We had an incredible stay at Soleado Resort. The 3-bedroom oceanfront condo was spotless and offered stunning views of the surfers from the terrace. The location on Costa Azul Beach is perfect, being close to downtown San José and Palmilla yet peaceful. There are so many absolutely great things to say about this place including the staff at this resort, the food (we never had anything bad on the menu), just an absolutely wonderful stay with "0" complaints!!!!!
What an amazing place! We are so thankful to have stayed at this outstanding apartment. It’s set in a beautiful, private location with perfect amenities, including a gorgeous, well-kept pool and a cool surf style. Communication was seamless, and the space itself is both comfortable and incredibly well-attended. We absolutely loved our stay, hope to come back, and highly recommend it. Annette

Costa Azul in Cabo is one of the most stunning places we've ever been to. The condo is fantastic, everything just spotless, tastefully decorated and beautiful. The location of this community, amenities and staff can't be beat. It's right on the beach offering breathtaking views of the ocean and magical sunsets. The pool was amazing too. Family friendly, quiet place, 10 min from quaint and artsy San Jose del Cabo and 30 min away from Cabo San Lucas much more party oriented vibe (for those interested; we weren't). Book it!!!
We were 3 couples of friends with our babies, and we had a great time. The place had everything we needed for our stay. The host took care of us in the best possible way. We will definitely be back!
Enjoyed our stay, 10/10 for everything from the host to cleanliness to letting us check in early and check out late. Only thing is it obviously next to the noisy highway, lots of honking, even in the evening. No fault of the host, just noisy location.

We had an amazing stay with our family of 2 adults and 3 children under 10. The condo exceeded our expectations based on pictures and reviews. While the condo is designed in length, it was more spacious than expected, bedrooms and living room were very comfortable, well furnished, and decorated thoughtfully. We were happy to find everything we needed for our 6 days stay, including pool floaties for the kids. Beyond the condo, the building is very well maintained with great 24hrs security. The pool and direct private beach access are amazing and the reserved beach area is very well maintained. Apartment and amenities were all extremely clean. The restaurant-bar by the pool was great, good food and friendly service. The best of both world: a beautiful condo by the beach with beautiful ocean/sunset views, and the amenities of a boutique hotel :). Thank you for a great vacation, we hope to be back!

Beautiful place!! We loved being right on the beach, the pool and restaurant were fabulous, and the daybeds and palapas on the beach were wonderful. Whales from our balcony!! we stayed here with our one year-old and felt perfectly at home the entire time. We stayed in another unit in this same building for most of our vacation, and likes that this one was a bit quieter, although at times it might have more mosquitoes. Only downside was some major construction made getting into town a bit more of a hassle, but not really that big of a deal. We would be thrilled to stay here again if we make it back to Cabo!
Simply stunning views at a lovely, clean, spacious location. Booking experience was very informative and easy. Highly recommended for smaller parties and low-key vibes. Enjoy the view!

Maria’s place was fabulous. The pictures and description were accurate. The place had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful location and the opportunity to watch the whales from the balcony. There were at least 3 restaurants within beach walking distance. The restaurant onsite was the perfect place to grab breakfast or lunch. I would definitely stay here again.
Soleado Resort was incredible—the views were absolutely amazing. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning.
Maria's Airbnb was better than expected, it exceeded our expectations! The place is very comfortable and very nice. Some days we could even watch whales from the balcony🐋. We would definitely stay there again!!
The place is just spectacular. The views are breathtaking, the kind that catch you from the moment you arrive and make every moment feel special. The space is very comfortable, well laid out and designed to really rest. Ideal for relaxing, enjoying the surroundings and unwinding. Definitely a place worth returning to.
Maria’s condo was absolutely perfect for our family trip. The location made it easy to get around, but the real highlight was hearing the ocean all day and being able to step straight onto the beach within seconds. It truly felt like paradise. Maria was such a thoughtful host - she provided sound machines in every room, beach toys, pool noodles, and all the essential kitchen supplies that make traveling with family so much easier. The main lobby was a peaceful retreat with calming music and stunning views. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it you won’t regret it!
We loved your place in Los Cabos! The condo and resort were delightfully clean and beautifully decorated. Was great to wake up to the sunrise on the balcony and watch the surfers! Condo has everything you need!
This is a nice unit on a beautiful stretch of beach. It’s a very long and narrow 3 bdrm unit so not a lot of inside room. The balcony is nice (again very narrow) and has a direct eastern view so great sunrises (and early morning heat). Kitchen was well appointed but be aware that we were advised not to drink the tap water, but no filtered water was provided. AC and fans worked perfectly and were essential. Pool and outside amenities were really nice.
Maria Regina's place was right on the beach with a beautiful pool. The biggies issue we had was not with the unit it self but the building. The elevators were down the entire time and there was construction going on with the pool area bar. The lobby area was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. We met very nice guests and staff. We would stay at Maria Reginas place again!!!!

Beautiful views and nice open space layout and right on the beach. There was construction going on in the building so it could be quite loud at times.
Modern, stylish condo in a great location. We especially liked having (shaded) afternoon pool time while watching the surfers at Zippers. The building itself feels brand new, very hip and kept immaculately clean by the friendly staff.

The accommodation was very nice and cozy, perfect to relax. It has beautiful views of the beach, and the pool also looked spectacular. Everything was very clean and tidy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, ideal for resting after a day of exploring. In addition, the check-in instructions and everything needed were very clear and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
The place looked even better in person than the photos. I loved the balcony view. Perfect place to wake up, drink coffee , and watch the talented locals surf Zippers. There are multiple nearby surf breaks for all levels. Would 100% come back. Thank you!

Thank you Maria! Great location especially if you want a good surf spot at your doorstep. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights are very loud as mentioned in other reviews. The arroyo next to the property is the local hangout and everyone competes to play their music the loudest. It’s quite the spectacle. If you’re an early bird and or light sleeper, make sure you pack your earplugs or noise canceling headphones. Now speaking of bed time these rooms are furnished with proper comfortable beds. Not the typical overly stiff beds you find in Baja that feel like you’re sleeping on concrete. Fantastic accomodations. You’re in San Jose Del Cabo on the beach with incredible ocean views. Absolutely worth staying here. The plaza downtown even in traffic is only about 14 min away. The marina is about 20min. If you want to stay out of the chaos of Cabo San Lucas but want to visit for a night of the crazy. It’s about 40min away and an uber can get you to the bars for about $25usd one way.
We stayed in the building with three families over spring break and had a wonderful time. The house was so comfortable - a beautiful view and lovely personal touches. I look forward to the next time.
The location was right on the beach - great for surfers but not so great if you want a quiet sleep. The condo is very loud on at night Friday - Sunday as it’s very close to a huge public parking area where they blast music well into the evening. Even with the provided sound machines you can hear the music in the front bedrooms. The kitchen had only 1 pot to cook with. We wanted to do a lot some cooking at home but it wasn’t outfitted for it. My family rented another unit and the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. The concierge was amazing and responsive.

Amazing views - We were able to see whales, jumping manta rays, and dolphins from the condo balcony. Condo was clean, and the building is well-maintained with friendly staff. It was nice to be able to walk right onto the beach from the pool exit. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking/eating in. The condo isn’t very well insulated for noise. The road/traffic noise is loud and we could hear closing/opening of doors and moved chairs upstairs. There are white noise machines available in room, but I would recommend bringing earplugs just in case.
Well kept property, very clean, great location and responsive host
Beautiful apartment, much nicer than the pictures!! As soon as we arrived, a sensational ocean view awaited us! We enjoyed amazing sunrises on the terrace. The whales walk all day in front of the beach, it was magical!! We were delighted and would love to return. The staff at the place are very friendly, the pool is warm and the whirpool is a delight. Really one of the best vacations we've ever had. Maria Regina was attentive to us and quickly supported us with the information and recommendations we asked for. UNIQUE!!
Very limited beach seating. No umbrella or beach chairs to take down to beach. That would have been nice. The nearby bridge has a local band that plays very loudly so people in the front bedroom had problems getting to sleep because of the noise. The master bedroom has sliding partition that allows noise from the kitchen, living room if someone is staying up later. It lacked the small ammenities. A box of tissue would have been nice, also some basic things like salt and pepper. We asked for some basic food items to be in place upon arrival and this service was EXTREMELY expensive. 30% upcharge and the prices did not seem to reflect what a grocery store would charge. Many problems getting the tv to work. Very frustrating, and we are tech saavy. Everyone was nice, responsive. We felt safe at all times. It is a beautiful location away from the city life. The beach is really nice. In summation after renting many beach condos, I felt like I overpaid for what we got.
We enjoyed our stay with our friends. The sunrises were spectacular The staff employed at Soleado were so kind and friendly Nice location to visit Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. This was our first trip to Cabo. We will definitely visit again!

Condo was clean. Great place for us in San Jose as the pool and hot tub allow children when accompanied by an adult. Not too many around here allow that. Air conditioning was excellent in every room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
One of the most beautiful stays I’ve ever had, peaceful, quiet, breathtaking views, on the beach, with private pool and amenities. Cabanas on the private beach. Communication was clear, easy, and concise. A HUGE thank you for making our first trip to Cabo unforgettable. If you’re questioning booking, don’t. This is the spot.

I visited the Balneario Soleado with two friends and we have the same opinion that can not be better spa in the Sán José de Cabo where we could spend 11 nights. According to my friends, they have not experienced an improvement stay in nigone setting of their lives. A lot of gracious, already, my friends are talking about visiting in this spa again in the future.

From the moment I booked, Regina, Olivia, and Karen were highly professional and responsive. Paola, my Concierge stood out most with her warm, reassuring & personal care eased my concerns as a first-time solo traveler. Check-in was seamless, and Paola made a memorable impression with a welcome gift of champagne and chocolates and massage certificate. Condo (#341) was impeccably pristine, fully equipped beautifully decorated, and offered BREATHTAKING beachfront views. Breakfast on the balcony would be a daily rutial! Her service went beyond expectations, arranging excursions and fulfilling special requests. Navigating the area was easy with Uber. This retreat was so relaxing and transformative, thanks to Paola’s exceptional care & personality. I am profoundly grateful for this experience.

The Airbnb is located in an absolutely perfect location right on the beach above the Zippers surf break. You can watch the waves from the balcony. The building has parking, a nice lobby, a pool, direct beach access, and beach cabanas. The apartment could benefit from a WiFi extender as signal does not reach the two front rooms. This was not a major issue as the lobby has a very strong Wi-Fi. Aside from that, everything was great. There’s a coffee maker, plenty of cookware, plenty of tableware and utensils. The apartment was very comfortable for our group of five. The host is responsive and helpful. This is outside of the San Jose Del Cabo town and I recommend having a car for your trip. I absolutely plan to stay here in the future on surf trips to San Jose Del Cabo - the location is unbeatable.
If you are in doubt just BOOK it!!! You will not regret it! This place is amazing and everyone was so communicative and helpful even before we arrived!! 10/10 amazing! It’s right on the beach and the view is spectacular! There are a couple of restaurants that are walking distance. Zippers was incredible! We enjoyed our stay very much! Very quiet and peaceful! Ubers are easy and very quick. Shopping is about a 5 min drive!

Regina and her staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. For arranging to have our refrigerator fully stocked when we arrived down a little details like having yeti cups in the apartment. Due to circumstances beyond her control, the power went out for 24 hours, she promptly offered us another unit to stay in or a free night stay great communication great location would definitely be back

Beautiful place and location, fantastic amenities. We walked to Zippers for breakfast. Our kids and parents loved it and we'd be happy to go back. The building staff was very helpful in our few interactions with them. Only a few downsides. The place is hard to locate after dark, try to check in before sundown if you don't know the area. The outdoor neighborhood is very noisy, but the bedrooms have good sound insulation and we all slept fine.

What a great home. Great kitchen -- complete with knives, cutting board, microplane, citrus hand juicer, and plastic cups (for the pool). Great view of whales (seriously). Wonderful pool. Tons of towels. Everything was great. I'd book it again.

This is a very nice condo. The beds were good and the kitchen had everything you need. The view of the beach is absolutely gorgeous. The only drawback is the road noise. You don't really hear it on the balcony but two of the bedrooms are quite noisy.

We LOVED our stay! It was right on the beach and wasn’t super crowded. The beach is lovely. The condo is lovely and decorated well. Regina was very responsive. We would highly recommend.

We only wished we’d booked a longer stay here. Great location, beautiful sunrises, restaurants nearby. You will need a car or to use a taxi if you want to go much further as walking the beach can get exhausting and the ride an issue. The hotel is right on the freeway so one bedroom gets a lot of road noise 24/7. There is a sound machine in all bedrooms. The Thursday night art walk in downtown San Jose Del Cabo was fun a must.

It was a great stay, Regina and the co-hosts Oliviaa & Karen are very responsive:-) The place is nice and clean. The security guards of building are super friendly, and we had the chance to use the Jacuzzi. My mom and aunties love this place!

Regina’s place is a great location, perfect view of the surf break Zippers from the deck. The pool was also beautiful and amazing. The apartment itself was spacious and stunning, beautifully decorated and felt really at home and comfortable. Regina and her team were very accommodating, kind and responsive. Regina's place totally met my expectations! Everything looks new, and I also felt right at home. You have a spectacular oceanfront view, and it's incredibly relaxing to watch a sunset on the balcony. Olivia and Karen helped me by recommending a doctor who was able to take care of a small emergency that I had. They responded quickly and were very friendly. Highly recommended

We have the most incredible experience here we are only supposed to stay for two days and ended up booking an additional seven days. The host and cohost were extremely responsive and very helpful! This spot not only offers you a beautiful location right on the water but also gives you a hotel vibe with the bar and restaurant down below. I felt as if we were at a private hotel. Great for the kids! Beach was incredible!

Dreams are made of places like this. Despite the fact that this listing lacks of numerous reviews from previous guests, I decided to book it and, Lord, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision. The photos show exactly what you get, yet they don’t make justice to the beautiful flat and the private swimming pool the propriety has. I took a couple of surfing classes at Costa Azul and had the chance to meet local surfers, whom allegedly stated that they always surf in this specific location. It was like a dream come true! I’d go back and book this one again as soon as possible. Thank you and see you very soon, Regina.
