Amazing stay very close to zona centro.

Teresa was great and replying to all my messages and place was located just minutes away from all the main attractions

Everything was perfect! The breakfast and the service were impeccable.

WARNING!!! Prepare to be spoiled if you stay here. This was a beautiful oasis just close enough to the action. Easy to get to after being out and about and very quiet for such a central location. The beds and linens were very nice and the layout was perfect for our group of 6. Hot water and pressure were much appreciated. Diana cooked us breakfast daily, offered daily room cleaning and did laundry for an additional charge. So kind and all of the sauces for the eggs were homemade. It was easy to adjust breakfast service time through Theresa. She was always extremely responsive and accommodating. We had rooftop massages and enjoyed watching movies on the covered patio for the rainy nights. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Casa Theresa provided perfect accomidates for our large group of friends as we traveled to SMA for a wedding. Great location, providing ease of access to the Centro and surrounding neighborhoods. The host Teresa was very communicative, which made check in and check out an easy process. Diana, the house maid and chef, was a huge bonus! Having a home made breakfast each morning was a great way for us to start the day. It was also refreshing to not have to worry about cleaning up the Airbnb, beyond the general tidying up you'd normally be doing. Overall - 10 out of 10; would recommend to friends and family, or stay there again!

We had an excellent stay at Casa Teresa! We stayed with 3 other couples and the house was perfect for our group. The location is very central and made it easy to walk everywhere. Having breakfast included every morning was a great touch, and the house was very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Teresa was also a fantastic host. She kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check in, which helped a lot. We also accidentally misplaced a set of keys and she was very understanding and helped us solve the issue. Will stay here next time I'm at San Mike!

The 6 of us loved our stay in San Miguel Allende at Teresa's! The house is a great base to explore the city. Everything went according to plan with check in and the home was comfortable for all of us. No problems what so ever and we could not have asked for more. thank you Teresa.

Teresa has a lovely and charming home that is within a reasonable walk to El Parque, El Jardín and and most of the desirable restaurants in SMA. Our stay was just over one month. Diana handles the cleaning and food preparation if arrangements are made. She prepares delicious breakfasts and works hard to keep this place clean. Teresa is very responsive to requests and offers suggestions as needed. Although, this home is located on a busy street, we didn’t hear much street noise. If you’re looking for an old home with a Spanish Colonial flair, good location and lots of bedrooms, this may be the place for you.

I hosted a large family gathering for Christmas and New Years at Casa Teresa. There was great private and group space for everyone. The fireplace in the dining room was really lovely and Diana’s breakfasts were just terrific. I have no hesitation in recommending Casa Teresa for your visit to San Miguel!

I had such a wonderful stay at Teresa’s house! From the moment I arrived, I felt so happy and completely at home. The space itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully kept, peaceful, and very comfortable. Every morning, I looked forward to breakfast. It was delicious each day, and Diana was incredibly hospitable and truly a fantastic cook. She made the mornings feel warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated her kindness. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even more relaxing. Overall, this was one of my best Airbnb experiences, and I would absolutely recommend Teresa’s place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Teresa’s home was absolutely perfect for our group. We were in town for a wedding and the location was ideal to explore San Miguel and stay close to the wedding venue. The breakfast that was provided every morning of our stay was delicious. Teresa was very communicative and accommodating to our group. I hope to stay here again for our next trip to San Miguel.

We loved it!!!! Teresa is an excellent host, my respects for the treatment she gave us, the attention, always super attentive, very nice and she helped us with all our questions at the time!!! The house is super comfortable because it's super spacious and the rooms are very spacious. If you want to go relax, it's super comfortable, and if you go as a family, it's great because everyone has their own space. Very close to downtown. Highly recommend. 🙌🏻

Loved Casa Teresa! Can't recommend this place enough. It's so beautiful and peaceful and has a couple rooftop patios. Diana helped us check-in and made us breakfast every morning (which was a surprise). Teresa was super responsive and tried to accommodate all our requests. Will be booking again when we go back to SMdA!

Absolutely stunning airbnb right in the heart of San Miguel. Teresa was fantastic and the property was ideal for our group of 7. The home cooked breakfasts were a lovely bonus. Would 100% recommend this property and would visit again.

We visited San Miguel de Allende for a wedding. There were five in our party and the accommodations were lovely. The upstairs patio was perfect for afternoon and evening conversations. The home was immaculate with daily cleaning. It was close to all of the other places our friends were attending and staying. We loved it!

Location, location could not be better. It was just a few blocks away from the center of the historic district, a few blocks away from the lovely Parque Benito Juarez, multiple restaurants and a small organic food store I found very convenient. The interior of the house was charming. The outdoor courtyard divided two separate areas, which made it more private and separated the bedrooms. The home is traditional, therefore the back rooms have very little natural light and kitchen area could use a bit more light, especially above the sink. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and quiet. The homeowner Teresa, was quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful. The housekeeper came three mornings a week and was very kind (only speaks Spanish) and kept the home in good shape. I would highly recommend renting the house. Finishings and decor has not had a lot of attention, but I actually felt more relaxed and it did not feel sterile. Nice roof deck, but could use comfy seating.

We had an amazing week in San Miguel de Allende. The house is beautiful and very well located. The breakfast and cleaning service make it even more special. We more than recommend it.

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Diana’s breakfasts were tasty. We had a little issue with a lock not working and both Teresa and Diana responded quickly! This was the perfect spot for my family.

The house is very conveniently located, easy to walk to the whole center without having to use the car, it also has the service of a very close pension to park your car upon arrival. The house has very nice spaces and comfortable rooms

Casa Teresa was an exceptional place! The casitas were clean and stylish and perfect for my entire extended family to stay. Each couple had privacy while still being close to spend time with the group. Deanna was also amazing & very kind and helpful as well. I absolutely recommend this home and will definitely stay here again. We all had an amazing experience!

We spent a weekend there with 6 people. It was super nice. Diana prepared us a delicious breakfast. It was very cold at night, so we all froze because there is only one sheet on the beds. But for the second night, we also put blankets on the beds available in the cabinets. It was a lovely time

I can't say enough about how much our group of 8 enjoyed our stay in Teresa's beautiful home. It was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Diana's breakfasts were delicious every day, and she was kindly flexible with our arrival time due to a late bus. Teresa was helpful and very responsive; she booked our taxis for us and even checked in at 5:30am to make sure they had arrived on time. The location was also perfect -- gorgeous and walkable to everything we wanted, plus a very short cab ride from the bus station. Our whole group agreed that we would consider ourselves lucky to have the opportunity to stay there again!

Our group of 8 was very comfortable in the house. The space was beautiful, the bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely designed, and we loved having multiple spaces to hang out as a group (the courtyard, the rooftop, the upstairs lounge). Diana, the woman who cooked breakfast and cleaned was super sweet and helpful. And the location was wonderful; a short walk to the center of town and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops right near the house.

The house is very cute! The feeling upon arrival is very positive, as it is full of decorative details. A fountain that makes the atmosphere very pleasant, the lighting in the entrance hall, and the olive trees that frame the central courtyard are beautiful. The house is perfectly well equipped. The kitchen was impeccable and the service from Diana, the person who makes breakfast, was unbeatable! The breakfasts are complete and delicious (eggs, chilaquiles or sopes, beans, fruit, bread, coffee, everything!) Everything was very clean, and the sheets and bedding were in good condition (nice and clean). The bathrooms were comfortable and had nice touches like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap gel with dispensers (which makes the experience hygienic, nice, elegant, and comfortable). The house has a wonderful location. Everything is within walking distance, and the fact that the parking is 50 meters away is very convenient. I would suggest only: some pillows had a bad smell and the water pressure in some regaderas (not all) Thank you!! Great house!!!

Great place to stay in San Miguel if traveling with a big group. Rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. Teresa was súper accesible and accommodating. Breakfast was included and delicious, cooked by Diana who was super helpful and at our beck and call. 100% recommend.

Highly recommend this wonderful home. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city. The rooms are all a good size, beautifully decorated, and clean. Communication with Teresa was easy, she was always quick to respond, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Cleaning and breakfast are provided which are an added bonus.

This place is magical! Perfectly located in downtown San Miguel with everything within walking distance! The perfectly clean property, totally decorated in tune with the magical village and the service, both Teresa and Dianita (Who received us and made us breakfast every day), was incredible. Teresa’s house was wonderful. This was a group of 12 people, and we all had a great time. The house has plenty of space, with independent bedrooms and restrooms, for privacy. The house is beautifully decorated, with many unique details. Communication with Teresa was incredibly easy; she was quick to respond and very, very helpful. Accommodations were made for an early check in, and also for a late check out that allowed us to enjoy San Miguel a few more hours, while our luggage was safe. Dianita met us at check in and was very attentive the entire time. She prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, for a great start of each day. Location is also amazing, with everything to enjoy at walking distance. I highly recommend Teresa’s place and hope to be back soon.

It has a great location

This was a great place to stay with 12 people. So close to the main plaza and church and the parking which is included, is very convenient. The host had a lovely assistant great us to give us the keys and the tour of the space and light switches and kitchen. She also came back the next morning and cooked us chilaquiles and served bread and OJ. It was so nice for a stay with family to kick off our reunion celebration week. Highly recommend!

What can we say about such a great place and host! The home is beautiful and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the location is near everything, the host is flexible and accommodating, it's perfect for families, and it has everything you need. My family of 9 people felt very safe during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Teresa and Diana are lovely hosts and simply made the trip to San Miguel that much better. Awesome!

A wonderful, beautiful and historic place to stay right near the center of town! We were in town for a wedding and wanted to easy access to all the attractions, and Teresa's home was just perfect. There was ample space and privacy, even for a party of ten including a 10-month-old. Teresa also provided delicious light breakfast and coffee in the mornings, and daily cleaning. Unless Teresa has some way of controlling the May heat, we could not have had a better stay! The home has an indoor/outdoor feel where most of the common spaces are outdoor. This was great for the warm weather, and we really enjoyed the central courtyard and roofdeck/terrace in the evenings after sundown.

Teresa is amazing! She was super helpful and even helped my party to get much needed Covid tests to go back to the US. The place is very beautiful - very boho-rustic style. It was so nice to wake up to have a frest fruit and breakfast waiting for us. The location couldn't have been any better - close to shopping and top places to eat. We would stay there again the next time we want to go to magical San Miguel.

This is the absolute perfect place to experience the beauty of San Miguel. Our group of 10 truly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect walking distance to everything. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was the perfect start to each day. Teresa was helpful and responsive prior to our arrival, and Diana was there to greet us and helped us check out. Rooms were unique and very clean. The courtyard was a lovely place to be. It can get cold at night but the fireplaces were helpful. I recommend bringing house slippers to walk around the cool tile floors. It was a magical place. We loved all of the plants. Thank you!

Teresa and her team were amazing! Teresa let us drop off all our luggage before check in! That was a huge help! Everything in her home was beautiful! Lots of space and privacy. It was also located near a beauty salon so we were able to get mani and pedis and blow drys! Teresa was very helpful when we needed anything! She was just a message a way! I would definitely recommend her and her home! Dianita also made the best breakfast! Muchas gracias señoritas!

The house was very central, clean, the TV in the room downstairs we couldn't pick it up, only one day the hot water failed but they fixed it quickly, Teresa was always on the lookout and Diana cooks very rich and very friendly. Super parking nearby We will definitely be back to the house soon.
