We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. Taking the time to read the listing and description before you book is super important. Anyone reading the property description would understand the home is in a gated community and is a five minute drive from the gate to the public parking area of Playa Grande in a vehicle. Golf cart may take a bit longer. The property location, directions, and check-in process are clearly outlined in the listing, and we always recommend that guests reach out in advance—as noted after booking—so our Guest Services team can provide detailed arrival instructions, including a Google Maps link for easy navigation. In this case, communication began on the day of arrival, and the agreed check-in timing changed several times, which made coordination more challenging. While we did our best to accommodate and assist, having these details finalized ahead of time typically results in a much smoother experience. We appreciate your stay and your feedback, and we hope this serves as a helpful reminder to future travelers that a bit of advance planning and communication can make all the difference—especially when traveling internationally or using rental platforms. -KC
