Stayed at multiple houses and hotels/BB’s on the island, the view here beats them all. Pool was perfect temp and kids couldn’t get enough. Beds are comfortable, had beach towels and all the things you might need. We know there can be power outages from time to time etc being on the island, but seemed to have issues every day. No running water one day due to a leak, pool light didn’t work, house power went out, hot tub needed a cleaning, AC went out. Stacy the property manager did jump on repairs immediately for each issue (except pool light which was a bummer since young kids wanted to night swim). Probably just bad luck all together but something to consider. We still had a great time and would recommend! Location is perfect for sunrise as Punta Sur!

We loved our stay in Isla Mujeres. The pool was beautiful, the service was impeccable, and everyone went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. We hope to return to stay and care for the cats again. Truly enjoyed our experience. We loved Luis the most.
