The house is beautiful and comfortable, decorated and presented with excellent taste. Extremely comfortable. Amelia was very kind in responding to our concerns and solving our needs. We had an excellent time and it would not have been possible without Yuner's always attentive collaboration. We will definitely be back!

A Hidden Gem in El Velero! My stay at Villa Icaco was nothing short of amazing. Nestled right by the beach in the tranquil town of El Velero, this place is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and soak in Nicaragua’s natural beauty. The beautiful villa itself is well-kept, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Amelia, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail, making sure we had everything we needed. Her amazing house manager Yuner, was very professional and kind and made check-in and communication seamless. You can tell they truly cares about their guests’ experience. One of the best parts? Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breathtaking sunsets right from the property. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds but still want access to local charm and adventure, Villa Icaco is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

The house is super cute, great for large groups. The layout of the rooms is the best each one has a bathroom. The kitchen is big. Amelia was very nice and communicative. We will definitely be back soon l!
