Adriana was an amazing host. The house was great, with lots of space, in excellent condition, very clean, and with all the possible amenities. Incredible!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It had everything our family needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Our host was incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The house was beautiful! The house was perfect and exactly as shown in the photos. There were 16 of us, and the whole family was able to settle in very well, and we were very comfortable. The hosts of the house communicated very well and were very friendly!

Excellent!!! We loved the house, all the rooms were super spacious and had a full bathroom, very nice beach, everything super clean, they respected privacy to the maximum. 5 stars.

Everything was excellent! The house is beautiful and very comfortable to rest, the host is super friendly. The only little detail was that the grill ran out of gas in the middle of the roast meat and there was no replacement, but it could be fixed. An excellent house for a family weekend and to rest.

Very comfortable, we went as a family and everyone was delighted. Adriana's service was very good, one of the controls had a fault but they supported me with several options to solve the problem. Very good hosts! The house is fabulous, very spacious, we even had extra rooms

Had an amazing time with a big group of people here with plenty of room for everyone, the place is huge. Our kids had a lot of fun in the pool so that was a highlight and would book again just for that although the shade was not working so this is probably something to be fixed so other guests can enjoy. There were a few issues with electricity and water in the area and Adriana was very responsive trying to help out as much as they could. We hired a chef to cook for 16 people and the kitchen had all the utensils they needed. The bedroom closets do need mounted rods or something to hang clothes

Adriana Rocio’s was proactive in responding to situations beyond their control. When we arrived at 5:30 pm, there was a power outage that delayed the cleaning personnel. The house was fully ready after 6:30pm. Here are some additional points to consider: * We are not permitted to use the washer and dryer if we are not staying for more than 7 days. * They do not provide beach or swimming pool towels, and the inside towels are not usable. * The shampoo and conditioner are only sample sizes, and only one sample is provided. * There is a camera in the outdoor patio facing the inside of the house, which makes me feel uncomfortable because it seems to invade my privacy.

Our family enjoyed staying here! The house is very spacious and clean! The kitchen was full with dishes and pans that were very useful. The beach access was easy to use with two outside showers that really help keeping the house sand free.

It was my second time at this house. It is perfect with the 6 bedrooms and with a complete bathroom in each rooms. The set up is perfect !!!

Adriana is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful, always attentive to my questions and resolving each one, and very responsive to our requests. The house is beautiful, easy to access, and has excellent ocean views. It is impeccably clean and has everything you need to have a great time. There is also easy access to the beach.

This was an incredible location and great spot for our family reunion. We can’t say enough great things about staying at Adriana’s place. Everything was perfect, rooms were great and huge, we felt safe and they had all the necessary security, the pool was clutch especially with how hot it was. We will def be staying here again!

The house was beautiful and super clean, if not impeccable. The protective curtains block the sun very well, so you can sleep in if you wish. It is very well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils. We didn't need anything. My whole family had a very pleasant weekend. It is definitely the dream house on the beach shore.

We would definitely stay again in this beautiful and spacious house! It has an excellent ocean view where we enjoy the sunset from the pool with the whole family. I love the idea that they provide everything from kitchen utensils to elegant charolas and drinks for a formal family dinner that we really enjoyed! The whole family wants to return to Bahía Kino to this beautiful house!

I would definitely stay again, it is a very spacious house with all the amenities, I loved that if you do not want Luz to your room have the electric curtains, that allowed us to rest more, the host was always aware.

The pictures do not do justice !!! This place is by far one of the nicest more spacious rentals we have stayed at. I really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook a nice meal. I highly recommend this house for larger families. The pool was not heated so we didn’t swim since the Temperature was cold. Definitely would come back.

Wow! This home exceeded our expectations. It is right on the beach with a well maintained pool and easy access in and out. The bedrooms are all large and the layout of the home is ideal for the whole group with two living spaces, a large dining table and one room downstairs for anyone that doesn’t want to do stairs. With plenty of garages parking and lots of security/privacy doors that will retract as needed, we felt safe and the home felt very private. The master bedroom is beautiful with the full view of the beach and balcony. Check out the master bathroom! You can gaze out on the ocean from the enormous shower with a rain shower head. The host is quick to respond, very kind and encouraging. The home was sparkling clean and I appreciated that it was clutter free. The pictures simply don’t do this home justice. If you’re debating on booking, look no further! This is the one!!

Very good location with a great view to the sea, the accommodation is in good condition and is a very nice house as shown in the pictures, excellent to spend time with the family!
