We will definitely stay here more often, the staff is very friendly, the place is very clean and it is in a very nice area. The place is very quiet with a family atmosphere. We loved the house, and the rooms are very well equipped!

I wanted the kids’ first experience in Mexico to be over the top, and this place provided a great piece of the puzzle!

We had an amazing 3 weeks at Adrianna and Juan’s place at Los Tules. The location of this condo within the complex is outstanding. Los Tules has beautiful well maintained grounds. We had family visiting the 2nd week. The condo was plenty roomy for 4 adults and two kids. Having a full kitchen is a bonus. We appreciated having the kitchen water filter faucet. The pool off the front shaded lanai was perfect for the littles. Beach access is right there and we were able to walk, ocean swim and get sandy. Communication with the hosts was always quick and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This is our second stay at Adriana’s and Juan’s. We love it here! The location is perfect! The pool and ocean are both right outside the back patio, the views are amazing, and we can walk or bus anywhere we need. We hope to stay again :)

Our family’s stay was great. The view is amazing and easy access to the beach. Being so close to the pool was great as well. Host was very responsive and the place was great. Would recommend and stay again.

We have come to Los Tules every 3-4 years since 2017, and we always have a lovely time. This unit has a smaller footprint than some other 3 bedroom units we have stayed in, but we did not feel the need for more space, and the 4th bathroom was appreciated. The kitchen is well appointed, and the beds are comfortable.

This was such a perfect house for our family of four, and definitely could have accommodated more. The pool just out the back door was perfect for our kids (~4 feet deep) and made it easy to monitor them while relaxing on the back patio or directly by the pool. The location is great--we were easy walking distance from a food cart plaza, the Soriana grocery and department store, and a number of restaurants and coffee shops.

This accommodation is ideal for groups or quiet families who want to spend a few days in a comfortable, safe and very pleasant space, with the pool a few steps away and the sea almost in your garden. The house is spacious, with very good maintenance and was super clean. Adriana and Juan are excellent hosts, they give clear instructions and good suggestions, and they are always attentive.

Excellent place to vacation, I highly recommend it and I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO ADRIANA for the tips to spend a great afternoon with my family in restaurants. I will definitely return and if they allow me!!!

Adriana and Juan were great; very responsive and flexible. Their condo is just gorgeous, and perfectly located, right by both a pool and the beach. Easy to walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our experience here

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The A/C worked perfectly, the living spaces were comfortable, and we enjoyed the pools and ocean nearby. The bathrooms, while pretty clean, could have been a touch cleaner but otherwise no complaints!

Our stay was excellent and very pleasant, very good location, super equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, very nice view, beautiful beach, pool a few steps away, we will return with our daughters soon!! 😉

We decided to visit Puerto Vallarta to celebrate my daughter’s 26th birthday. This was perfect for a family trip for the six of us. Everything from the location, the rooms, the ocean…. Everything was amazing! I felt right at home and was sad to leave!!! I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean. Adriana was very responsive and helpful! Please don’t hesitate to stay here, you will looooove it!!!

Spacious. Beautiful inside and out. Private balcony and patio with comfortable furniture. Only a few steps from the home to the pool. 5 pools in the property, so if the pool by the home is too cold for your liking, check out the other pools. Easy stroll to the private beach. On-site restaurant has terrific breakfast and lunch; dinner menu is good but not great. Lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. Resort staff are very helpful and friendly. The hosts were wonderful. Addressed all questions immediately. Great value! There are many places that charge the same or higher price but you get much less. This home was a huge bargain!! The views are stunning. One of the top places I’ve ever stayed.

Fantastic stay at Los Tules! Loved the access to the pool right outside the back door and the sound of the ocean just beyond. Great place to watch the sunset and only a taxi ride away from the Melacon and great restaurants. Enjoyed our time here with our family.

This place for a family vacation is perfect with a lot of room. You don’t feel crowded and each room has its ac unit. Both rooms on the top floor have balconies to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and pool. The pool is shared but for the most part, no one goes in so it feels private. The front porch is cool no matter how hot and always has shade. Full kitchen and dining table. Access to the beach from your front door is only a few feet away. I enjoyed everything and every moment. The Malecón is only 10 mins or less of a drive. Highly recommend 🤗. Any questions during your stay Adriana and Juan will reply right away.

Adriana and Juan have a beautiful home on the Los Tules property. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious enough for our family of four. The location is great and the proximity to the pool and beach can't be beat. It's super easy to get around PVR by bus or taxi. There's a small store on the property plus a larger store across the street. The onsite restaurant has great service and there are several other dining options within walking distance. This was our favorite vacation yet!

The airbnb was in a perfect location. Super close to everything on our itinerary. They responded quickly and were super helpful with any questions I had. The beach is just a few steps away. I definitely recommend.

This was my first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and it was an absolute delight! The location is in walking distance of most entertainment. Such a cute and cozy home. Great communication with host. Also once we checked out the front desk allowed us to leave our luggages behind while we shopped around before our flight.

The place is excellent, everything is very close. The beach is a few steps away and the sound of it at night is delightful. The house is very well equipped, the people at the reception of the condominium are very friendly. At night the place looks very cool. The entire place is very nice.

This place is close to everything, you can hear the ocean next to you door, perfect for families with small kids.

Honestly it was much better than I expected, an excellent location and a very complete house with bathroom in each room just 10 min away by car on the malecón I would highly recommend it

We were surprised from the moment we arrived at the complex, everywhere you look it's beautiful. Across the street is a shopping center where you can buy everything you need for your stay, the beach is down the stairs a few steps from the condo, there are many pools and very quiet, security is very good, they do not let the rules go unnoticed. I loved the whole condo, it's very nice. I plan to go back in a year or so.

The house is in an excellent location and is super clean and the hosts are very attentive to any problems. 100% recommended!

Los Tules is a highly recommended place for families, and the apartment has a privileged place, in the middle of two pools and near the sea, which has a lot of privacy.
