Ali

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Ali's house and, once again, the experience has been fantastic. The house is very comfortable, perfectly maintained and has everything you need for a great stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Ali is an attentive, friendly host who is always willing to help. Coming back for a second year was a great decision, and we're leaving very happy again. Definitely a totally recommended place to stay and to which we hope to return. Thank you for everything Ali!

We were three girlfriends visiting from Canada, this was a perfect beach house to stay for a couple days. We enjoyed the outdoor sofa, sunset cocktails and cooked dinner in a couple nights. Excellent stay!

li was an excellent resource—she answered all my questions promptly and gave us great tips. The house is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The area isn’t right in the middle of restaurants, but it’s only a 20-minute drive to Progreso and about 45 minutes to Mérida. She also suggested that we spend New Year’s Eve at Crabster, and it was one of the best recommendations. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious, the restaurant is beautiful, and the service was outstanding—100% recommended. Areas for improvement: the pool was very cold, and the beach had a lot of seaweed, which also caused an unpleasant smell in the beach area.

Ali was a wonderful host and the place was beautiful. I went with my family of 7 and we were very comfortable in the house. The area is peaceful. I recommend renting a car or having a chef come to cook some of the days since Progreso is about 30 minutes from the house. Overall, it was a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Everything excellent!

Excellent stay from start to finish. The house is spacious, very large and faces the ocean, with direct beach access. Everything was spotlessly clean. Check-in was very quick and the host was always attentive and very helpful. The house has four bedrooms with their own bathroom and closet or dressing room, two with ocean views, as well as a gym. Super-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all areas. A great plus is being able to cook and eat with ocean views even from the inside. The JBL speaker, powerful and with great sound, set the room perfectly. It has parking and a pool with spectacular infinity views. The only detail was that the water was a bit cold, a matter already discussed with the host who by the way is very friendly and answers very quickly. The experience far exceeded our expectations. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

We loved Ali's house. It is huge and super well equipped, perfect for several couples thanks to its 4 spacious and comfortable rooms. Direct access to the beach is a great plus, and in general the whole area feels very safe, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during the stay. We also really enjoyed the private pool; the only thing to note is that the water is cold, but other than that everything was excellent. Definitely an ideal option to rest and have an amazing time by the sea.

This house was great, better than we expected. Very clean and pleasant. We felt very private and the beach was so close it was great. The outside area is very lit up at night which makes it great to hang out. The rooms are very nice with great view and nice furniture. In the overall we are very pleased.

Ali has a beautiful home and we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the access to the beach. So far, it's our #1 favorite AirBnB. It had everything we needed, and more. We were not disappointed. This place was worth the cost. We had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was great. Wonderful views. This place would easily accommodate 8 people, while giving everyone privacy. It was very easy to walk alone the coast. Beautiful sand and none of the rocks like other places. We will definitely be back at this place for sure!

We had an unbeatable vacation in this house. It's been a privilege to be guests here. Everything is tidy, the house is very spacious and comfortable for 8 adults. The beach, paradise, pool, terrace, loungers. We're already thinking about our return. Thank you Ali for always being on the spot.

I had a bad experience with another house last year, and with this San Benito and Ali with their accommodation redeemed it. We spent four fantastic days in this house with our grandchildren, our son and his wife. The oceanfront location is unbeatable, and the pool was perfect to enjoy as a family. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and is even better than the photos. Spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. In addition, we had the pleasant surprise of finding a canoe and a paddle board, which delighted young and old. The host was very nice and helpful at all times. A perfect stay. We will definitely repeat and we totally recommend it!

This property is great, very private beach with amazing views. quiet and away from the crowds, with the water literally steps from the back door, a private swimming pool, a rooftop balcony, all bedrooms with private bath and ocean views, a nice kitchen with a full glass wall that retracts to become wide open to the covered patio, pool and the sand and water beyond. There are neighbors on both sides but hardly saw them and the area felt safe. A bit of a drive from shopping/ dining but just right for us. Certainly recommend this property!
