We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a very quiet area, and you can find everything nearby on foot and/or by car. It has a wonderful view. The pool is too large, and they have easy access to the beach. They have a spa and a movie room that you can book, and the spa was 10/10. The living room and bedrooms are well laid out, and there are also enough bathrooms for the whole family. And Paulina and her mother's recommendations were very helpful to us. The place has everything you could need and more. Honestly, it's very complete. They left us complimentary gifts, and I loved the attention they gave us. They were always available in case we needed anything, and they responded instantly. We will definitely return at some point in the future. Thank you very much🫶🏻

What a wonderful family vacation in a beautiful condo! Well worth the investment making memories with the kids and extended family. 14th floor right on the beachfront with waves crashing in the background. Great security keeping everyone safe. Awesome amenities and the home was fully equipped for our family who likes to cook some of the days. Georgina and her daughter, Paulina, were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and complete. No complaints from any of our party of 7 (other than having ti go home…)!

Georgina and Paulina made us feel right at home. They answered all our questions and even had a crib and beach toys for our babies… excellent hosts with a beautiful, impeccable place, with very good amenities and wonderful views… really, don't hesitate, it's a very well-located place, in addition to what was described above. I think this was my best experience with Airbnb. We want to go back!!

Our stay at Paulina and Georgina’s condo in Puerto Vallarta was incredible. The views of the sea, river, and mountains are stunning, and the hosts were quick to respond and provided excellent recommendations that made our trip special. The property truly felt like a luxury resort, offering a restaurant, bar, and spa with excellent service at very affordable prices. At both the pool and the beach there was ample comfortable seating, with umbrellas and thatch available for shade, and the very large hot tub was always at the perfect temperature for relaxing. We even had the unique treat of watching the Saturday night fireworks show right from the balcony overlooking the beach, which was unforgettable. Traveling with our two-year-old nephew was a breeze thanks to the booster seat, pack ’n plays, beach toys, and children’s books provided. Visiting in the off-season was perfect—quiet, relaxing, and beautiful with minimal rain. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this stay!

Amazing place with great pool for kids and steps away from the beach. We were also able to order food at home via room service which was very convenient when traveling with kids. Would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed the place! The apartment is beautiful and the location seemed very good. Paulina had communication with me all the time and was very attentive. She gave me cribs for my babies and she was very nice. I really enjoy it from my family.

Amazing host, great location. We tried to book it again right away but it was already taken, great size unit and one of the only ones that the master has a view of the ocean and you can hear the waves. Must stay here

Paulinas place is absolutely stunning. The views cannot be beat and the location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Paulina is an amazing host who is quick to reply and help if you have questions. It is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, there is nothing else needed as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Our recent stay in Puerto Vallarta was nothing short of spectacular, and it was made even more remarkable thanks to our gracious hosts, Paulina and Georgina. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Their condo was absolutely stunning, situated right along the oceanfront, offering breathtaking views that we enjoyed every single day. The modern amenities and tasteful decor added to the overall comfort, making it a perfect home away from home. My family particularly loved spending time at the pool, which was always well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape. Venturing out into the city was an adventure we eagerly anticipated each day. We immersed ourselves in the vibrant culture by exploring the beautiful and authentic local markets, walking an impressive 7-8 miles daily. This not only allowed us to experience the true essence of Puerto Vallarta. Thank you and we hope to return soon!!

Everything was wonderful! Pictures don't fully capture how lovely the unit is. Corner spacious 4 bed 4 bath unit. Plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen had spices and the host even provided welcome drinks and a fruit basket. The host was WONDERFUL!! I feel as though I made a friend. She met us at the unit and explained the complex and how to use everything on site as well as in the unit. She provided written phone numbers and names of the on site staff for any needs. Yes, we used the staff. English was a second language, but, fluent with everyone we encounter. The host is Very attentive and response time was immediate for any needs or inquires. A few in our group did have tummy troubles after a couple of days. We stay in the unit maybe more than we planned. It is a relaxing environment. We used amenities on site-- pool, spa, on site restaurant. The bar next to the complex did play loud music a couple of days- we just closed the doors and it didn't bother us at all.

This place offers something for all different types of vacationers. It’s got amenities ranging from massage, to food service, nice beaches, and great pools, weight room, breathtaking views of the ocean, etc. But it’s also in a great place that allows for you to venture out into the surroundings and immerse yourself outside of where you’re staying.

Loved our time at the Pennisula. Huge pool. Great accommodations. Perfect for our family trip. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery. Make sure you head to the market for fresh fish and produce. Definitely will return.

The place was spacious, clean and right on the beach. We enjoyed the stay there. The only difficulty was finding the building. It was tough since it’s hidden behind a shopping mall and the navigation is not clear. I would recommend to set the navigation to Porfirio’s restaurant since the building is in the same shopping mall. Otherwise, would definitely recommend the apartment.

Excellent condo for family trip with all the amenities and extras included. Incredibly responsive host. Appreciated the extras in the kitchen - solid seasonings and cooking materials. The bathrooms each had extra towels, toiletries, bath robes, soap, shampoo, lots of TP, lots of beach towels and extra linens. Two master bedrooms were very big - lots of room For air mattresses as needed. Easy to access good food from and drinks poolside. The pool is great. Clean and lots of seating and sunbathing. It was never crowded. Gym was great. Easy to get help from staff for extra water and taxis. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. A few things to be aware of: Condo security is very strict - no guests allowed. The Oasis club music can be loud on the weekends - it never bothered us. The condo gets hot without AC but AC works great in the three big bedrooms - you need a different unit to keep the smaller room cool (but it works). Appreciated incredible responsiveness by Paulina and Georgina

Paulina and Georgina have a beautiful place. We felt like you were part of the ocean with a wrap up around deck and views. The provisions were so thoughtful - extensive first aid and treats upon check-in. We also thought the beds were comfortable. We didn’t love any of the immediate restaurants but the neighborhood Versalles and Romantica zone were a short taxi away with a ton of restaurants It was a little hard to keep the place cool with how hot it got, but I was still grateful for the nice breeze when it came and the option to use the AC. Last thing, we had a few of our own travel issues, with no fault of the owners. It caused a little bit of stress on my part, and I was grateful for how thoughtful the owners treated me. There wasn’t any flexibility on the stay but I believe that’s reasonable, and I still felt respected and like the home was a beautiful stay! Thank you Paulina and Georgina, we would come again.

My family and I had an amazing time here! Gina and her daughter Paulina were terrific hosts - Gina meet us there when we arrived and showed us around the unit. Paulina always responded quickly to my messages. Their condo has amazing views, bathrooms for each spacious room, and great amenities like a HUGE swimming pool, building security, parking, plus so much more! Gracias, Gina and Paulina, we will definitely be back!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views were incredible and the apartment was extremely comfortable for a group of 5 adult and 3 children. The condo was very safe, close to mall and the local town. The food in the condo was vey good. Paulina provided us with someone to clean twice during our stay which was great. I totally recommend this beautiful home!

Absolutely great place. Hostesses we’re very responsive and good communicators. Long stretch of beach was awesome for walking and running. The largest pool I’ve ever seen was heated and plenty of lounge chairs. Surprised the pool service and food was inexpensive. The condo is well decorated and furnished. Balconies and big sliding doors were so nice for the breeze and view. Highly recommend!

Amazing place!

Georgina, our host, communicated so well with us and made everything easy for us. We were a family of 9, including spouses, and we had more than enough room in this gorgeous corner condo by the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. It was a very spacious place with four bedrooms which included luxurious wrap-around balconies stocked with excellent patio furniture. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was a definite plus! The condo had everything we needed and more - right down to pool towels and toys and books for children. The expansive view of the ocean was spectacular. We had easy access to the huge swimming pool and sandy beach right in front of the condo. The place was impeccably clean and we always felt safe and secure throughout the property. I cannot thank Georgina enough for being such a magnificent host. Her attention to detail expressed in her communication as well as in the tastefully decorated apartment offered us a luxurious week-long stay. We will go again.

Gina and Paulina's condo is beyond perfect. Gina welcomed us with warm hospitality, explained all the details of the condo, and checked on us frequently. Side note - She is an amazing artist and has some paintings on display in condo. Irma her housekeeper came twice during our 8 day stay and did a great job tidying up. My wife was pleased with their conversations. we were surprised with how well stocked with staples and emergency first aid stuff there was. security was great and helpful with any questions. The pool is the biggest ihave ever seen and all the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a dream vacation.

This place is amazingly beautiful . pictures don’t justify.. Very clean, Beautiful views from all over the condo. Easy access to the pool and beach.. Easy check in. Gina received us with a smile and when over rules, showed us everything from kitchen to bedrooms and wifi password, the communication was excellent. Will stay here again.

My Wife and I brought our parents, daughter of 18 months and brother and sister to this Condo and it was absolutely amazing! Pictures don't do this place justice! This condo is by far better than all the other places in my opinion. Literally a few steps away from the beach. Not that far from Zona Romanantica. This place is completely safe and secure with gated security so we felt 100% safe! Paulina is a great host! If you're on the fence about this place don't be! Just book this place! you will not regret it! This was one of the very best vacations we had because of this Condo! Thank you Paulina for this great experience!

The photos do not do a justice the place is spectacular. The locations is wonderful and safe. She is a wonderful host who thinks of all the little details ( water, fresh fruit welcome basket.). Best host ever. The place is equipped with everything and more. I would highly recommend and it’s super close to the airport and close to all the attractions. The bar by the pool and spa services are wonderful and very affordable. Overall it’s an excellent stay.

Our stay at The Peninsula was wonderful. The view was awesome and Georgina was a perfect hostess. She made sure everything was taken care of. She was in regular communication and we never felt like we needed anything. I would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a place to rest, spend time with family and enjoy the beach... This place is perfect. The apartment has everything you need so you don't have to worry about daily tasks and just enjoy your vacation. If you're not a fan of going into the sea, the pool is the option. You can spend the whole day there without missing the beach view. The prices of the bar inside the condo are affordable. I recommend this place to them.

Paulina & Georgina's place was the BOMB!! They were great hosts, we absolutely love the large condo that accommodated my wife & I, daughter, sister and room for 1 more, the location and amenities was great ... spa, access to beach, restaurants, mall right next door, and my god, the largest pool we have ever seen! Paulina & Georgina provided us with everything we needed in the condo to have a great vacation!! We had a small snafu with the AC unit(s) the first night, no big deal, the host communicated on a work around and had a fix/solution the very next day while on an excursion, we didn't miss a beat!! That is just how great these ladies are, engaged to make sure you have a blast in PV. They met us there and went so far as to walk us through the condo with instructions (does & don'ts) not to mention having fruit, water, and beverages waiting for us at check-in...who does that??!! They concierge to let us know of the beach club down stairs, local spots AND fire works that weekend evening while chillin on the the HUGE patio, wrapping around the 180 degrees of the entire condo! By far my best vacation ever!! Thank you P & G....we will be back!!

Excellent service and service.

This was a very important vacation for our family. Georgina made this stay so pleasurable. She was very quick to respond with any answers we needed. The unit is bright and cheery. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. King beds were very comfortable. Kitchen worked fabulously for our cooking so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. We watched fireworks and parachutes landed literally right in front of the unit! The pools felt awesome and plenty of room to sunbath and swim while watching the waves of the ocean. Can’t wait to return!

You can expect exactly what you see in the pictures and Gina is easy to deal with. Definitely a 5 star experience.

This place is gorgeous. We have stayed at Peninsula before and enjoyed it, however this place is a step above most. The location in Tower 3 gives you amazing views from every window. Her home is decorated beautifully, with artwork that is authentic. One thing you rarely get in Mexico is a good mattress. All of the mattresses in this home are as good as our mattresses at home.
