Villa Icaco is a beautiful white house located on El Velero beach, Puerto Sandino, 15 meters from the beach. This is a spacious house with authentic design, perfect for large families or a group of friends ready to relax and have a good time in the different areas of the house: pool, bar, multiple rooms, garden lounge and pergola balcony with ocean view to watch the sunset. Located a 15 minute drive to surf spots in León, perfect for surfers too! We look forward to seeing you! The space The house consists of 7 rooms of which 6 are queen bed and 1 room is family (2 queen beds and 2 unipersonals). All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and AC. Then we have 3 TV rooms, and 1 open area around the pool that consists of: living room, game table, bar area and lounge. In addition there are 2 bathrooms with toilet, and 2 showers + change of clothes area. On the second floor, there is another outdoor living room ideal for sunsets. There is also a large kitchen, a portable gas grill, and we have a spacious dining room for families and friends. The house has green area, outdoor shower to return from the beach, and pool. Other things to note Includes automatic electric generator and water tank.

La casa es preciosa y cómoda,decorada y presentada con un excelente gusto. Sumamente cómoda. Amelia fue muy amable respondiendo a nuestras inquietudes y resolviendo nuestras necesidades.Tuvimos unos excelentes días y tampoco hubiera posible sin la colaboración siempre atenta de Yuner. Definitivamente volveremos!

A Hidden Gem in El Velero! My stay at Villa Icaco was nothing short of amazing. Nestled right by the beach in the tranquil town of El Velero, this place is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and soak in Nicaragua’s natural beauty. The beautiful villa itself is well-kept, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Amelia, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail, making sure we had everything we needed. Her amazing house manager Yuner, was very professional and kind and made check-in and communication seamless. You can tell they truly cares about their guests’ experience. One of the best parts? Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breathtaking sunsets right from the property. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds but still want access to local charm and adventure, Villa Icaco is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

La casa es super linda, ideal para grupos grandes. La distribución de los cuartos es lo mejor cada uno cuenta con su baño. La cocina es grande. Amelia fue muy agradable y comunicativa. Definitivamente volveremos pronto l!
