Our experience was excellent; the house is in excellent condition, and the service is impeccable. It's important to note that one of the bathrooms they mention is located at the pool. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. We would be happy to return to this property in the future.

We booked the house for a family trip and enjoyed it a lot. It is exactly as described in the ad, with amply sized rooms, a nice garden and a great view at the surrounding mountains. Communication was very good too.

The house is beautiful and has a spectacular view of the mountain. There were 5 families and we fit perfectly. The decor was very nice and overall, the place was impeccable. Lety and her sister took care of us wonderfully: they cooked delicious food for us and were extremely friendly and attentive. We went in the cold season, so the pool could not be heated, however the jacuzzi was perfect for us and it is a super good size, 8 small children could fit at the same time! The tree house is magical for children and the garden is super spacious for playing soccer and other outdoor activities. Many thanks to Erika as well for being attentive to all our questions. We will definitely come back on another group trip. We loved it! Thanks to the whole team!

Breathtaking view and the place looks just as in the pictures there is a net and arch to play with which wasn’t expecting and there’s an extra cost 100 pesos to clean the grill (I wasn’t expecting the additional cost but I guess it’s ok)

Josue's house is STUNNING! Photos don't do the scenery justice. The house accommodated our family of 5 adults and 3 kids and an infant with more than enough room. Excellent accommodation! A 10-minute drive to downtown Tepoztlán. The house is very nice and clean. The kitchen and living room are very spacious. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful with a spectacular view of the Tepozteco! This home is worth staying at. However, you should consider that you will need a car to get around.

We had a family weekend at Tepoz and everyone loved the place! The mountains behind are astonishing, the pics can’t make justice to the view. The place is perfectly maintained, very clean and well taken care of. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was full of cookware, either to cook breakfast inside or grill something at the garden. We were able to cook all sorts of things with the items available. Plenty of plates and glasses. The garden was big for the kids to play and we had a great time in the pool. The staff was responsive and quick to our requests. We had a thing with a shower and they took care within a couple of hours; always kind and with helpful attitude. My only heads-up is to use the host link to find the house since Google Maps got us lost at the beginning but their link always worked. I’d love to go back and spend another weekend there.

The house is very large and beautiful. The mountain views are spectacular. The layout of the house is very comfortable, since it has the kitchen and dining room on the second floor and the bedrooms on the first floor, making access to the pool and garden very easy. In addition, the large windows give you the best views. It is definitely a house that is enjoyed

Myself + 12 girlfriends rented Josue’s place for a girls weekend. The place is absolute magic. The view of the mountains from the back yard cannot be beat. The housekeeper Lety was such a pleasure to work with as well. She helped us with everything and was so sweet. We enjoyed the house so much that we ended up changing our itinerary around so we could leave the house the least as possible. The pool & jacuzzi were great. Kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for a large group of people. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to Tepoztlán! We absolutely loved it! The view was amazing and we couldn't get over it. Even at night we would stare out the huge windows and just be in awe of the view. The place was clean, had everything we needed. Lety was amazing and always anwered our texts promptly. Mr. Eutikio was also very nice and came to turn on the jacuzzi for us. They provided us with some recommendations that we loved. Of course sometimes there's some quirks but nothing that bothered us, we would definitely book again. Josue was also very nice and let us fill the house to their max at 14 ppl when we miscalculated. Thank you again, our family spent a beautiful time at your home.

Great backyard views

The house is beautiful and in a very quiet area to rest. The mountain views are magnificent. Everything was very clean, quite equipped, the pool with an acceptable temperature. It does not have air conditioning, but there is no need for the good temperature in the area. GPS sends you down a very difficult road to get between stones and passing a small river, something difficult for low cars or other than truck type. There is another easier road from the main road, but you don't discover it until you ask the lady who opens the house for you. Maybe it would be nice if the next tenants are given instructions to use the easiest way of arrival. I highly recommend this beautifully designed house, to enjoy a Tepoztlan in tranquility.

We loved the home! It was beautiful and exactly as it looks in the photos. Letty was incredible in getting us groceries and things around the area. Communication was incredible and we were always catered to. Finding the house was a bit tricky because of some road work being done, but we found it and it was incredible. It is a bit far away from the airport, but getting there made it soooo worth it. Would I do it again? ABSOLUTELY

This place is absolutely amazing. Views are gorgeous and the house is perfect. You do need a car to get into town. House is located in a very peaceful secured community. What made the stay very comfortable was Lety. Lety treated us like family and we loved getting to know her. My mom and family interacted with her so nicely. She made us this amazing dinner and breakfast. We tagged along with her to town and she showed us around as she picked the ingredients for dinner. What an amazing experience to be with a local like her, we wish her and her family nothing but the best. The nicest ARBNB I’ve stayed at. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

I enjoyed our stay at this house so much. The garden was absolutely stunning, and the pool provided great family enjoyment. Great ambiance. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. We also asked for breakfast assistance and had a girl come and cook delicious food for us (for an additional fee). Laura, our host, was incredibly patient, accommodating all our requests with a positive attitude and excellent communication. The only “minor” downside is the distance from town; it's best reached by taxi rather than on foot. However overall, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The airbnb was really nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. Spacious backyard and main area of the house. Balcony seating and huge windows. We thought the place was really nice and would stay there again. Super responsive hosts who also provided local recommendations and answered any questions we had quickly. A long walk to the town center but perfect for relaxing at home and grilling.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the view is spectacular, the garden was super spacious and we loved being able to bring our puppies. They were all very friendly. The only thing we would have liked to have enjoyed more of the pool, but for the date and weather if you could get to feel cold, I hope you'll consider putting a caldera on
