Hi, Rocio! We believe that communication is the success of the present and future. But this evaluation is unfair. We communicated with you on several occasions for these reasons: 1.You did not answer the protocol messages to the residential community, we had to make an international call and get the license plate of your vehicle and ID card. 2.You took after check out, the electronic vehicle entry card. 3-You took after check out, a 300 thread count Luxury Cotton Sheet and delivered it the next day. 4-We sent our immediate response staff when you requested it and you did not confirm immediately. After contacting you repeatedly and getting no response on the missing items we reported you to Airbnb and you subsequently contacted us. We believe in Ethics, Transparency and truth based reviews.
