For clarity with future guests, we want to explain a few points.<br/>Our property has clear house rules, including quiet hours after 11:00 PM, accepted at the time of booking. During this stay we received several noise complaints from neighboring cabins, as in addition to the TV there was music played on a speaker after the permitted hours. For this reason, it was necessary to send messages and make calls requesting compliance with the rules.<br/>The cameras mentioned are only exterior, are indicated in the Airbnb ad, and are used only for security and access control.<br/>Comments were also made threatening to damage or take televisions from the property, which violates the house rules. Subsequently, the guest's wife apologized for the behavior and comments made.<br/>Our goal is always to offer a pleasant stay while respecting the rules and tranquility of the neighbors.
