It was perfect for our needs. The location was exactly what we wanted. It was close to our conference, the house was very nice and the walk down the stairs through the jungle to the beach was amazing. We didn’t want to leave. Laura was super responsive and beyond helpful.

What a great place to stay! The beach was amazing, the house had such beautiful views and birds. Laura was incredibly helpful and attentive. We were there for a month and it was wonderful.

The house was beautiful! The view is incredible, with a great terrace, a very nice pool, and a BBQ area that we used a lot. The rooms are very nice, spacious, with huge beds and great bathrooms. We loved being able to walk down to the gorgeous and secluded beach. The house is very close to restaurants and super markets. You can hear traffic from the road at times, but it was not a huge deal. We had a great vacation, I highly recommend it. Laura was very attentive and responsive.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in Uvita, Costa Rica! The property is beautifully designed with high-quality furniture and incredibly comfortable rooms. The highlight was the fantastic pool and spacious deck, which offered breathtaking sunset views. At night, we loved lounging on the deck under the glow of red light bulbs, enjoying the cool breeze and ceiling fans. The modern kitchen was perfect for preparing delicious meals, adding to the homey feel of the villa. A charming path from the villa leads to a secluded beach just a five-minute walk away. The beach itself is a hidden gem, surrounded by lush jungle, striking rock formations, and warm, swimmable waves—perfect for a relaxing day by the ocean. The hosts were exceptional, responding quickly to any questions we had and ensuring our stay was seamless. Their warmth and attentiveness made all the difference. We’re already looking forward to booking this incredible villa for our next trip to Uvita! Pura Vida!

Marta and Laura were amazing. They were always responsive and super helpful! The house is truly amazing and stunning. We saw tons of wildlife and even monkeys! We had a couple things come up that were no big issues and told Laura she can fix once we leave and they sent someone over and took care of it right away. The beach access is wonderful within a short walk and beautiful. There were five of us and we all loved the house and everything around it!!

excellent correspondence from Laura and Pablo on check in/out. the house was great, the view was excellent and we were treated to visits from monkeys and toucans, which was special. some noise from road but it didn't spoil our stay in such a well appointed home.

Before renting I read all the reviews and I loved them. The location is very good, it is close to the street, inside the forest and with access to the park in an area where there are very few people. You hear the sound of the cars but it wasn't a problem. In the passage it was a hotel and each room is independent and each room with its bathroom. The decor is beautiful and the colors give it an extraordinary touch. It rained all the time which didn't stop us from having fun in the pool or on the beach. It is very close to the center which is convenient for shopping and restaurants. We had a lot of fun surfing lessons!

We enjoyed very much the house's magnificent views towards the ocean and the beach, its outdoor space is great as is its privacy. The listing describes the house very well and accurately. The kitchen is very well equipped, it is fully sufficient for a temporary stay. The house is located at a major street, so there is some traffic noise, but after a few days we got used to it and it was not an issue for us. The host Laura was super helpful , very friendly and responsive to questions. She helped us with minor issues in the house and gave great advice re activities in town. We enjoyed our stay in the house very much and would consider coming back.

This house is better than the pictures! Our trip to Costa Rica was wonderful because of this house & the help we received from Laura! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying the views & talking. Loved this place!

The house was EVERYTHING! I was looking for a place that had both jungle and beach. The view is absolutely stunning. Communication with Laura was excellent. Although you do need a car to get around town, you are approximately 5 minutes to everything you need. Amazing food, and the beach is walking distance. I would recommend to stay here. It was great!

The beach house is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attention of Laura, the host, was excellent and quick. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, but I must emphasize that the view is even more beautiful than the pictures can capture. The road to the beach is a small adventure that can be completed in about 15 minutes, which we loved. At no time were we bothered by the sounds of the road. The kitchen is wonderful and is fully equipped. Also, we easily found places to eat near the house. My 9 year old enjoyed the pool safely; it was refreshing and having a bathroom right next to it was very convenient. Really an amazing place, surrounded by nature and comfort.

Great place to stay - highly recommend!!! It’s conveniently located to town with numerous restaurant options, supermarkets, shops, etc. Very short walk to a private beach and breathtaking views.

This house is beautiful and so thoughtfully appointed. Laura met us for check in and check out. She is wonderful and was always responsive and helpful. She booked a private chef for us a few times and I highly recommend doing this. It's very reasonable and such an amazing experience. Chef Juan Pablo made us beautiful, delicious meals. The house is as described. It was very clean and free of clutter. The pool and outside area was also clean and it's serviced weekly. The kitchen has everything that you could need for an extended stay. The BM Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Be sure to also try to Panaderia across from the BM. The cinnamon rolls are huge and yummy! Pizza Time and Bagel place are also very close and have great food. The trail down to the beach is a steep walk through the jungle. It takes about 15 minutes to walk or 5 minutes to drive to the beach. We saw an iguana, large toads and beautiful McCaws in the trees around the house.
