There is no way to adequately explain the beauty of Nauti-Luz, Playa Carrillo. Everything was amazing. Kattia took care of having some snacks and provisions for our arrival which we were extremely grateful for. Maria’s care for us during our stay and fresh made breakfasts each morning were amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Beautiful house in the woods, perfect for a few quiet days, minutes from the beautiful coconut palm beach of Playa Carillo. Very clean and well-equipped house, flexible check-in and check-out. It was perfect. Thank you, Kattia :-)

Kattia's place is an absolute pearl of an accommodation. It comes with its own pricetag, but it's a beautiful house with enough space to host a whole family. The two pools are a big plus. We were allowed to check in early and took advantage of it. We stayed here for two nights and never left the property. On our final day, we were even allowed to leave later without any additional charge. Kattia is a very communicative and kind host. We will make sure to be back here, and wish her and her family all the best.

Kattia was a fabulous host , easy to contact and extremely kind to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in one of Kattia’s places again! Everyone we met was fabulous we had an amazing stay :)

Nauti-luz was even more beautiful than I expected from the photos. It’s a true tropical paradise. The house, pool, deck and grounds are stunning, with views overlooking the shore on two sides. There’s even a separate thatched hut for yoga and exercise. Maria, the cook, prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners for us. She prepared several main and side dishes for every meal and the food was so good that we asked for repeated menus. She could prepare vegetarian and non vegetarian options that were varied and tasty. We were a large group with lots of special requests and I thought we would drive Katia crazy. She promptly made arrangements for massages at the house for several of us and made recommendations for other services. The house is a gem and so is Katia.

We (4 adults and 4 kids) recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful property with stunning views. Lots of indoor/outdoor spaces offered our group the ability to spread out if we wanted but also wonderful gathering spaces. We enjoyed the howler monkeys (although they can be very loud if you’re not used to them and may want earplugs) and hearing the waves crash throughout the day/night. Maria is definitely a highlight of this house. She made us amazing breakfasts each morning and dinners three of the nights we were there- what a gem! Kattia was also very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and also during our stay. A few notes: just a reminder that there is no AC in the house. It is truly open air living but that does sometimes mean random insects and heat. Each bedroom has ceiling and floor fans which were helpful and necessary during the hot April days we visited. Just stay in your suit and jump in the pool to cool off!

This was a very relaxing place for our family. The pool was perfect for the kids to cool off and the place was spacious for our family. The place was located only a few minutes drive from a grocery store and the beautiful beach.

We loved staying at Kattia’s place. It was so beautiful and peaceful and the pool was a great fun for us and our little one. Kattia was so sweet and had us come down and feed the cows with our son, and was very helpful. We were lucky to stay there and would go back in a heartbeat.

The home and property are incredible. We stayed here for ten days and were mesmerized with the unparalleled beauty, sound of the ocean, and Maria's incredible hospitality and cooking. It's such a wonderful thing when you come across a property this breathtaking to marvel at and make memories. Thank you Kattia for sharing your lovely home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kattia’s home in Costa Rica. The setting is truly stunning, surrounded by lush nature, making you feel completely immersed in the environment. Waking up to the sound of monkeys in the morning was such a unique and memorable experience. The house itself is beautifully decorated and very impressive — you can tell a lot of thought went into creating a special atmosphere. Kattia was an excellent host: very responsive and attentive. We had a small issue with the pool, and it was taken care of right away, which we really appreciated. Some of the equipment is a bit outdated, but overall, everything worked well and did not take away from the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend it!

The most responsive and lovely host. We felt so well taken care of. The Tree House was a magical experience, you could feel the love and care they put into the space. So unique The tree house is bigger than the pictures show and so cool!!! We loved all of the flora and fauna, especially the howler monkeys and capuchin!! Pretty close to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. This is a unique and special vacation to remember!!

Kupu Kupu is stunning! We loved every minute of our stay in this spacious and unique home. Absolutely recommended.

What a paradise! We had 3 nights in this beautiful house which is a true paradise - So many cozy nooks and beautiful details! The house is beautiful and authentic but still with everything you need. Especially the outside area was fantastic and we enjoyed both the hammocks and the barbecue area. The rooms are lovely, nicely cool and with good beds - Nice that there is a bathroom attached to each room. During our stay, we greeted monkeys in the trees, iguanas and beautiful birds. The service in the house is above all expectations and the friendly staff takes good care of the house so you can safely move around and go for a walk. Kattia always responded quickly and kindly to all inquiries. We would always recommend this house and can only dream of coming back one day. Thank you! ☀️🙏🏻

This place is absolutely magical. The details in every nook and cranny are unbelievable. It’s a gorgeous hidden gem. You feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle. There are monkeys in the trees, and waking up to the sound of the howlers was amazing. The upper bedroom is all open air and waking up in that room was like something out of a movie. We absolutely loved it and would recommend this place to anyone wanting a unique experience. Thank you so much for letting us experience this incredible treehouse that is KUPU KUPU !!
