My friends and I had a great time. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The pool is heated 👌. We hired América to cook for us and she took care of us super well. She is very kind and cooks delicious food. I really recommend the house. We will definitely return.

The house is very beautiful, more beautiful than what you see in the photos. The kitchen is super equipped!! For people who like to cook and use the oven...it was wonderful! Impeccable cleanliness. All spacious areas, bedrooms, kitchen, common areas. The stairs are very safe and only the essential ones. The wonderful views... are enjoyed in all areas of the house. We will definitely be back!

We went on a family vacation with children, grandchildren and dogs. The house is very spacious with an excellent kitchen. It has 4 bedrooms with full bathrooms, a pool, a terrace, a garage for two cars and is located in a residential area with 24-hour surveillance where you can go for a walk and walk the dogs. The main shopping malls are 10 minutes away by car. Beatriz's service was excellent. She was always available. Fortunately, we only bothered her once and it was because of the WiFi, which they fixed immediately! The ocean views and sunsets lying in the hammock were the best! Definitely the next time we return to Manzanillo it will be our first choice! Beatriz is a Super Host!!

This is the second time I've stayed with the family. I would definitely pick it again.

Everything was excellent, only the temperature of the water in the showers was a little low, and since the area is wooded, there's a lot of wildlife, such as raccoons. They're all fine, but there are a lot of scorpions and they're the poisonous species! I recommend not walking around without shoes and checking well before going to bed, the outdoor areas were where it happened to us, nothing serious, but they took one off the top and another off the chair! But amenities like shampoo, towels, utensils and all that made our lives easier! Everything is quiet until around 11 o'clock because of the hotel El Tesoro, which has events and you can hear it, but it's a minor detail.

Everything was excellent!! Nothing more Unfortunately, due to the rains, we had no internet... and be careful with the raccoons that loot the trash cans

The place is beautiful; the photos don't do it justice. The service from Beatriz and América is amazing, the views are wonderful, and the proximity to the beach makes it very convenient.

My family and I spent a few days at the property. We very much enjoyed our stay and our time in Manzanillo. The home, amenities and location are just as described. The neighborhood and property are secure and the bay views are absolutely amazing. We spent a few hours each day lounging outside enjoying the amenities and surrounding views. On two days, we saw a couple of whales, likely feeding, from the home's terrace area. It rained on one of the days, constantly, so we spent most of the day at the property and in the heated pool, which was awesome and enjoyable. We also accessed the bay/beach area via the property's private rear stairway. It's fairly easy to get down but a challenge for some to get back up, but absolutely worth it and great exercise. The ocean water was a good temperature, and the waves were small, making for clear waters to swim or snorkel in. We were able to see some coral fish and stingrays swimming around and did some pole fishing from the rock areas.

A beautiful and super comfortable house with all amenities; you feel at home and the view is beautiful; the heated pool is a mega plus, and Beatriz's attention is always on the lookout; definitely a super option to relax and enjoy as a family

An excellent option, it is a beautiful house that is very clean and with many details that make you feel very calm and Mrs. Beatriz is always attentive and everything is completely organized and very clean.

The place was peaceful and very clean. Any minor issues we faced were solved quickly and in a friendly way. The views from the property are stunning! The rooms had plenty of light and were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything you could possible need for cooking is there. Communication with the host was prompt and respectful. The small private beach is a somewhat long trip downstairs but manageable. The beach is lovely and quiet, but you MUST bring water shoes, there are many rocks around. This was our extended family of 11's annual trip and we had a blast at the place, we created lovely memories at the pool and beach.

We visit Manzanillo a lot due to my hubby’s parents living near by and I must say that our stay at this house was better than any of the all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at. Including Barcelo. What a fabulous place to stay! The pool was perfect, with a great view. It was nice to have an outside bathroom and laundry facilities. The house is very well stocked and comfortable. The air conditioners worked well. The location gave the house a great view, and it felt private, but it was difficult to get a taxi. We would love to stay here again.

Beatriz's house has everything you need to have a great vacation. For us, access to the beach was incredible, in addition to the amenities the house has to offer. Beatriz was always available and made it easy for us to have someone to help us with food outside of our accommodation! We didn't have to worry about anything.

Excellent house for a very pleasant vacation. The house has a spectacular view and comes with everything you need to stay in and just relax on the premises. It's very large, and I really feel that the photos on the webpage don't do justice to how beautiful it is. Ideal for the whole family.

We had an amazing vacation! The house is big and beautiful and has everything you need right there. The Beach House theme is calming and spot on. Beatriz’s communication was always helpful and timely. America, who cleans the house, is amazing. She knows the area well and can direct you to any place you need. She’s also an excellent cook! The beach below the house has a nice staircase down. Be prepared for a workout on the way up. As nice as the beach is, there really is no room to set up a towel and lay down. The waves come right up and there’s lots of big rocks. The house was super clean and close to the mercado, the centro and playa audencia and Miramar. Location is. Air quality in Manzanillo was less than desirable. Every morning there would be a haze all over. Not sure where the pollution is coming from and if it’s constantly there. Two years ago I don’t remember bad air quality being an issue. Also, be careful with slippery floors when wet. Would definitely come again!

The house is very beautiful, just like the photo; the attention to detail is impeccable; the bedding, the bathrooms, and even the dishes feature beach-themed details; everything is very beautiful and in perfect condition. Comfortable beds, comfortable pillows too, and a house superbly equipped with everything you need. Beatriz responded very quickly if we needed anything, and América, the person who checked us in, was also very attentive. We had no problems, we enjoyed it a lot. The heated pool is as described in the listing, very comfortable and a good size. To go down to the beach, there are several steps, also as mentioned in other reviews. There isn't much beach area; it's mostly rocks, but it's very pretty. In the house, you have access to kayaks, life jackets, snorkeling gear, fins, and plenty of other equipment that you can use. I highly recommend this place to stay; everything was quite pleasant.

This home was everything we expected and more! My family had a wonderful stay. The private pool and lower deck space were very convenient. All of the included “extras” like large Jenga provided endless fun for my family and there was no reason to leave. The beach is a hike down the stairs! And not much of a beach area, but fun for the adventurous. The closest public beach is only a 2 min drive and was a good day trip for us. Thank you also to America for her hospitality! She walked us through the house upon arrival in thorough detail. We would definitely return !

I don't even know where to start; the house is beautiful and has all the amenities. Beatriz sent us the instructions on how to get there and how to open the door, and everything went perfectly, without any problems. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by America, who was very friendly and helpful. He showed us the house without leaving out any details about what we needed to have a perfect stay, and he also recommended places to eat. The house is impeccably clean, including the bathrooms, bedrooms, and all the lounging areas. The view is amazing, and it’s in a perfect location to watch the sunset and sunrise—beautiful!!!! We stayed here the first week of March, and it was amazing to see whales from the balcony of the house. Not just one, but several during the days we were here. Overall, this house is ideal for a family vacation. It has all the necessary equipment for the pool and the beach, including kayaks, and the private beach, although rocky, is very nice and has an area to spend the day. We brought a 3-year-old girl, and she had a lot of fun. Thank you, Beatriz, for sharing your beautiful home. Extra note: My son forgot his wallet, and not only did they contact us immediately, but they also went to the trouble of offering to send the wallet to our home. THANK YOU!!!

Excellent experience! Beatriz was very quick to respond, and America's service was also great. The house is beautiful, it has everything you need. Everything is super clean, the linens and towels are wonderful. The great facilities, the terraces, the pool. It has everything, beach sets, detergent, refrigerator for the pool area, every detail is designed so that you don't miss anything. And the best thing this time of year was the heated pool, the children enjoyed it a lot. I highly recommend it.

The house host Beatriz was great, she was very attentive to all my questions and concerns prior to arriving and during our stay. The location to the house is extraordinary, the views are incredible on both side of the house. When my family and I arrived America was waiting for us and was very nice. She walked me through the entire house and showed me all the amenities which I got say were a lot. My impression of the place was WOW!! The house was very clean, kitcken was well equipped, bedrooms and restrooms had everything you need, almost better than being in your own home. I loved the privacy the outdoor areas has. The pool was super clean and the water was warm so it made for being in the pool at night very pleasant. The private beach access was very cool too. Lots of stairs but took our time and made our way down. My kids evey hauled down the kayak and paddle board to use on the beach. So awesome. The views out of each bedroom were great. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful house! We had an unbeatable vacation, everything was perfect. The house has absolutely everything you could need during your stay, the service from Ms. América is very good, security, cleanliness, privacy, the beach you have access to is comfortable, everything is super good.

The place is better than the post says. Due to the contingency due to the pandemic we had 6 months without leaving the house more than for the essentials, we were looking for something that was private, where we could follow the directions of the isolation and rest restrictions, that's why we were looking for a house complete with a pool, which was private and that was not surrounded by apartments or contact with many people, we had some options with different prices, some cheaper others higher, but what we liked the most is that even before booking Beatriz was very attentive, kind and quick to answer the questions, as well as always in a very honest and kind way, that ended up convincing us. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted by Miss America, arriving and they had everything ready, very attentive and very friendly, the cleanliness of both the house and the impeccable pool, the house is very equipped, it has everything one may need and more, both for children and adults. We take a senior person, he has to go up and down stairs to go down to the pool, but they are short and with wide steps, also next to the pool there is a palapa with seats and equipeles so that we could eat there, he also has a bathroom next to the pool, that did not matter much that he had to go down and climb stairs, since he only did it once a day. The view of the house is wonderful of all the places where it is, it has a lot of privacy, the neighbor at the back is the sea and that generated a feeling of relaxation, in addition the house feels very cozy, the vibe is very familiar and that makes you feel at home. It is safe for children while watching them, the pool despite not being heated the temperature was perfect, we never felt cold, my son would go swimming and always felt warm. We spent a few magnificent days, resting, with lots of privacy, no people, we just needed to go out and buy ice and just before the entrance to the security cabin there is a kiosk. Beatriz was very kind during our stay, she was always attentive if we needed anything and always with a very good disposition. At first we hesitated to choose this house, I had no reviews, we didn't know what to wait, but it was a great decision. In short: expect a cozy house, with a lot of privacy, very familiar and with a very good vibe, the pool is perfect for children and adults and has everything you need. We'll definitely be back
