Buena Vista Villa

The house was beautiful! The view is incredible, with a great terrace, a very nice pool, and a BBQ area that we used a lot. The rooms are very nice, spacious, with huge beds and great bathrooms. We loved being able to walk down to the gorgeous and secluded beach. The house is very close to restaurants and super markets. You can hear traffic from the road at times, but it was not a huge deal. We had a great vacation, I highly recommend it. Laura was very attentive and responsive.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in Uvita, Costa Rica! The property is beautifully designed with high-quality furniture and incredibly comfortable rooms. The highlight was the fantastic pool and spacious deck, which offered breathtaking sunset views. At night, we loved lounging on the deck under the glow of red light bulbs, enjoying the cool breeze and ceiling fans. The modern kitchen was perfect for preparing delicious meals, adding to the homey feel of the villa. A charming path from the villa leads to a secluded beach just a five-minute walk away. The beach itself is a hidden gem, surrounded by lush jungle, striking rock formations, and warm, swimmable waves—perfect for a relaxing day by the ocean. The hosts were exceptional, responding quickly to any questions we had and ensuring our stay was seamless. Their warmth and attentiveness made all the difference. We’re already looking forward to booking this incredible villa for our next trip to Uvita! Pura Vida!

it was more beautiful than the pictures and each room had privacy. Marta was a great hostess. would highly recommend.

Marta and Laura were amazing. They were always responsive and super helpful! The house is truly amazing and stunning. We saw tons of wildlife and even monkeys! We had a couple things come up that were no big issues and told Laura she can fix once we leave and they sent someone over and took care of it right away. The beach access is wonderful within a short walk and beautiful. There were five of us and we all loved the house and everything around it!!

excellent correspondence from Laura and Pablo on check in/out. the house was great, the view was excellent and we were treated to visits from monkeys and toucans, which was special. some noise from road but it didn't spoil our stay in such a well appointed home.

Antes de rentar leí todas las reseñas y me encantaron. La ubicación es muy buena, queda cerca de la calle, dentro del bosque y con un acceso al parque en una zona donde hay muy pocas personas. Se escucha el sonido de los autos pero no fue problema. En el pasad fue un hotel y cada aposento es independiente y cada cuarto con su baño. La decoración es bella y los colores le dan un toque extraordinario. Llovió todo el tiempo lo que no impidió que nos divirtiéramos en la piscina o en la playa. Queda muy cerca del centro lo que es conveniente para compras y restaurantes. Tuvimos clases de surf muy divertidas!

We enjoyed very much the house's magnificent views towards the ocean and the beach, its outdoor space is great as is its privacy. The listing describes the house very well and accurately. The kitchen is very well equipped, it is fully sufficient for a temporary stay. The house is located at a major street, so there is some traffic noise, but after a few days we got used to it and it was not an issue for us. The host Laura was super helpful , very friendly and responsive to questions. She helped us with minor issues in the house and gave great advice re activities in town. We enjoyed our stay in the house very much and would consider coming back.

This house is better than the pictures! Our trip to Costa Rica was wonderful because of this house & the help we received from Laura! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying the views & talking. Loved this place!

The house was EVERYTHING! I was looking for a place that had both jungle and beach. The view is absolutely stunning. Communication with Laura was excellent. Although you do need a car to get around town, you are approximately 5 minutes to everything you need. Amazing food, and the beach is walking distance. I would recommend to stay here. It was great!

La casa de playa es espaciosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La atención de Laura, la anfitriona, fue excelente y rápida. La casa es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, pero debo recalcar que la vista es aún más hermosa de lo que las fotos pueden capturar. El camino a la playa es una pequeña aventura que se puede completar en unos 15 minutos, lo cual nos encantó. En ningún momento nos molestaron los sonidos de la carretera. La cocina es maravillosa y está totalmente equipada. Además, encontramos fácilmente lugares para comer cerca de la casa. Mi hijo de 9 años disfrutó de la piscina de forma segura; era refrescante y tener un baño justo al lado fue muy conveniente. Realmente un lugar increíble, rodeado de naturaleza y comodidad.
