All staff are very attentive and kind. There was always good communication with José, who took care of every detail. The outdoor movie night experience is worth it, and the chocolates were wonderful. Recommended, and my family and I will definitely be back soon.

Our stay was excellent and we enjoyed it very much during these Christmas days. The house fully meets the description and the pool temperature was perfect even though the weather was colder than expected. Being a large family, we felt very comfortable at all times and also enjoyed the clubhouse. I want to give special recognition to Maricruz and all the support staff for their great kindness and attention, their level of service and being attentive at all times to what we need is exceptional. The STAFF is very attentive, the food they make is very tasty. They are always on the lookout in case something is offered and they do their activities willingly. The showers with super hot water! The house is amazing. Everything is better than in the photos and the service provided by Maricruz, Sabina, Saidé and Mariana was more than a 10. They made us feel right at home and pampered us a lot. The pool temperature was always perfect, so we could swim at any time. My dogs ran around a lot in the garden and enjoyed it as much as we did. If that, or any other type of service is MANDATORY, then it should be paid for in the reservation and not disguised as an 'experience' or even as a 'house rule' for later payment, as this confuses and contravenes Airbnb's additional collection policies. Also, asking for 5 stars coerces guests. POSITIVE The perfect house to go with friends and family. I highlight the efficiency in communication and José's willingness to find fair solutions, such as the one for the pet. The service provided by Richard, Mary Cruz and the rest of the staff was excellent, a 10! They resolved everything. They cooked very well, they helped us with missing items at the supermarket, helped with check-in/check-out with luggage and found forgotten things. Highly recommended for groups looking for an unparalleled stay and service!

Our stay was wonderful, we had a great time. The house is as described, the pool temperature is perfect. We're a big family and we felt super comfortable. An amazing house my kids were fascinated by the zip line and they were many hours of fun with it, the pool always warm and that's appreciated. The audio sound was the best for me since I can't live without music and few places have those systems, the Fogata is a service that should not be missing as well as the movie night that Godzilla won this time, the service from Mary and Richard I would not say that from 10 rather of 12 and always friendly an Embrace to the family, each part of the house has its magic and is a super quiet and safe area for those who want to get out of the normal hustle and bustle. The only thing I didn't like was the time I spent flying sometimes one would like that when the weather is having fun I would walk slower but it was a very fun stay, if you have a chance do not hesitate to spend a very pleasant end in Cuernavaca, go to the center enjoy the weather and the trees that so incredible grow out there. We had an incredible stay at Jose’s house. The setting, surrounded by huge magnificent trees and expansive grassy areas was stunning. The pool was always heated to an enjoyable temperature. Our kids spent hours enjoying the pool every day and the trampoline. The house is very tastefully decorated, designed by an architect. We had everything we needed to spend a few days relaxing with friends and family. Aside from how beautiful and comfortable the house is, the thing that really sets it apart, are the amazing care takers. They are so sweet, so warm and so helpful. They prepared delicious meals everyday and made us feel very pampered. I also highly recommend doing the campfire one night. They set up everything and the whole family really enjoyed it.

we had a fantastic stay at Jose's. the staff at the house were incredible and made our visit a real vacation. they cooked terrific food and allowed us to focus on our time together. it's a beautiful home with fabulous art, comfortable beds, and very unique 'extras' like a zip line that drops you into the pool (at your own risk!). the neighborhood is safe and gated, lovely to walk around. we would stay again in a heartbeat and hope to return!

We washed Casa Paraíso for our Christmas break with the family (grandparents, children and grandchildren). The house is very spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and in the pool. They treated us like kings. There is a menu for breakfasts, snacks, lunches, and dinners. The staff (Ricardo, Hugo and Iris) prepared what we wanted, we especially liked the apple strudel de manzana and chilaquiles and sopes. Although they weren't on the menu, we ordered romeritos and they were delicious. Always willing to please us. The garden is very spacious and the trees are divine. There are tennis courts in the subdivision, which is very safe. It is a great option for vacationing in these pandemic times.

Incredible residence, with all the attention in the world, they will treat you like royalty. Hugo, Cristian, Ricardo and Gloria gave us an incredible stay, first class service, every day the house was cleaned and they made us delicious food (this service has an extra cost but it's really worth it). The pool was heated to 30°C at all times, which allowed children and adults to enjoy the stay and all the facilities. The zip line was an experience, tumbling, swinging, playing soccer. They made us spend unforgettable moments as a family. The place has beautiful vegetation with huge trees. Additionally, we hired the campfire and movie service, which further increases the joy of the experience. Many thanks to Heber for always being available. His residence is wonderful, and we hope to return soon. The area is residential and very nice with cobbled streets. I highly recommend it, you will enjoy your stay and the moments you spend with family and friends.

A great house, large enough for big families, or group of friends. The house was located in a safe neighborhood with beautiful lush garden, heated pool, large rooms and comfortable beds. The outside space was phenomenal and my group loved it, especially the children. The host is an outstanding owner, his service team is courteous and friendly. We had a small hiccup due to vegetation and he responded immediately solving our issue. The house is truly a great weekend getaway!

I stayed with my family at Heber's place and we had a great time! The house is huge and beautifully decorated, the pool is bigger than looks in the picture and deep enough to jump from the tarzan rope that is available too! The best part of all was the staff that made our stay so lovely and helped us with absolutely everything making us fully relax and enjoy the weekend. The second day we did the fireplace experience and was great too, highly recommended! Thanks for the lovely stay!

The house is located within a very cool subdivision, each room has its bathroom and we found everything in perfect condition and with excellent cleanliness. The house is beautiful, very good distribution of rooms, the pool clean, and everything is very nice, the vdd exceeded our expectations and we would certainly repeat the experience. The 3 guys supporting the service the vdd made the difference and worth A THOUSAND, attentive, helpful, respectful, and the chef super well. I recommend it 1000%. Heber was always attentive and communication was excellent, I hope all the hosts were like him.
