a dip in the pool and dine in the house. There are games, Books and WiFi works well. Fundamental because we work all the time. The house works very divine people who support you and keep everything clean and tidy. Also in the house there are pets, dogs sometimes give a little war at night, but there are rooms in the background where they are heard less. We fell in love with a beautiful Siamese cat that woke us up every morning. We made barbecues, jumped on the trampoline, enjoyed gazing at the mountains from the terrace. All the places Adela recommended were amazing: walks, restaurants, textile villages. It was a dream vacation. Looking forward to coming back

We stayed for a month with 2 small kids and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was super comfy and full of thoughtful detail and design. The yard and pool were amazing for the kids to run, play, jump, swim, and just enjoy the greenery. Walkable from the very cute town of Tule which has great food and an interesting center square. Simple drive to Oaxaca central. And since it's east of Oaxaca, it made it easier / shorter to do lots of the day trips to various locations that are that direction. Adela was so helpful with whatever we needed or with any types of recommendations. A wonderful getaway and highly recommend!

WOW!!! Our stay was perfect. We had a great welcome from Adela who from the first moment made us feel at home. The weather was ideal to enjoy the pool, which is at a very good temperature for the hot weather. It's ideal for children because they enjoy the pool, the large garden, books and board games, and even movies at night on the smart TV. The house is definitely beautiful, incredibly clean and very well furnished, they take care of every last detail to enjoy a beautiful stay. I'd like to give a special mention to the towels and linens!! WOW!! Mrs. Paty is also very attentive and takes great care of the outside so you can enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool. The ideal location to explore the Mezcal Roads and trace the route to the archaeological sites to the east of the Oaxaca Valley. The house is spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We made the long trip from Australia to spend some time in the states and Mexico. A group of 7 of us gathered at Adela’s and it was the perfect spot for a week of relaxation and exploring! Adela’s home is beautiful and the grounds are fantastic especially for families with kids. We had our 10 month old and she had a blast in the yard, on the jungle gym and in the pool. The house itself is great for groups with good spaces to spend time and nice rooms to get away for some privacy. The town of Santa Maria Del Tule is lovely and the center is a close walk. It’s a 20 - 30 min car ride to downtown Oaxaca depending on traffic. Adela connected us with a lovely driver who we used to get into the city and drive around to various sites and towns! Adela was a lovely, warm host that made sure we had everything we needed! We’d stay again here in a heartbeat and recommend for anyone looking for a great place for groups / a family outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Oaxaca.

We booked the place for four nights during Xmas holidays. Our flight was delayed 6 hours, but Adela welcomed us with a smile on Christmas day morning at 2am! The house was a perfect place for our multi generational family of 9 to relax and enjoy time together. The kids loved the play area. They even went to the pool one day even though it was a little chilly. The restaurants and the town of Tule was within walking distance. You could get to Oaxaca city by taxi in 20- 30 minutes. Adela answered all our questions in a timely manner and was very helpful in organizing taxis, vans, meals etc. In my family’s opinion she is a super, super host!

We (7 adults and 3 kids) stayed here for 4 nights. It is a fantastic place, very well taken care of, with a spacious interior, a great pool and outdoor area, and a big backyard with things for kids to play with (trampoline and swings etc). Everything was great. Adela is a really great host too, and gives really good tips on things to see and do in the area. Would absolutely go back. Recommended.

Adela was wonderful. She made sure we were taken care of during our stay. She stays in the property above which made us feel much safer. She also provides a list of recommendations for restaurants, drivers, cleaners, and any other requests really. The property itself is very clean, spacious, and quite large. Perfect for big families with children since the yard is large, with playground sets and a trampoline. The pool was nice. We only stayed 3 nights, and were mostly out during the day. I'd definitely come back to enjoy the property a little longer.

The house is in walking distance from El Tule. A beautiful tourist attraction with restaurants, shops, street vendors and pharmacies. Adela provided information on restaurants, tours and to the local taxi named Miguel. He will pick you up and take you anywhere you need to go. Also, will arrange for multiple taxis if you need them. I can’t say enough great things about our stay.

Adela's house is beautiful, with very nice spaces everywhere. It is a great option for families with children, because the pool with a slide, the trampoline, the garden and the games are enjoyed every day, after walks through the different points of interest of Oaxaca. Being in the village of El Tule, it allows you to be very close to the center of Oaxaca (20 minutes) and also move easily to the different destinations in the area. It's a great location. Adela is a great host, generous and always available to help you with everything. His recommendations on places, food and shopping were very accurate. The team that maintains the house keeps it impeccable and they are very friendly. Downstairs there are two families with children, a third family could fit perfect upstairs if the full house is rented. You have both options. I highly recommend it to those who visit Oaxaca to stay with Adela, they will have a great time. We had a full week and it was just the right time to enjoy the city and the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon!

This place is beautiful. The space is open and inviting. The pool & garden has the perfect scene for soaking in the sun when you're not strolling around town. The decor and design has a unique feel for a Oaxacan getaway. The host and her staff are very friendly and attentive. Perfect hosting, with all the amenities. Two thumbs up! The only thing to consider is location. Driving back and forth into town was about a 30ish minute drive each time. The bumpy roads don't help pickup the speed. However the surrounding town has it's lovely sights as well. Overall it's not bad as long as you plan your trip ahead. Keyless entry vs meeting upon arrival would be a little more convenient, especially when hangry, arriving in a group, and at late hours.

We have very much enjoyed our stay at Adela's. The house is very cosy and charming. There is everything that you need for your stay. Internet was great, we were able to work and do zoom classes for kids at the same time. We enjoyed working outside, while the kids played in the pool. It was easy to communicate with Adela. She has set up a protective gate around the pool for our baby, so we wouldn't have to worry. Adela usually stays upsairs in the loft, so it is very easy to get in touch with her. But we had also decided to rent the loft fo convenience, since there were a lot of us. Whenever any repairs were needed, Adela immediately took care of everything. We have also employed the help of her housekeeper, which made daily life a lot easier, and we could concentrate on work and family, instead of cleaning. Adela recommended places to see, a local trustworthy taxi driver, and even beauty salons. Would deffinitely stay at the house again.

We ended our 2 week trip with our family of 5 at this amazing home. It is just what we needed to have space to relax. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable with lots of space and a great kitchen dining area. The yard and pool were wonderful to let our kids play around. Adela is very responsive and helpful when needed. We you stay here again for sure.

Quinta Mar is a beautiful house, very clean and well kept. Adela, our host, was very nice to us and very flexible about our check in and check out time. Adela was always on the slope of our visit, providing us with information about places to know, nearby restaurants, and contacts that could be helpful during our visit. We had a family trip and had a great trip. Quinta Mar is a very nice, spacious, clean house with new facilities, ideal for traveling with a large group (we were 11). It has 4 en-suite rooms, two of them very spacious, with enough beds to accommodate an entire family (2 children and 2 adults). The house has a well-suite modern kitchen and several very comfortable common spaces overlooking the garden. The exterior of the house is as pleasant as the inside. Our family enjoyed the pool, volleyball court, basketball hoop, hammock terrace and super spacious garden. We recommend with five stars Quinta Mar and our host and hope to be able to return to visit.

We had an amazing time at Adela's house. My family of 4 stayed in the house for 7 weeks. My husband and I were able to work without any issues - lots of good work spaces, good WiFi, plenty of outlets. Our kids absolute loved the house. There was plenty of room for them to play inside without disturbing our work, but outside was the real gem. They (and the adults :)) loved the trampoline, pool, garden, and hammock in the palapa. We had access to bikes (even the right sizes for our kids), which was a great perk. The kitchen was well stocked, with everything we needed for basic cooking (and more if we were more ambitious). There is also a great outdoor kitchen/dining space, where we grilled up an amazing dinner one night. Adela is an incredibly thoughtful host and seems to have thought about everything you might need as a guest - but if you find something missing, she's also very responsive! The house is beautiful. It was recently renovated (designed by Adela's kids, an architect and engineer!), and has a calm minimalism without looking like every other Ikea-stocked apartment out there. The local textiles, baskets, and pottery make it feel like the most perfectly curated slice of Oaxaca. We didn't really know what to expect from Tule - it wasn't a destination on our list specifically, we just chose the house and hoped. However, we loved the town - it's big enough to have plenty of great restaurants (Oaxacan food 😍), but small enough that we really started to feel at home. Some weekends we didn't even leave Tule. It's about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, though there are some small restaurants even closer. There are a number of really nice walks and hikes nearby that Adela can tell you about. It's an easy 20 minute drive into Oaxaca City, and Adela was able to connect us with a great taxi driver so we didn't have to rent a car. The area around Tule has lots of towns known for their artisanship and mezcal, so there's plenty to explore. Adela herself is the biggest reason to book this house - we've left this trip with a lifelong friend. She is warm, helpful, and just wonderful. She speaks beautiful English, but was happy to tolerate my halting Spanish to give me more practice during our trip. We had a small issue with a leak early in our stay, and Adela dealt with it quickly and empathetically. She has a housekeeper and groundskeeper at the house most days, who keep the house beautifully maintained. I can't recommend Adela's house enough - we're already trying to figure out when we can possibly come back.

Adela was one of the best host we've had and really made us felt like we were at home. She was welcoming, detailed, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She provided us with tips on sightseeing, the city, and a bunch of yummy restaurants. She's always willing to help whenever you had any questions about Oaxaca. The house was kept very clean and well managed, they test the pool temperature every day and clean around the yard. We loved all the amenities, and it's such a plus if you have dogs. She's also provided everything we needed from shower gel to paper towels throughout our stay. Was truly a great experience, highly recommended to anyone that's considering on booking.
