Highly recommended for resting, spacious rooms, beautiful house

There are places that are enjoyable and others that become unforgettable memories; this residence was both. We spent 4 wonderful days and never felt the need to go out. From the moment we arrived, the cleaning staff and the cook made us feel right at home. Their attention and warmth made our only concern deciding which delicious breakfast or lunch to enjoy each day. The 12 members of our family agreed that it was an extraordinary experience. The residence is modern, spacious, impeccable and has everything you need to enjoy as a family. We took advantage of all the amenities and were even surprised to find board games that made our nights even more special. Thanks to the host and his entire team for taking care of every detail. Definitely one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We hope to be back soon!

The house is amazing. When we arrived, we had some issues with it, but Graciela and Montse took care of absolutely everything. 100% recommended!

The house is very nice and matches what is shown in the photos. Overall, the stay was very good and the host was very helpful at all times. I would just like to mention two details: upon arrival on the first day, the boiler for the hot water in the pool was not working properly, and during the three days of our stay, the air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work. Other than those points, everything was great. We really appreciate the attention we received.

The house is very comfortable, very nice, the pool is heated all the time (very nice), Graciela was attentive at all times and the girls who gave us and received us at the house were super friendly, everything was very clean, The only thing I didn't like, but it's not the host's fault, is that at times there are a lot of flies, but there are small table fans on the terrace to chase them away (I just had to put batteries in them), so we were able to enjoy a very pleasant barbecue, the grill is well equipped and the terrace is divine, comfortable and clean rooms

It is the best option to spend days of rest with everything you need to share with family or friends. The house is much better than what you see in photos. It has different spaces to spend time together. The pool is large and at a pleasant temperature with the boiler, which can also be used in the jacuzzi. Everyone's service was always very fast. Everything overall was perfect.

The accommodation is very nice, the staff service is amazing, the host is attentive and responds quickly. I would only comment that there are things that already need maintenance, such as the pool table, the outdoor audio didn't work, the outside bathrooms had cobwebs and dust. Overall it's a great place, but it needs maintenance and the privacy needs to be improved a bit towards the backyard.

I thought it was a good place to spend the weekend with friends, the pool was in the best condition, if they can order the boiler service, super recommended, the facilities have details of the use nothing out of the expected, I think the only details I consider them in the gaming teams, such as the pool table, soccer and basket as well as the lottery quite careless. And the grill area when preparing the food gets too full of flies, possibly they should apply a pest control treatment so that this did not happen. But overall it was a good experience.

The house is very nice, literal as in the photos, Monse in the kitchen is super active, helpful and attentive at all times to our questions! The gardener is waiting for all the pool details. Be attentive at all times to my questions and requests. I like to travel followed to cocoyoc, it will undoubtedly be my first options.

It's a beautiful residence with everything equipped. We had a very pleasant weekend and the people were always attentive to anything that was needed.

It is one of the best houses we have stayed in Cuerna. Great service from Graciela, who was always in touch and left us some complimentary items. The house is very clean, the exterior areas are well maintained and cleaned daily. There were 16 of us staying in 4 bedrooms. They have enough mattresses, the air conditioning in the bedrooms and dining room works perfectly, and it's great that they have 2 bathrooms outside for when you use the pool. Everything worked very well. The only thing is that the ping pong table wasn't available at the time. They have sound that connects to several speakers around the house and connects to YouTube. The heating is quite good in the pool and jacuzzi. I would only recommend paying more attention to the pool, since it stays open all night and it rained those days, so it didn't seem that clean even though they cleaned it daily. But it's a great choice of accommodation. We'll definitely repeat the stay.

The house exceeded all our expectations, the spaces are spacious as shown in the photos, but what we liked the most was the outdoor barbecue area, it had everything you need and also had a privileged view of the volcanoes. It's definitely the best lodging option in the area!

The rooms are spacious and flexible, the pool is kept at a good temperature and if you pay the extra for the boiler for the jacuzzi it is super nice to take advantage of it during the afternoon/evening. Graciela is super attentive, it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to respond to my messages. The cleaning staff is a super plus, it gives you the opportunity to enjoy more and stress less about keeping the kitchen and outdoor space organized. For large groups, over 10 people, this house is an excellent investment for a relaxing and fun getaway.

The house is just like the pictures. Graciela's service is excellent and efficient. Every time we asked her for something, she took care of it right away. We struggled a bit with the pool temperature, but it was just a matter of telling her to turn it back on and let it warm up. Roberto's service was also good. I would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful weekend and everything was possible for this beautiful modernist property, that the photos fall short, because in reality it is luxury, exceeded my expectations. The host's attention is top notch and very good and quick communication with her and her support people. The upscale cleanliness, the rooms very nice, spacious, comfortable and helps a lot that all have weather and its own bathroom. The garden area has everything to have a luxurious passage, with a very nice size swimming pool and jacuzy and well equipped at a very pleasant temperature, which regulate it to your liking. It has more amenities and accessories for rest and fun than I could describe. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful, the photos don't do it justice, fully equipped, the house is huge, the room on the ground floor is very comfortable, the rooms on the ground floor super spacious, the amenities on the outside a wonder, sound in all the corners of the garden, TV that you can see from the pool, the barbecue area perfectly equipped and if it does not rain or you worry xq it is covered, we were able to make fire pit with bombs, the pool temperature and jacuzzi super well, the kitchen and the dining room perfect to enjoy with the family, the plus, it's pet friendly! We will definitely be back soon, special thanks for Graciela for being a super host and the team that is always attentive, we have an incredible few days, worth every weight you pay.

Graciela was always attentive, responding quickly to messages and with the best attitude. The food prepared by the cook, Ana, is some of the best I've tasted in recent times. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the campfire area was great too. It's a great house to go with friends, have a great time together, and spend an unforgettable weekend! 100% recommended!

The house is flawless! Communication with Graciela super agile! We hired a cook for one day, and it worked out quite well for us. The lady was very friendly and proactive!! Very attentive cleaning staff!! Mr. Roberto was incredibly attentive to our shopping needs!! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the living room has more than enough space, and the kitchen has plenty of utensils (plates, glasses, cups, pots, cutlery, blender, oven, stove, baking dishes, etc., of all kinds). The dining room is very comfortable and spacious and with a spectacular view of the garden and the pool… Outside there is a common area with a pin pon and billiard table in super good condition, plus we found many board games… The pool is large and not so deep, the jacuzzi super well , both with room temperature water, we hired the boiler service and the water was at a very good temperature... The azador area has everything you need to prepare food is also covered and has an outdoor light that looks great at night... A spectacular sound system that reaches every corner of the outdoor space… The campfire area works perfectly well!! There was no need to leave at all for the weekend, we will definitely be back soon!! Highly recommended!!!
