Excellent place!

Everything was excellent. The accommodation is quite nice and spacious, and it also complied with everything shown in the description. We had an amazing time!

We went as a family to spend a few days relaxing. We really enjoyed the common areas. The barbecue area is super comfortable, since you're socializing and cooking at the same time. For those who have lounge chairs, the pool area is super relaxing. The area is super quiet with super nice views. Adults and children really enjoyed the pool. We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. They were always attentive to our questions, and we really appreciate their flexibility with the times. We definitely recommend this beautiful place to enjoy

Alejandro is an excellent host. He was always attentive and willing to accommodate new requests and changes in the number of people. The house is beautiful✨. If you are a nature lover, you will love this house. It is a very quiet area to clear your mind and connect with your inner self. It has a very good vibe 🫶🏻✨☀️. And also very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was very clean and warm. Everyone is very friendly, from the owner to the cleaning lady. The house has everything you need, but if you don't like nature, it's not for you, because there are little animals typical of nature: mosquitoes, bees, etc. NOT IN EXCESS, just what's normal for being in nature. Nothing that a repellent can't take care of. There are also quite a few fly strips in the house for that situation. We loved our stay very much. We hope to come back soon 🫶🏻✨🌳🫶🏻

The house is very nice, it matches the description, and communication with Alejandro was always very good. He was always very flexible regarding the check-in and check-out times. My only suggestion is to label or number the rooms as they appear in the description.

A great option to enjoy as a family: have a barbecue, play board games, or spend the afternoon in the garden. Also, being able to bring pets was a huge relief. We all had a great time.

A great place to relax and disconnect from city life. The fact that there were NO televisions in any of the spaces was excellent; it brought us together as a family!!! Impeccable green area and pleasant pool temperature; the heater was not needed. I would definitely come back!!!

It was an excellent stay, my family and I enjoyed it very much. We thought it was excellent that they asked for badges and IDs for access to ensure the safety of both us and the tenants. Unfortunately, at night a heater pipe broke, the hot water came out and even though they came to repair the fault, we could not enjoy the pool as we expected. The barbecue area is very spacious, with an electrical connection. We forgot to buy charcoal, but there is a supermarket very close by and we were able to go out to get it.

Excellent accommodation option, it is a bit far from downtown Tequisquiapan for those who do not have a car, but other than that everything is amazing, the place is very safe and has very beautiful sunsets ☺️

Everything was great, communication with Alejandro, perfect! We were able to modify the reservation to be able to enter earlier and we were given the facilities. The house was super nice, the furniture was a bit old and it smelled musty, but I'm sure it was because the windows had been closed. We only had one issue with one of the bathrooms that was dirty in the shower area, but everything else was great. Perfect for large groups

My stay in this accommodation was excellent. The place is just as shown in the photos: clean, cozy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the quiet environment — ideal for resting.

Very large house with many rooms and household items with many spaces to enjoy. Very quiet and peaceful area. Cleanliness is good. The pool, despite the solar panels, remained cold most of the day. I recommend the boiler and more in cold seasons. Communication with Alejandro was very good, always very attentive. You have to consider that it is in a subdivision and they have their strict rules.

A house with an interesting rustic style, comfortable, and with an environment that allows total rest. You can sleep with a lot of tranquility. With space for children to spread out and play comfortably and safely. Its proximity to the golf course adds a plus for relaxing morning walks. It's important to plan the groceries and supplies you'll bring to the house well, because there's no place to stock up nearby. Security in the subdivision and golf course is good. The pool temperature is very well regulated. Its barbecue is very practical. Furniture in good condition.

We loved our stay at Alejandro's house, very well cared for and everything works. In a very quiet, beautiful and well guarded area that is what any traveler is looking for. We loved the pool as it has a very good asaderos area. By car you go and you come to the center of Tequis and very close you have the best cheese and wine route in the region. it was very worth staying in this residence. We'll be back soon!!!

Alejandro gave us clear instructions to arrive, which we did without problems, there is information to send in advance for the entrance cabin to the subdivision. The accommodation is very well equipped, it has all the accessories to prepare food and serve the food of the 17 we were. Alejandro was on the lookout for the questions we had and responded quickly. It was a person to monitor the clarity of the pool water during our stay. The garden and pool and the steaks are very well cared for. It has a bathroom and showers accessible from the pool, which is very useful with children. All beds are very firm.
