Fabulous host and great property. Laura was such a responsive and accommodating host, often answering queries in a matter of minutes, both before we arrived and while we were in Mexico City. The property is so good for a large group (we were a group of 16 visiting for the World Cup) and in such a lovely location.

We had an amazing stay in Mexico City! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All the amenities provided made our stay easy and enjoyable—from the fully equipped kitchen to the reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with great restaurants, attractions, and transportation nearby. After a day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back and relax in such a welcoming space. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and created many great memories during our visit. Laura knew our visit to Mexico was for the World Cup and she went out of her way to decorate the house with balloons, backdrop & World Cup decorations 🇲🇽 we highly recommend this Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Laura you have a beautiful home!

Great space for groups! Well-stocked kitchen, really thoughtful welcome gifts (balloon, donuts, etc.) and very responsive to questions. It was perfect for a small team work retreat.

This home was an excellent choice for our group of eight. It’s spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with each person having their own bedroom and nearly all with private bathrooms, which made the stay especially comfortable. The living area is large and inviting, and the oversized smart TV was a great bonus for relaxing together. Laura Edith went above and beyond. She decorated the house for our bachelor party and even left us a generous gift of a high-quality bottle of tequila, which was such a thoughtful touch. She also was very communicative and made our life easier both with check-in and check-out. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions, and we loved being right in the heart of everything. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and checked every box. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This is an absolute gem of a stay in the heart of CDMX for a big group. 8 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms made for a comfortable stay for each guest without having to feel on top of each other. Neighborhood is magical for its walkability, tree-lined streets, and great cafes and restaurants. And the hosts were very responsive and fast with minor questions and issues. Would stay here again with a group for sure!

Laura's place was absolutely amazing. she went above and beyond for us, and made us feel so welcome! The rooms and property were pristine and had enough room for all of us to be comfortable & have our own space. The restaurants and grocery stores were very close and allowed us to have easy access to things without additional Ubers. I would highly recommend this property and Laura, and absolutely would stay again!

Laura was timely, responsive and extremely welcoming when celebrating our bachelor trip this past weekend. If there was anything we needed, she would make sure she did whatever it took to get to the bottom of it and make it right. We felt right at home and the convenience of getting groceries from the nearby Walmart made our stay very comfortable. The area is safe and easy to navigate, so would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to experience Mexico City!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my bachelorette party. The house was clean, spacious, and had more than enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. It was beautiful and looked exactly as the pictures described. She was a responsive host who was very flexible with early and late check in/check out, and even decorated and gave us a bottle of tequila for my bachelorette weekend! If I come back to CFMX I will 100% stay in this house again.

Great location, calm neighborhood. Extremely responsive host, proactive, and supportive. It’s a beautiful old house. We were eight and it worked vey well. It is vintage set up, but the appliances are modern and the bed comfortables. Bathrooms are clean but aging. We loved our stay.

Our wonderful trip to Mexico City was a great success thanks to Laura Edith's incredible hospitality in this beautiful home. There were ten of us, including two small children, all there to welcome the New Year. Laura Edith created a beautiful, festive environment during our stay. The home is in an area with a vast array of restaurants, shops, parks, and interesting sights. We walked almost everywhere, and felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood and in the home. Our host was extremely quick to respond whenever we had a question. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had everything we needed while in the home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Mexico City. If we were to arrange a similar trip in the future (which I very much hope we are able to do) I would want to stay at this home again because it is beautiful, convenient, comfortable, and provided us with an unforgettable vacation. Perfect place for a large group! This was a great home base for my family (8 adults and 5 children) visiting Mexico City for a week. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms, along with common spaces for hanging out together. Laura Edith was a very kind and accommodating host--she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We really appreciated early check in, late check out, mid week cleaning, and filtered water jugs at no extra cost. The kids enjoyed all the TVs and the karaoke machine, and it was nice to not have to worry about being too loud with our large group. We highly recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay! :)

My family came for a wedding, this house is perfect for a large group. Laura is amazing, she always goes above and beyond. Her kindness and patience with numerous questions is admirable. The house is very comfortable, spacious and in an excellent walkable and safe area. Many sites, restaurants and parks to visit close by. There is a convienent Walmart Express for groceries a few blocks away. Highly recommend this home 10/10.

We had an amazing stay! Place is great and has plenty of space. Located in a very safe neighborhood. Our flight times got changed and the host allowed us to stay very late into the evening on our checkout day to accommodate. Thanks for everything.

Like the other reviews have stated, Laura is an amazing host. She was always very responsive and helped us on multiple occasions. She decorated the house for our bachelor party and included some complimentary drinks upon check-in. Her location is great for large groups, and the pictures don't do it justice. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and close to a lot of great restaurants and sights to see in CDMX. If you are looking for a place with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and a great host, look no further!

My Family and friends all had a great time, we were a mix of young adults and Parents and there was something for all of us. Cafe's, Park's nearby to go jogging, restaurants, stores you name it, you will NOT be disappointed, Laura helped me since the minute I booked this location with getting a cake for my daughter, decorated the house =) always so pleasant and kind. She went above and beyond for us THANK YOU again for everything! I will be back, and I will rent this location again and again and will recommend it to anyone looking to visit this area. Don't hesitate book it, did I mention SAFE easy to get Ubers. I can go on and on.

Great base in Condesa for a large group!

Laura’s place was a gem. It was such a welcoming stay for my bachelorette of about 10 of us. She was so sweet to get us supplies and groceries ahead of time and delivered homemade guac everyday. I loved the charm of the place and neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for any large group gatherings.

Great location and perfect space for larger groups

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay. I traveled with a big group to celebrate my birthday. We were more than comfortable in the house with plenty of space. We felt right at home. The house was in an excellent area, it felt safe and had so many great restaurants and places to shop nearby. It was relatively close to most of the places we were planning to go on our trip. Above all, Laura Edith was an exceptional host. She took great care of us and even took the extra step to set up birthday decorations before we got there. She was always quick to respond and very attentive to all of our needs. She even sent some wonderful recommendations for spots in the area. I couldn’t be more grateful for how wonderful she made our stay.

It’s clear why Laura Edith has been given super host status. She was one of the most responsive hosts I have ever stayed with. She also went through the extra effort to decorate for my birthday and had a gift of mezcal which made a very memorable start to our trip. The place itself is perfectly situated with lots of attractions, cafes, parks and the metro within walking distance. Despite being convenient the street itself is very peaceful. The casa was very well appointed for our group, lots of space for us to have privacy but many common rooms amd patios to gather in. What can I say, this location and Laura’s responsiveness was amazing. We were a group of 7 and for what we needed this was a perfect house and location. The townhome is in a quaint and quiet and safe neighbourhood and close to coffee shops, restaurants and walking distance to 3 beautiful parks. We had a small issue with the hot water but Laura was right there and has an office onsite which made it incredibly easy to communicate with Laura and her team And within minutes they would come by with extra towels or blankets or whatever we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Thank you Laura!

This house was amazing. We were a family of 16 so it was a great space for us. Since we were traveling during the holidays, Laura decorated the house with Xmas and Happy New Year decorations. She even had a xmas tree up for us. Very nice touch. The house is located in a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants around. Stayed in this gem of an Airbnb with a group of friends visiting CDMX for a wedding. We couldn't have imagined a better homebase for our visit. The set-up of the home is perfect. Great, unique common space with private bedrooms and bathrooms for each friend/couple. Located on a quiet and peaceful street, you're just steps from the action of Condesa & Roma. And the host couldn't be more responsive. Every question and request had an answer in minutes. Thank you for hosting us!!

We were a group of 10, and Laura's home was the perfect space for us to come together for a few days. Everyone had their own bedroom and adjoining bath as the home is spacious. We primarily ate out, as we were close to many cafes and restaurants, but appreciated having the coffee maker for the early AM and the kitchen seemed well stocked. Everything worked seamlessly and we were grateful for how responsive Laura and her son were when we needed something. The neighborhood is beautiful and the street was quiet at night. Laura very graciously left us a bottle of mezcal and beers in the fridge to enjoy, which felt like a treat to have! All in all it is a wonderful spot and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. The house was beautiful and spacious. Laura was super responsive to any questions. She asked if there was a special occasion for our family vacay. I explained that we’d celebrate a 5 yo bday. She put up banners, got helium balloons, and toys (ball pit, markers, stickers games), oh and snacks and water! She was wonderful! The house was perfect for 11 of us. Everyone had their own private bathroom. Everything was perfect and Laura was an amazing host.

The property is great for a big group/family. Some of the rooms are small with bathrooms that aren't great. We had a few small issues that the owner took care of right away. Overall, I would rate the property as good but not particularly luxurious. It has a decent amount of common space to congregate in and is in a great but quiet neighborhood. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating which is a big plus.

Location is incredible as it’s in the heart of condesa close to so man restaurants and bars and so walkable. The rooms were all so comfy and clean. I can't say enough about Laura Edith's beautiful home. It was perfect for our group of 12. The neighborhood is fantastic with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and stores nearby, but it's also a quiet retreat from the busier parts of town. our host went above and beyond. she decorated for our friend's birthday and even brought her a cake with a sparkler candle! we can't wait to come back.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had on Airbnb! I came for my bachelorette party and it was so easy to check in. They even decorated the space to help us celebrate in style. It was so cute and wonderful. The place was spacious with even 11 women and it was perfect for the long weekend. We were able get late arrivals into the house and were able to keep our bags for late departures. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! It was really awesome and the hosts were so accommodating. The space and location were also beautiful.

This house was wonderful! The location is perfect. The streets are peaceful and have trees everywhere. There are plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and bars close by. Walkable to the Chapultepec Castle and park. The building is great and was clean and secure. Everything was in great condition. They provide secure lock codes for each room. Edith was always extremely responsive and would go out of her way to get us what we needed. She even left us a bottle of tequila at check in! Some things to be aware of: the room with the double bed is connected to one of the queen rooms so the person in the double bed needs to walk through the other room to get to it. All rooms have an attached bathroom except for one queen room and the queen room attached to the double bed room. Mentioning only so that you can plan ahead - it was no problem at all! Bathrooms are a little small and shower pressure wasn’t great in all showers. A wonderful place and I would definitely go back! Thanks!!

Laura and her son were very responsive. We loved the extra effort they went to accommodate us, decorate the space and help where necessary. The space is in the best location possible…many shops and cafes and restaurants within a short walk.the street is quiet and clean. We were 7 people requiring four bedrooms and each had its own bathroom. It’s is spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. I recommend Laura’s property highly.

This is, hands down, the best stay I've had in Mexico. Not only was Laura thoughtful and kind but she allowed us to check in early, and check out late, allowing for a peaceful and stress-free transition from our flights. Everyone was in awe of the beauty and charm of the house and even more important, everyone was comfortable in their own rooms, kept private by extra security provided by the house. I came with my and my husband's family for our ten year anniversary and Laura made it the best anniversary we could have had. I recommend this house a thousand times over.

Amazing house, fantastic location, wonderful host, what more could you ask for? The house is awesome, big with lots of hang out space, kitchen and dining are are great, all of the bedrooms are a) really nice size with king size beds and great bathrooms and b) very similar, which is perfect for a big group of adults. I loved the location, very quiet, very lovely street, but suuuuper close to all sorts of liveliness. Food, shops, the parks, bars. The host Laura was incredibly responsive and accommodating, going above and beyond anything I was expecting. You could definitely find something cheaper, but given everything, it's a fantastic value and totally worth it. I 100% recommend.

I want to start by saying how friendly and accommodating Laura and her partner were. From our arrival. She greeted us with a bottle of tequila and a smile. My friend left his phone in the Uber on our arrival, and Laura’s partner was able to track it down and return it to us without issue. The place is as described. Remember, Mexico City is an old and historic city so a lot of the buildings have little ventilation or advanced plumbing. But given our location and peaceful setting surrounded by the best restaurants in Polanco, Roma, and condesa, those things were easy to overlook. They did provide us with fans and kept in touch regularly to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place for big groups. I came with a bachelor Parth of 8. We each had our own room and bathroom while at the same time communal areas to hang out in the privacy of our group. Really unique experience for our 5 night trip. Thank you Laura!

This is a great place for a large group! There were 12 of us on a family trip to Mexico City and the space provided plenty of room for us to gather and also have privacy. Almost all of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, which was awesome! The location was perfect and walking distance to so many things - cool parks, great restaurants and interesting sites. We especially loved the nearby dog park! Laura was an extremely attentive host. Any time we had a question, she would get back to us immediately and she was there to greet us and even offered to help us get transportation. We couldn't ask for a more welcoming host. While we were there we had a few minor issues - one of the toilets clogged and there was a smell of bug spray. When we alerted Laura, she immediately came up with solutions. There was also some construction noise during the day. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a large group. We felt very welcome and safe throughout our stay.

She not only individually let every single person in our 16-person group into the house, she also went out of her way to go shopping and buy us things like balloons and a soccer ball that we needed for activities. She was incredibly responsive and helpful - I strongly recommend this for anyone ever looking for a place to stay with a large group!

Laura was a dream host! She was extremely responsive and did everything she could to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. I was here for my 40th Birthday and she went out of her way to have extra little surprises to make me feel special. The house itself is very beautiful and unique. It comfortably fit all of my guests and they all loved it. I would stay here for every visit back to this wonderful city!

Our group of 8 friends have stayed at many Airbnb’s and never have we encountered such a responsive host who went above and beyond time and time again over our week long stay. We were in CDMX celebrating my birthday, and Laura set up lots of unique decorations, bought a cake after she left us a cake tasting assortment, and even set up a karaoke station! When we needed toilet paper, she came quickly. When we needed a fan for the room, it was there within half an hour. When we needed an extra set of keys, she was there within minutes. When we needed a door fixed, she brought a colleague and came very quickly. We cannot say enough positive things about our wonderful host. The area is beautiful, walkable, with tons of great restaurants, parks, and shops to visit. Such a wonderful place.

Laura’s place was perfect for our group of 14. The house was exactly as described, very spacious and clean. Laura’s communication was outstanding and responded to our needs in no time. The location could not have been better in a quiet street and close to restaurants and cafes. We would rent it again

Wonderful Airbnb experience. Laura Edith is so thoughtful and proactive as a host, and responded to all our questions promptly. The house is charming and perfectly located in Condesa; off the main streets so relatively quiet, but also less than a 10-minute walk from restaurants, bars, parks, ice cream, groceries, etc. The house is very spacious; our 7 adults and 5 kids were comfortable and had a bedroom to spare. The bathrooms are mostly well appointed, but with a couple of nitpicks: the shower water temperature in one of the upstairs showers was irregular at best; we stopped using it after a handful of tries. Also, in at least two of the upstairs bathrooms, there was a minor but noticable smell after the water ran. The kitchen is not huge but it has everything you need. The house feels very safe, with 3 locked doors/gates between the street and entry. We would happily stay here again.

It is a very nice and spacious house. Everything worked perfectly, and the service was the best.

This house was perfect for our group. Comfortable common areas to hang out together, with lots of bedrooms to retreat to for peace and quiet. Most of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. A couple different outdoor areas to get fresh air. The place looks exactly like the photos. The location in condesa can't be beat. Very walkable! The hosts were very welcoming, providing some very nice personal touches upon check-in, and accommodating us hospitably despite our flight being delayed until late in the evening. We felt safe and comfortable here. I would book this house again next time I return to CDMX, and I'd totally recommend it to anyone who needs a place for a big group.
