The hosts are very attentive and respond quickly. The house feels like a very peaceful and lovely home, and the pool temperature is very pleasant. We had rain and wind, so having a roof over us was very helpful. I recommend it, especially if you are traveling with babies or children.

The house is simple, but comfortable. The pool is what stands out the most, it can be enjoyed in any weather. It is very practical to have a grill and a ping-pong table. Location close to tequis, very positive. Etna's service was invaluable. It is recommended to bring insecticide (outside we had many flies). Quiet subdivision. My family and I appreciate your kindness, attentiveness and flexibility.

If you are looking for a getaway to rest and enjoy different amenities in the same house, it is ideal. The unparalleled covered pool and a perfect temperature. Barbecue and fire pit, ping pong and the internet to make HO the best.

The house is super comfortable! The amazing pool, the very nice subdivision, the guide they provide is super helpful and with great recommendations!! We were sure we were very comfortable and the hosts were super responsive and friendly at all times!! It's a 10/10 accommodation!!

The place is nice, mainly because of the pool. The people who welcomed us were very kind and were always attentive. But I don't think it's as comfortable for the 8 people they advertise. For 6, it's very good. And we also had to deal with an excess of flies. There were too many of them everywhere. But the place is safe and very quiet.

The house is beautiful but lacks a lot of attention and maintenance. Starting with the good stuff : the house is nice, has good layout and the barbecue area is an excellent size. The covered pool is fabulous as it doesn't get sunny and although the water is fresh, the roofing makes the atmosphere warm. The TVs have several streaming services and the water in the showers is warm. The towels they leave are very clean and the soaps and shampoos look good quality. House is well handled via Smart System (Alexa) From the points to improve: Inside the bath mugs are hit, the drawers have dust, the fans are not functional (they make a lot of noise and are already very old), some rooms do not have a closet and one of the tvs is monitor size (very small). Outside, the garden is very neglected when it comes to plants and the back (front grass is fine).

I absolutely recommend the place, the attention of the lady who gave us the house was very kind. Safe house, very complete with complementary accessories. The pool is delicious. A single recommendation would be a bath by the pool so as not to wet the house. Updating the information is the JBL horn and the inflatables are no longer as they comment visitors broke them. Thank you so much for the attention. We will definitely be back!

The house is quite nice, clean and equipped. The pool was warm and the barbecue area was a very good size. The ping pong and basketball games they have are a fun extra. The only thing I could say that I didn't like so much is the water pressure in the shower, since very little comes out and it takes a little longer to shower, but apart from that, everything was excellent and the person who received us was very friendly! RECOMMENDED STAY ☺️

I liked the house very much. The covered pool is magnificent. The only thing is that there's no bathroom in the pool area. You have to go into the house and the whole floor gets wet, but otherwise everything is perfect.

The contact person was not the one in charge. The place is nice but it lacks maintenance and more cleaning in some areas. The ping pong table and the basketball hoop are in the barbecue area and we couldn't move them. It was very difficult and there was no place to put them because in the garden you had to put them away every day because there were sprinklers. Also, they were very heavy to be putting them up and taking them down every day. Otherwise, the house was fine and the hosts were not very flexible. We left it in good condition and I have photos of the check-out and check-in. The house has a lot of potential. They just have to pay more attention to maintenance.

The house is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and practical. Having an indoor pool is a huge plus. Any questions were answered quickly. It is located in a central area where you can quickly get to downtown Tequis, the vineyard area, or La Peña.

An unforgettable stay. The accommodation is excellent. Very safe from the entrance, it gives a lot of confidence. The house with smart devices in each room is very cozy, it was spotless and you can see the care and meticulous attention to every detail. Lots of privacy. Very comfortable armchairs, beds and pillows, enough towels and kitchen supplies. The pool maintains its temperature perfectly, warm without being excessive, it is spacious and not so deep, the best thing is that it is covered. Each space is excellent, the barbecue and the campfire provide the opportunity to spend great moments. They also have many additional amenities such as board games, a giant jenga, ping-pong and basketball. Communication with Miguel was very friendly and helpful, Mrs. Patricia is wonderful, very friendly and warm, she is always attentive and really makes you feel welcome. Definitely totally recommended, we look forward to returning soon.

Everything was great, the house is comfortable, spacious and easily accessible. There are a lot of activities to do that are short of time. The only downside was that the Internet failed a little (I imagine it's in the area, not the host), and between us there was a person with work pending, but if that were not the case, nor the Internet you remember because there is much to be done. The service is very nice and the facilities top notch. My family and I ended up wanting to come back some day. I look forward to this place. :)

The house is great; it's much more than what you see in the photos. The attention is 10. Everything is very clean and spacious. The pool is great, and the amenities meet expectations. They're always on top of everything. Highly recommended. The location is a bit far from Tequisquiapan, but it lacks nothing because there is a plaza almost at the entrance that has everything and offers home delivery, so you don't have to struggle at all. This is a house that has everything to enjoy the outdoor space: barbecue, courtyard, armchairs, fire pit. It's a plus that the pool is covered, because even if it's a little cold outside, it's very pleasant inside the pool area. The place is as shown in the photos.

excellent facilities, everything was very clean and had everything you need to have a good weekend, the owners were on the slope all the time, a very big plus is that they had solar panels to heat the pool water and for the boiler water in addition to having special containers to recycle the waste, the grill and the pool are perfectly suitable and have everything you need to have a good time. The pastel cherry is that it has the house is that it makes use of home automation and most things can be contrasted by voice commands.

Very pleasant stay, the house comfortable and the best thing is the covered pool with warm water, noise is isolated and the air Queretanos, being able to be there all day. Communication with the hostess was very quick and her helpful response was immediate. Totally recommended for those who want to rest and relax in the pool. We'll be back soon.

I recommend this property. My family and I had a weekend of relaxation and family coexistence. The facilities are very good. The fact that the pool is covered and heated by solar energy is a big plus since the water reaches a very good temperature and does not disturb the wind or the sun. We prepared our food so having an equipped kitchen with everything you need and with a grill was very helpful. We also liked that it had a fire pit since it allowed us to grill chocolates. We also liked that the TVs were smart so we could enjoy movies and the Olympic game streams on Youtube.

The location of the subdivision is very good, 12-15min from downtown Tequis. The pool is an excellent option to enjoy at any time of the year since being covered it protects you from the sun and rain, which if the table and garden chairs are outside that area, so if there is no space inside, so if you have to take care of or watch the little ones you have to be with them in the pool or sitting on the shore. The cleanliness of the house is well, it has slightly reduced spaces throughout the kitchen, but nothing to worry about. Miguel and Paty's parents who gave us the house very friendly and attentive to us, Paty resolved all my questions before our stay and had good communication for us. In general, I recommend it, although the cost was a bit high due to all the AirB&B fees

My family and I had a great time, the best thing about this place is the covered and enclosed pool since it allows you to swim quietly at almost any hour without the cold air. Overall the house is well equipped.

The hosts are very friendly. The house is very comfortable. The pool does not need to have the heater turned on. Located in a residential development about 15 minutes from Tequisquiapan.

If you're looking for a place for the family to enjoy the pool all the time no matter the weather this stay will fascinate you, the roofed and heated pool is great. The bedrooms are super comfortable, and the entertainment amenities are very comprehensive. We had a very pleasant week at Miguel's house. Highly recommended!!!!!

The house is very comfortable and pleasant; the bathrooms are very clean. The best part is the outdoor areas, and especially the pool. The person in charge was always willing to answer any concerns or questions.

The house is in excellent condition, it is very comfortable and has many amenities to have a good time during the stay, it even has some elements that we did not expect such as the board games that they make available to guests. From the first moment they contacted us to provide us with information and the inquiries we had were addressed immediately. The people who welcomed us and showed us the house were also very friendly.

Very nice house, we had a great time. Definitely the pool area is best, although we are traveling in January and for climate reasons if it was necessary to hire the boiler since the weather was not sufficient to heat the pool. Patricia's service is very good and always available.

If they are looking, privacy and a spectacular place to enjoy with family or friends, this place is ideal !! I would definitely recommend the pool; it's perfect! The beds are very comfortable, it's a super quiet and very nice place to be. Consistent in terms of value for money.

Delicious deck, always warm, at all hours. The gardens are very nice and well kept, the house is super clean. The campfire area very suitable for roasting sausage and marshmallows, we had a good time.

The place is very good, to go quietly there are 3 rooms plus sale maybe if it's family no problem, the pool was super good and with very good temperature, the perfect barbecue and the kitchen enough to do what you need. They are very attentive to your needs. We will certainly return.

The house is cute and cozy, modern because it has Amazon system smart home, the house is not so close to the center of Tequis. I recommend that if they arrive at night they stop by their dinner or an Oxxo because there is almost nothing open nearby. The Alberca is roofed and the water is warm, the lady who welcomed us is very nice. Recommended ✨

This house is highly recommended. Just like the photos and the description. Absolutely clean and disinfected. Excellent option to rest and enjoy as a family. The house is fully equipped. The kitchen with everything you might need. The rooms have TVs, and all the lighting is smart through Amazon Echo. Very fun and comfortable. The house is inside a residential development and is totally safe and quiet. You can leave the door open all day without any worries. The development has many parks and green areas. Going for a walk is very nice. You can also ride a bike, but be careful with the mesquite thorns, as it's easy to puncture your tires. Outside the subdivision there is a small gourmet store with home delivery. For this time of Covid, it is very comfortable. The house's indoor pool is splendid. The water is always hot with solar heating. Just keep it covered at night and its temperature will be ideal. There are many places to walk around in the area. Several vineyards with tours and tastings, as well as places where cheese is made. Right now there are not many places available, but if you look, there are places to go with proper security. Excellent communication with the hosts. They were always available and provided immediate responses and solutions. Everything requested or mentioned was taken care of and resolved. Something very striking is the extensive library of the house with books for all tastes. The only recommendation is to bring your own pool towels so as not to use the ones in the house. We would definitely come back.

Miguel's house is nice and comfortable. The residential development is safe and quiet. The pool is always at a very good temperature. The house is very clean and tidy. It has many books and fun things to do. I felt it was a bit small for large groups. There were 7 of us, and we were comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
