We stayed at this gorgeous hacienda for my bachelorette weekend with 18 girls, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked, the host was so responsive, kind, and accommodating—every question we had was answered quickly, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. The property itself is even more stunning in person than in the photos—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for a large group. The location made everything easy and added so much to the experience. What really made our stay unforgettable was the staff that helped throughout the stay. Their attentiveness, warmth, and service went above and beyond; they made us feel completely taken care of and added such a special touch to the weekend. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate. This hacienda made the entire trip feel effortless and unforgettable—I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I've been using Airbnb for well over 10 years now and all I can say is WOW. The space looks better in person than in the pictures. Kristina went above and beyond to help curate our stay and really made it a special moment for our group. Can't recommend this place enough. It was magical and we are eager to return.

I don't have enough great things to say about this wonderful place. The photos don't do it justice. Our group of 16 adults were extremely comfortable here. The property is absolutely gorgeous and it was the perfect wine country spot to enjoy a relaxing long weekend. Kristina was very helpful in finding our group a van to rent to explore wine country for a day. Victor, who works on the property, was always available for anything we needed. Ten out of ten.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hacienda Murmullo De Agua and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived & was greeted by Victor I knew I was in for a fantastic experience. The amenities provided were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, the pool was awesome & the movie theater was a wonderful surprise. What truly sets this Airbnb apart is the host's hospitality. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Perfection. Amazing grounds, so much space, everything is clean and each room is beautiful and unique. The beds are comfortable but if you have a larger group and must use the the sofa beds, they are spacious but pretty hard. The pools are quite a site and a luxurious amenity in the summer plus two jacuzzis with unique indoor/outdoor layout. The groundskeeper victor is available 24/7 to help with whatever you need and the host was so helpful in helping us to schedule catering to the house. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend this place. The price is worth it I promise. Thank you to Kristina!

This is a very unique home to rent. It’s almost like staying at a hotel. The property has two people on sight ready to assist with anything. Each room is very large with its own master bathroom. The media room was so fun to have. It’s a great place and if you also need a driver to take you to all the wineries, there is a few people who offer a 14 passenger van to pick you up daily and also plan the day for you.

Kristina and the house were amazing!! We had the best time!! Communication was fabulous!! I can’t recommend the house and staff more!! We added on the chef, bartender, transportation, and massage therapists!!

Loved the hacienda! Having Victor there to watch over the house was a huge comfort. Pool and jacuzzi’s were heated and there was more than enough room for 12 people. Loved celebrating my 30th birthday at Hacienda Murmullo de Agua!

The hacienda was amazing! The photos advertised did not do the place justice. Tons of space for my group spread out and relax on. I can see why others have rented out the space for private events like weddings, there's ample room for that and a ton of restrooms. Everything was very clean. The Sonos speaker system was perfect. It wasn't too loud out on the veranda/terrace and a bit louder in the game room. Tons of large doors that make the interior space even larger than it was. Beautiful vaulted ceilings throughout. I booked a caterer that Kristina recommended and the food was great! I thought that we would get one or two people coming to make some homemade Mexican food, but instead we got a team of people who set up a buffet line and also helped to bus plates and even helped us make margaritas. Many of us worked or current work in the restaurant and bar industry and make delicious margaritas, but it was great to see locals show us their own personal recipes and techniques! The on property groundskeeper, Victor, was super friendly, always helpful and available, but never intrusive. Lights magically came on at the right time as the sun was going down and he seemingly sat and held a security position near our vehicles and the gate when not handling another task. We spoke little Spanish and he spoke little English, but his use of Google Translate made communicating a breeze. I asked him for some ice bags and he zipped down to the local store in his car and picked us up 7 bags for little more than a dollar a piece. Having him on property made us feel safe and we also didn't have to worry about our belongings. I can't stress enough about his service. He wiped down our vehicles every morning because the valle is full of dirt roads, you can't even tell my lifted truck even touched any dirt! Kristina was very quick at communicating any pertinent information we needed prior to the trip and also at answering any questions I had. Awesome place and experience, will definitely return!

The house is 5-10 to the top/more famous/need to visit places in el Valle. The house is just gorgeous. The beds super comfy. Victor is super attentive and helped us and made super yummy coffee for us. Recommended 100% worth staying in this house.

The hacienda is gorgeous and in a perfect location to the wineries. My family and I loved every part of the house. Victor the groundskeeper was amazing and so helpful! We will book this place again!

Extremely impressed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the house. The staff there does an amazing job of being available for any needs you may have. The whole process was very easy and painless. Used the house as a business retreat and worked out great, would come back in a heartbeat.

The place is incredible. My family went for a reunion for my dad’s birthday and it was the perfect place for adults and kids. It is also in a great area close to all the wineries. Definitely an experience of a lifetime. The host was so welcoming and was quick to communicate. This was a vacation I will never forget.

This was an amazing house. The service is amazing and the chefs are worth hiring, the food was amazing. For larger groups consider people will need to sleep on couches but they provide bedding for those and they are very comfortable!

There's a groundskeeper who knows the perfect balance of being there when needed but hiding away to give you your privacy, Don Victor is a treasure and he goes all out to ensure you're comfortable. The hosts are super responsive and answer all questions. This place is pricey but worth it. We took advantage of the chef and massage services offered but there's other services available like cleaning or music. The showers and beds are basic, they get the job done. Kitchen isn't equipped to make anything more than super simple meals, but does have all basic amenities and for large groups to boot. All in all if there's any hesitation just go for it, book it you won't regret it.

The absolute best! Top notch, over the top, five stars! Stayed here with a group of 10 which was perfect because each couple enjoyed their own room. The pictures don't do this place justice. Each room is big, has it's own living room, restroom & theme. Then you walk a few steps to the other part of the house (separate from the rooms) and it's this amazing space with tall ceilings, massive dinning table, bar and even a theater. Our favorite was the pool. The water was heated and we enjoyed it in the day and night. Victor who took care of the house, and us, was THE BEST! He was there in case we needed anything and it was so nice to have someone help give us recommendations and bring a few things we needed and had forgotten to take. To top it off, the day we checked-out he washed all our cars before we left! Like I said, this place was over the top amazing. Can't wait to come back.

This home is beautiful. It felt like a small hotel that was just for our group. We took advantage of the chef offered, and the food was outstanding - better than some of the restaurants we tried! Victor was helpful and responsive. One note for large groups: the sofa beds were hard and people who slept on them felt sore the following day. But the real beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing. You should absolutely stay here!

Really beautiful place! Luxurious, clean, quiet. The staff were friendly and a big help with everything we needed. If you plan on cooking, there isn’t many pots and pan (a couple small pots) so May need to bring your own. Other than that, a great kitchen and also a nice grill outside. Also don’t rely too much on the wifi. We really enjoyed the heated pool, jacuzzis, movie theater, and game area. We would definitely recommend this place!

We booked this house to celebrate my birthday. The house was gorgeous and the service was exceptional. Photos honestly do not do justice to the beauty of this house. It is beyond what we expected. The house is located right in the heart of the valley and is in close proximity to all of the hottest wineries. The check-in process was easy and the pool was heated and ready for us by the time we arrived. Kristina is an exceptional host who responded quickly to any questions or requests that we had. She had great recommendations for wineries. We opted to get the private chef option for our Saturday morning breakfast and it was a great decision. The chef service was so easy. The chef arrived early in the morning to prepare and when it was time for breakfast the waiter took our order and then served our breakfast. We didn't have to deal with cooking or cleaning. It was amazing. We all had a magical time, we could not recommend this house more.

This property was SO much nicer than I expected. We wanted a large place to house our group of 10 adults and 2 babies, and this property had more than enough room. Kristina was always very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions and requests. Here are some things that would be helpful to know about this place: 1. The property is made up of two separate buildings. One building holds all of the sleeping rooms, which each have their own sitting areas and bathrooms. It's really more like a hotel. The second building is like an event space. It has a huge open floorplan with a dining room, kitchen, game room, and movie theater. 2. There is air conditioning in all of the sleeping rooms and the movie theater. There is not air conditioning in the common areas, but they stayed plenty cool with the cross-breeze and the very high ceilings. 3. The space is even more grand and impressive than in the pictures. It was also very clean and included basic amenities and toiletries. 4. The patio/pool area does have lounge chairs, outdoor dining tables, and a BBQ. 5. The whole property is walled and gated, and the parking is secure and within the property gates. It always felt very safe. 6. The pool can be heated on request. 7. The WiFi is decent, but I don't think it reaches all of the sleeping rooms. However, the cell phone service has a stable 2-bars (at least with Verizon). 8. There is a goundskeeper who lives on-site, and he is very kind and helpful. He helped us figure things out around the house, and he also ran into town to get us ice and water (for a small fee). He's around to help, but he stays out of the way. 9. The only room for improvement is the kitchen. There aren't many pots, pans, or large serving dishes. There are a couple of old skillets and a wok. If you plan to cook, it'd be a good idea to bring your own pots and pans. But this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.

If you’re planning on renting this place, do yourself a favor and do it! It is an incredible and relaxing place close to every winery in Valle de Guadalupe. We had a great time relaxing by the pool, watching a movie in the mini theater, playing pool. The rooms are very private, each with their own jacuzzi and very well decorated (colonial style). They offer extra services like massages, private cook, and many more. We are definitely planning in coming back to this beautiful Villa, thank your for everything, Kristina!
