Beautiful house in downtown Merida! Ideal for 8 people, it is spacious, cool and perfect to enjoy with your family or friends. It is perfectly located. Next to the stores and very close to different tourist places and delicious restaurants. The host gave us several recommendations and was always available. He allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. We really appreciate our time at Patricio's house. We will definitely come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Patricio!! The house is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and all linens clean, the patio was clean and the warm water in the pool made the difference even in hot weather. It was perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. Fernanda was very responsive and accommodating. She gave us great recommendations, the house keeper, Any, was very attentive and also responded promptly when we had a question. Our family had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for everyone, working remote was great for some while others relaxed by the pool. Highly recommend!!

Fernanda is outstanding host. The property far exceeds what the photos show; the space is even more beautiful and cozy in person. We had an amazing experience. Annie, the house manager, was extremely friendly and helpful, always attentive and available. He resolved any situation immediately, staying in constant communication and taking care of every detail to make our stay perfect. Definitely a place we'd go back to.

The accommodation and comfort were very satisfactory. Fernanda and her service staff are very friendly. The facilities are clean, the house is very spacious and comfortable, the pool is warm, the showers have very good pressure, the kitchen is very well equipped, wifi players throughout the house. Loved our stay here! Place is as described and seen on photos. The pool doesn’t get a lot of sun so make sure to be ready for a cold dip. While theres a restaurant next door that plays live music, you can only hear it in the outdoor space, not in the rooms. Location is great and just a few blocks from the park and calle 47. Would love to come back one day

We stayed two weeks. It was just before the beginning of the busy season so was very quiet which was fine with us. The small attached pool was a game changer. It was just the right amount of cool, which is nice when it’s hot. We were in it all the time. And the complex pools are gorgeous and so enjoyable. We met a few other folks which were all friendly and engaging. The gym was decent, the spa we used a lot. The staff there was great. The grounds staff and pool keepers do a great job. The complex was very clean and well maintained. We travelled around the area to Sayulita and San Pancho and enjoyed both places. We ate twice at La Peska by the Marina and loved it. Beds are comfy, couch even more so. There was an abundance of towels and lots of extra pillows. All in all a great experience. Fernanda was a dream to ask questions and her cleaning gals also cooked us an incredible dinner. I would highly recommend this place.

A beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house exceeded our expectations, we all loved the open spaces and the decoration, we had a small problem with the entrance lock but Annie, the person in charge, was very proactive and they solved it promptly, the day we return we would stay at the beautiful Casa Patricio again.

The house is excellent: very spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean. From the beginning, communication was very easy; our host was always attentive to everything and gave us very good recommendations that made the stay even better. It's definitely a place we'd go back to and I highly recommend it.

A super nice place, the apartment perfectly met our needs, having a private pool was a plus that we took advantage of a lot. The kitchen is super-equipped, we cooked breakfast and dinner and we went out for lunch. One day Juanita, the lady who cleans, cooked for us and it was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend that you hire her. Besides being super friendly and super fair price. The sea is more like a bay, it is very quiet and you don't hear much, it is the only BUT that I would put, that and that the access is a bit heavy because it is downhill, although there are elevators and they help. The Punta Esmeralda complex is very nice, very quiet. We saw very few people the week we were there. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Good service

It exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is excellent. The apartment has everything. Juanita and Mary were very helpful and were always attentive to our needs and exceeding our expectations with the food. If you want to relax and enjoy the beach, this is the place to be. Highly recommended. We will be back soon!

The house was so beautifully designed and thought out. We loved it! I do have to mention that even though the host and the aesthetics of the house were a 10 out of 10, the outdoor area and consequently the home are FILLED with mosquitoes. They aren't as bad as the mosquitoes in Texas and southern USA, but they are still mosquitos. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would be back if we didn't have little ones.

Casa Patricio is beautiful, very centric, and home like. The home was clean and well maintained. We recommend renting a car if you will be staying for a few days. Fernanda was very helpful, flexible, and quick to respond. Definitely recommend booking Casa Patricio!

We are three older brothers staying in Merida for five nights. Fernanda's house is beautiful and is a peaceful, restful oasis in the middle of the chaos that is central Merida. Fernanda lives in Mexico City but was incredibly responsive and quickly answered any inquiries we might send her way. There were a few issues, but she immediately took steps to resolve them. The first night of our stay there was a downpour and the power went out (for an hour). During the outage I wrote Fernanda inquiring as to whether there were any candles or flashlights in the house, as it was pitch black. She said there were not, but the next day, a package arrived from Amazon containing a rechargable flashlight, for any future outages! The comfort of her guests is obviously a high priority. The layout of the house proved perfect for our group.The furniture is sleek and modern and the decorative lighting exquisite: the shadows of plants cast onto the vaulted ceiling at night is mesmerizing.

Everything excellent! The house is very nicely equipped and perfect for spending several days in Mérida. Although it surely takes time for rent, everything looks totally new: from the furniture to the sheets and plants, it is in perfect condition and very well cared for. You can see the attention to detail. Also, there is parking just in front and we almost always found a place with no problem. Integrated water filter and fabrics in all rooms are a big plus. We loved coming back after a day of walking, resting and spending time in the house. We would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The house is spectacular and impeccable, plus a great location!

We were visiting Merida for a wedding and this Airbnb was great. The pool is not huge but we didn’t spend much time there. The living space and kitchen are BEAUTIFUL. Also she has a built in water filter which was HUGE and saved us the hassle of having to go buy water bottles. We had a wonderful time. Cleaning included which was a plus.

We came in for a wedding and saw all our friends airbnbs that were the best Mérida had to offer. Nothing was as comfortable, Tulum modern vibes and as nice as this property. The hired daily help and Fernanda were awesome. Highly recommend!

We really liked the house, it is perfectly decorated and has everything you need to spend several days in Mérida. The location is central, it has just a few steps away a breakfast restaurant that has a delicious bread (Pancho Maiz). We were bringing a car and although it does not have its own parking and there was always a place available right in front of the driveway. Fernanda was a great host, responded quickly to all our questions and helped us resolve what was needed. It also gave us the opportunity for a late check-out as our flight went out late. I would highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommended Everything was wonderful

Casa Patricio is more beautiful than it seems, the spaces, the design, you don't want to leave! We loved that it had 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, purified water and everything we needed, even coffee! Fernanda welcomed us with a complimentary wine and the housekeeper contacted us immediately to make herself available to us. I highly recommend this place. Maybe I would just suggest bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper because the area is busy, but for us it was not a problem. In conclusion, the house is better than the photos!

Great host and the place is so beautiful!

Casa Patricio is a gem in the center of Merida. The beautiful brown door opens up to a modern beautifully designed space. The high ceilings kept the area cool. The rooms were very clean and gorgeous;each with its own bathroom. My family and friends fell in love with the space and it made our trip quite memorable! Totally recommend this place.

Fernanda is undoubtedly the Best host I've had with airbnb experiences, although the Price is high at all times what you pay for , the house is very spacious, very nice in good taste , the beds are much more than comfortable , the cleaning service is rare for you to give it on airbnb , they only charge you and already , we had two days of cleaning ... The pool, although small, is compliant Its function is all to speculate please if you read this waiting to help you make a decision, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE, we rented a van although there is no parking , outside we were able to park without any problem, I highly recommend Fernanda her house is beautiful !!!

Fernanda’s place was perfect for our group of 8. Even more beautiful in person. There are lots of restaurants/bars within 15 minutes of walking distance. Uber is cheap when we’re too lazy to walk($2 to $4 ride). From the courtyard you can hear live music from the restaurant next door but we do not mind it all since it made our vacation more lively.

Excellent accommodation. The pool inside the apartment is a plus. Juanita was attentive to the cleanliness and with a great service attitude. It definitely became my favorite place to vacation

Fernanda’s place was perfect for a few days on Merida. It is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping destinations. She also gave excellent recommendations to places to explore within an hour or so drive or train ride from her place, many of which we took advantage of. We had a family of 7 and there was plenty of space for all. All of the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Only downside for us with small children was that all bedrooms opened up to a courtyard outside except for one that was connected to the main living/dining space, but it was manageable. The home is private and safe.

This house is a hidden gem in the midst of Merida city centre. A beautiful and peaceful place, on walking distance of nice restaurants and places of interest. The design of the house is insane! Great materials, wonderful details and super spacious. You really do not expect this amount of space if you only see the facade :). Absolutely loved each and every bedroom beds are very comfortable, private bathrooms huge! I would certainly recommend this house if you are looking for a place in downtown Merida.

Casa Patricio was exactly as expected and more!

Our stay was excellent. The place is incredible, better than in the photos! The location is very well connected to the main points and places of interest. We only had one detail with the air conditioning in the living room, which stopped working twice, but Fernanda helped us solve it as soon as possible and in a short time a technician was there to fix it. Definitely a great option if you visit Nayarit, we will surely return!

One of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The house is a magical place that combines tropical and colonial styles in impeccable ways. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, from the spacious rooms to the fully-equipped kitchen and beautiful pool. The double-height room and the windows give the house a lot of light and spaciousness. Fernanda, the host, was always attentive and responded to our messages very quickly. His attention made our experience even better. The house is the most original I've stayed in, with incredible architecture and decor. In addition, the location is excellent, in the mere center and very close to the new La Plancha park, which is incredible. I definitely recommend this place for unforgivable vacations.

Fernanda’s place is stunning and super functional and comfortable. The rooms are spacious yet very cozy, the kitchen is well stocked and the dining and living room are also a great size and very welcoming. The patio is fantastic, the kids especially loved the plunge pool, which was honestly one of our favourite features. The condo complex is very calm and safe, we felt right at home. Fernando is wonderful, super responsive and kind. She provided excellent local recommendations and tips. We would definitely love to go back.

Staying at this stunning 4-bedroom house in Merida was an absolute dream! We were getting married and booked it for the bridal party. All the rooms were extremely private and had their own bathrooms. The location was perfect, with delicious breakfast spots like Pancho Maíz just around the corner, and local bars with incredible live music nearby. The house itself was a hidden oasis, boasting beautiful architecture and an unforgettable vibe. From the moment we stepped in, we were enchanted by the charm and elegance of every corner. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Can't wait to come back and experience this slice of paradise again!

Fernanda was always in contact, we had a person for cleaning. Mrs. Juanita was impeccable. Mrs. Juanita was very kind,attentive cuisine. Everything was excellent. My children and happy family were highly recommended. The pool cleans the playa auper linda to walk and my children enjoyed it very much.

We stayed here while attending a wedding and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the week we spent at this condo. Fernanda was great to work with and gave us a great list of local beaches , restaurants and sites to see. The condo was gorgeous, beautiful decor but still felt like home. Has a great pool (small but perfect for lounging) living spaces were open and we loved the hideaway sliding doors that brought the outside space in. Juanita was so nice and came everyday and cleaned for us, did some dishes and to my surprise she washed some of our clothes which I thought was above and beyond. We would 100% come back and stay here and have already started to look into dates.

The condominium in general was pretty good. We had a great time and were very comfortable. Having a private pool helped a lot, although the other 8 pools are large and clean, and the best thing is that we had them to ourselves. We would definitely come back. Fer's service from the beginning was excellent, as was Juanita's service.

Really nice place to stay

Excellent apartment, spacious rooms, large spaces and the pool always at the ideal temperature for the kids and for getting in at any time of the day. We really enjoyed our vacation. Fernanda was very kind and friendly the entire time. She answered all our questions and made our arrival and departure very easy. We would definitely stay again on our next vacation.

The place is much better than on the pictures! A spectacular ocean view, the furniture and design are creative and stylish. Everyday Juanita cleaned the apartment and changed the towels and bedsheets. It’s made our vacation more relaxed. We stayed one week with four kids and four adults, and never felt that not enough room or we need more space 👌 the apartment is really comfortable to stay for two families. The only thing is not restaurants or cafe around, you need to get taxi (that wasn’t so easy, the first day we spent a hour to order taxi) or rent the car. So with rented car was much easy, we drove to the grocery, cafes and beaches. Also wasn’t easy to find the place at the first time, the address Fernanda sent got us to the different place, but it’s not her fault. I think the map wasn’t correct or taxi driver :) Also I recommend to pay attention to the front door, because we needed to go to the hospital, my kid smashed her fingers due a strong draft.
