My stay was simply impeccable. The house is a gem: beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean and so well arranged that it's even pleasant to walk around. Every corner has something interesting; you can see the affection and dedication with which they maintain it. Mrs. Ana… a lovely woman. Always attentive, always kind, always willing to help. Its warmth makes you feel at home from the very first minute. The property delivers exactly what it promises — and I dare say it even exceeds it. It is divine, comfortable, functional and perfect for resting, working or simply enjoying. An experience I would repeat without a doubt.

The house is very comfortable, just as seen in the photos, we loved its decoration, plenty of space for children to play safely. Ana was always attentive and answered super fast. We shall be back very soon

This house has a lot of charm and comes with everything you need, Ana Teresa is very friendly and responsive. This house would have been perfect if the AC was available, it was way too hot. I don't think Tepa will see me again when is summer. But the house is spacious, and clean.

Located in a gated private subdivision located close to the center. Home was spacious and clean with amenities including ping pong table, volleyball, and hot tub. Host was very responsive and quick to answer questions.

This was our second visit to Casa Canela. It's a very nice house; the place is amazing, quiet, very clean, and super tidy in all the rooms. They have everything you need to enjoy your stay: a terrace for barbecuing, a fully equipped kitchen, a hot tub with hot water, and parking for several cars. It's excellent for enjoying with the family.

The stay was super comfortable. The accommodation has everything you need to make use of the facilities. It's best to bring your own food, since it takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the center of Tepa. The house is designed to be fully enjoyed. It has quite a few antique items, so it's recommended for conscientious and respectful people, not for party events, as they could be damaged. The area is super quiet and peaceful, so it is completely recommended for relaxing. Ana was attentive to all our questions and communication was immediate. In addition, she had the kind gesture of giving us flexible arrival and departure times, which allowed us to enjoy the house and have time to explore downtown Tepa. The Jacuzzi had the perfect temperature and the hydromassage worked. If you are looking for a place to share and relax, it is ideal.

Because of the cold, we didn't use the jacuzzi, but I'm sure it's also very comfortable. I'd come back without hesitation.

An excellent option for a family getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is in a very quiet location that favors the rest and safety of all. The layout of the house is perfect. It has pots, pans, dishes, blender, coffee maker, and everything you can think of that you might need in a kitchen. It has a small terrace with a barbecue area with a very nice view of the house. The Jacuzzi is perfect for 9-10 adults, the hot water works with solar panels. But the water in the showers is 100% heated with a gas boiler, which is great. I highly recommend Mrs. Ana's house, and I also thank her for the good communication from the first moment I made my reservation. In short, it's a place I'd come back to.

Casa Canela is an excellent option to enjoy with the family and get away from the noise of the city. Safe location. Easy and friendly communication with the host. 100% recommended. In our case, we mainly decided to rent the house because it is very close to an event venue where we were attending a wedding, and we wanted a place nearby to spend the night. However, Ana allowed us to extend the checkout to enjoy the house all Sunday and it was perfect! We were able to get up late, enjoy the Jacuzzi, and eat on the terrace without any worries. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, and everything is in good condition and clean.
