Mary

The house does not match the photos. There is moisture in one room, and it smells like moisture in general. The pool is dirty. She knows that the photos don't match and arrives before you contact Airbnb. She tells you that it can be canceled so that she doesn't have a bad record. However, she tells you to cancel so that she gets a portion of what is retained as per the platform's policy.

Highly recommended, first of all because of Mary, who attended to us. She was super nice and very kind. She resolved issues in minutes and was always attentive to our accommodations. I definitely recommend it for its service and the very good stay. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, without a doubt. Thank you very much 🫂
