Our family had an amazing time in CDMX. Noe was warm and welcoming. The penthouse was beautiful. We had one issue and Noe came to the rescue quickly and effectively. She also gave us a list of lovely recommendations for dinner and cafes. I cannot wait to go back to Mexico.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Polanco! The location truly couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of everything and incredibly walkable. We felt completely safe the entire time, whether heading out for dinner, coffee, or just exploring the neighborhood. The apartment itself was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. It felt stylish, comfortable, and welcoming — a perfect place to come back to after a full day in Mexico City. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, central, and charming place to stay in Polanco.

This is a great place to stay. Polanco is a wonderful area with a lot to do but this street is quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb is spacious clean and very nicely decorated. The 24/7 doorman is a nice plus. The building is quiet with only a few units.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful Polanco home! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Exactly what we were hoping for. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to explore in Mexico City. Noelia was an outstanding host and super responsive, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. She made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. There’s a reason everyone says Noelia is a fantastic host - it’s because she most definitely is! And her properties are outstanding. We stayed in one of Noelia’s properties last year January. Hence we chose to rebook with her. It was a last minute trip (due to the weather related flight disruptions in the USA), and we arrived from San Miguel de Allende. We had to extend our stay as we still couldn’t get home. Noelia was very accommodating and quick to respond throughout it all. The location is just perfect, and quiet. Walking distance to so many fantastic restaurants and shopping. Our favourite ended up being Campomar on Masaryk. The condo itself is very well equipped and we absolutely loved the huge terrace off the master suite. Spent all our days there. Thank you Noelia! Till next time!

If you are staying in Polanco, this place is perfect. You could not ask for a more kind and responsive host. This beautiful apartment was larger than my family of 4 needed, but it had everything from location, privacy, super nice decor/furniture, and lovely bonuses like the washer/dryer, tons of bathrooms, and two well appointed spacious outdoor spaces. The terrace on the room is quite amazing. We were greeted with a lovey welcome gift that we popped the cork on to ring in the new year. The host Noelia, makes you feel welcomed as if she is an old friend having you in for a visit. She checked in on us and even made recommendations and a reservation for our daughters to have a lovely breakfast before we left CDMX for home. If you are staying in CDMX, choosing Polanco and this particular place is a no brainer.

Nice apartment and very well furnished, with a terrace, in a very nice area, quiet and safe area to walk at any time. The apartment has a very comfortable living area. Good towels, pillows and sheets. Well-equipped kitchen and laundry room (we didn't cook, but it had everything). We found many details, coffee, tea, and all the basics (even umbrellas in case it rains). This apartment was ideal for our group of 8 people. Excellent response and attention from Noelia, thank you very much! We hope to return!

We had such a great time at this house! It was a nice quiet location in Palonco. It was very close to restaurants, ice cream shops, and a grocery store. The unit was a very comfortable two floor penthouse with two separate balconies. It was comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. Would go back again.

This worked well for our stay. Rooms are well sized. Half bath in the foyer, full baths in both bedrooms downstairs, and single large bath and full closet upstairs with the two larger rooms upstairs. The verandas are also lovely. Overall this worked well for multigenerational familial travel and the neighborhood is safe and ideal for strolling, shopping, lunches. Thank you

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Polanco! It’s perfectly located right by Nazarik, with tons of great restaurants and everything within walking distance. We were there as a family for Día de los Muertos and loved the vibrant energy of the neighborhood, especially the parks for running and exploring. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful! Everything we were hoping for! We had enough room for our family to enjoy meals and spend time together. The patios are a wonderful space too! Noelia was very helpful with check-in and check-out instructions. We loved our trip and would book again!

Noelia is an amazing host! She is super accommodating, and I can’t emphasize enough how responsive she was at all hours of the day. She made sure the crib was the right size for my toddler, and even brought a portable bathtub so I could give my toddler a bath in the shower without me asking. The apartment is on a beautiful street in Polanco within walking distance or great shopping, restaurants, and a park! We would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at Noelia’s Airbnb! The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our girls’ trip, with plentiful hangout spaces, beds, and bathrooms. It was perfectly located on a quiet street within Polanco, which itself is very safe. Noelia was the most gracious Airbnb host I have ever experienced - always going out of her way to be extra helpful and accommodating when we had questions or requests. The instructions for check-in and check-out were so easy to follow. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone!

I absolutely loved this place! It was super clean and had plenty of room. It looked just like the pictures. All the beds were so comfy. The area was quiet, and we had some amazing nights’ sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, for bigger groups, I think this is the best spot you can find in Polanco. Area and condo felt very safe!

Apartment was excellent and in a good location. Noelia was very friendly and helpful throughout. Even when we were a bit too loud one night and she was very polite in asking us to keep the noise down, which we were more than happy to do. Would definitely recommend for large groups travelling to Mexico City.

A few of my girlfriends and I stayed here during the weekend, and had a blast! We were kindly greeted and given clear instructions as we all arrived at different times. The whole place is peaceful, safe, and clean. I was grateful for the water filter & coffee and tea station in the kitchen. The location is great as it is on a quiet street but walking distance (about a block or less) from the cute shops and restaurants! Great place and location. There’s a Zara right at the corner which we love! The home was clean. We had a little mishap with the door entry code and the security not being present at the desk to allow entry. We had to wait about 10 min which isn’t long but it was pouring rain outside so we got a little soaked. There was some flooding from the rain in the house but they cleaned it up right away while we went to dinner. The hosts overall were great and very proactive even prior to arrival. We would stay here again

This was the best air bnb I have ever stayed in! It was spotless, it was luxurious, the location is truly perfect-on a quiet side street but a 3-5 minute walk from the best restaurants in Mexico City! It is beautifully appointed with everything that you would need for an amazing trip to an amazing city. The hosts were so warm and responsive. We were a group of 6 friends who tend to stay in 5-star hotels and we were all saying that we’d be thrilled to come back here. Could not recommend more!

Noelia and her group were wonderful hosts! We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to leave our luggage so we could explore the city until check-in time. The condo is just as described and is located in a prime area of town. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, parks and museums. I highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Mexico City.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place! It was super clean, a fully stocked kitchen with pretty much everything you could need for a longer stay and great location! It’s very clear the hosts take the time to make every guest experience amazing. A few other highlights: comfortable beds, amazing patio space which extends in to the living room with sliding doors, 24/7 security and reception, super easy check in. I even had a situation where I needed to book this place last minute due to a mishap with my other Airbnb and the hosts were able to help me with my reservation in under 30 minutes. Additionally I had an issue with the water in one of the bathrooms which literally got resolved in under 10 minutes. Within 2 minutes of me reporting the issue, the front desk manager found a technician and fixed the issue.

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Polanco. What a beautiful city. The apartment was beautiful and relaxing. The neighborhood was so safe and such a great location. We had everything we could need at our fingertips. Great ding and shopping. I can’t recommend enough. You will not be disappointed!

Truly a fantastic experience. Noelia, Gabrielle and the team arranged an amazing place for us to stay on our Mexico City trip and for what they provided, this place was truly a steal. The AirBnb, besides being gorgeous, clean and spacious, was very private and extremely safe. Security was there 24/7 and the check-in process was efficient yet very thorough. The team was extremely responsive to our messages, usually responding within the hour during the day, and provided great recommendations for us regarding where to go in CDMX. They provided extremely clear check-in and check-out instructions and the whole thing was seamless. If I'm ever in Mexico City again with a larger group, I would gladly arrange for this place again if I could.

My parents are ageing and this place was a great opportunity for us to easily get access to the nice places and restaurants that I wanted to take them and my sisters, while at the same time having visits for my parents and us. The place is incredibly centric at the heart of Polanco. Inside it’s squeaky clean, and I plan to come back, this time with my wife and kid, since I believe that my kid who has asthma and easily gets triggered by dust will not have problems staying here. The place is spacious as it is luxurious. I was in awe at the decor and overall aesthetic of the place. Host was really kind and responsive, and helped us feel welcome at her home.
