Ricardo provided first-class service at all times. The place was quite nice and quiet, with excellent quality furniture and amenities, a heated Jacuzzi, a roof, and a view of the Outdoor and indoor dining areas, as well as where the lounge chairs by the lake are, quite good. Good recommendations, as well as being in touch and attentive to your needs

We stayed at Ricardo's place for New Year's and had a very pleasant experience. The best thing is the outdoor spaces: the 2 terraces have incredible views and are perfectly equipped. The outside kitchen has everything to cook and have a very pleasant time (in comparison, the inside kitchen is a bit small in size). The outside room is also TOP. Inside, the living room is spacious with a large TV, ideal for watching movies. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with clean sheets and blackout curtains to sleep super well. There is also an automated sound system by zones, smart TV in the rooms and automatic lights that provide a lot of security. Ricardo's service was the best, always attentive, cordial and helping us with everything, with excellent recommendations. The only point to consider is that it is necessary to climb several stairs to get to the main floor, in case you visit with older adults or with some mobility issues.

The view from the terrace to the lagoon is spectacular, the place is very cozy and very central. The host was very attentive and friendly. We wanted to stay there longer.

We have been coming to Valle de Bravo for many years and this is the most beautiful and peaceful location we have stayed. Very quiet in the evenings and very serene and elegant feel to the place. Ricardo is a joy to work with; kind and responsive. Be sure to leave lots of time to heat the hot tub before use (about 2 hours or more). We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Everything in excellent condition, clean and functional, a family home, with union and cozy spaces. The unbeatable view, the host all the time pending, we will surely visit them again.

The place is amazing, the view and amenities in general are even better than you can see in the photos. Ricardo was always super friendly and was on the lookout to fix things. The stay was impeccable upon arrival and there was a person who welcomed us and showed us the place. The only detail is that (like almost everything in Valle) the street to get there is cobblestone and not very friendly for small cars or short ones in general. Everything fantastic, super recommended!

It is a house with terraces and spectacular views, it has an excellent location. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the location. In a few minutes we were at the lake, or in delicious restaurants in downtown Valle. Ricardo was very attentive, and gave us great recommendations to get the best out of our stay. We feel all the time attended and apapachados. A highly recommended place.

I recommend this house to 100, it is just as it appears in the photos. The days I was there I had a great time and very quiet. The house comes with everything you need so you don't have to go out. I loved the jacuzzi and the terraces with a view of the lake. The rooms are very comfortable, I slept very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the location is unbeatable, you can walk to the village and you are also next to the pier. Something that I also really liked is that the house is located on a quiet street and no noise is heard. Everything is excellent, the 3 rooms are very decent and there is an extra , the house is remodeled and comes with everything. Great view, fireplace, jacuzzi and the best location in a house with all the essence of the valley. Ricardo was a great host! Just keep in mind that there are stairs on the entrance and gas in the jacuzzi is charged separately if you want to take it several days but it's worth it! We really enjoyed it!

Ricardo was an excellent host. Great communication at all times. Always on the lookout. The house is in a great location! All walking but quiet enough. It is newly remodeled and comes with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Amazing view of the lake. The super spacious jacuzzi has a fireplace and large terraces. The 3 bedrooms they offer are great. They have their own bathroom and this is all new. Noi decided to pay for the extra camera with additional charge. It is bigger than the others but it is really worth it if more people go and need more space, otherwise the truth is not necessary to pay extra and make use of it because the others have everything you need. Ricardo offers experiences and has food and drink available for sale at an additional fee. I would definitely stay there again!

Just amazing experience! This house in Valle de Bravo is a true treasure, perfectly located. From the moment you arrive, it envelops you with a sense of warmth and comfort that makes you feel right at home. The terrace overlooking the lake is simply impressive, has grills and a super fast internet perfect for working, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a few days out of the city, you forget your car since you have everything walking. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is evident, and you can see the care and dedication that Ricardo has put into making this place a true oasis. This house is totally worth it. It exceeded our expectations for what we paid. Ricardo's service is extraordinary. He also left us details about everything we can do in the house. He rented us the 4th room, which has a great view. It's like new. You can see that it's recently remodeled, and everything is impeccable. It has several areas to enjoy the house, but the location and view are spectacular. 100% recommended for going with friends and family. The sound system, the food facilities and all the rest areas are very well thought out. In our case, we decided to use the hot tub and the experiences that Ricardo offered us. You really shouldn't miss them. (We rented a four-wheeler, got massages, and had a wine and cheese tasting.) He followed up with us throughout our stay, and even gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants. It's worth every weight, it's the first Airbnb that I get such good experiences, Super clean and we were able to sleep amazing everything super comfortable. Thank you, Ricardo!
