I booked this condo for my mom's stay in Panama and I'm very pleased that she was in excellent hands with Maria Cristina. Maria was extremely helpful and provided valuable information about the area and even drew a map for my mom to get to the nearby train station. Truly a home away from home. Perfect host!

I had a fantastic two-month stay at Maria's apartment. Maria was super responsive to my messages and immediately sent assistance when I accidentally caused the washing machine to overflow and when the shower drain was clogged. My #1 requirement for an Airbnb is to be able to easily work from home, which for me means high-speed, reliable Wifi for the many hours of Zoom meetings I do each week. The signal was a little weak for Zoom in the second bedroom (which I hardly used) but every other room in the house it was excellent and I had zero issues. The only reason I left was because someone else had already booked out the next month, so yes, I would definitely stay again. Thanks Maria!

Cristina was a very nice host and we very much enjoyed our stay at her apartment.

Spacious place, equipped for long stays, very comfortable, clean, good location, and Maria is a very good host.

So, my daughter and I had a lil mix up at the airport. we kinda didn't make a plan. lol but the driver that Maria sent took the time to come into to the airport to find me at same time my daughter found me. :) Maria was waiting at the door when we arrived, preceeded to show us the apartment and sent suggestions on things to do. We had a little bump with the living room TV but that was fixed. The main bedroom TV didn't work but I really didn't care. The surrounding neighborhood altho looking a certain way (shabby) was completely safe and walkable. Keep in mind this is a vibrant neighborhood so there will be noise. Dogs barking mostly and car horns geesh. lol. Overall our stay was pleasant, quiet, clean bldg. My only complaint was the bathroom it is small,small, small but only the area around the toilet. The shower drained slowly as well. I would totally stay here again if ever in Panama City.

The apartment is gorgeous, very comfortable. This was my house with my baby for 15 days in Panama and everything worked perfect, Maria Cristina was always responsive, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe, pretty well located. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my time at María’s place. It’s very convenient with restaurants, bars, and activities near the place. The WiFi worked well for work calls and to handle meetings. It’s a safe and secure building and the neighbors are really nice. Plus, there is AC in every room of the house.

Maria Cristina's apartment is my favorite in Panama City. I visit 2-3x a year and have stayed at other AirBnB's in other neighborhoods and this is my favorite. I've stayed here for long stays twice now. First off, it's a beautifully decorated apartment with an excellent workspace, fast wifi, cold AC and a massive kitchen for cooking. Next, it's in Panama's vibrant El Cangrejo neighborhood, walking distance from awesome restaurants, coffee shops and a park. The neighbors are lovely. The building is very safe. I 100% recommend this spot, especially for longer stays!

This lovely apartment was my home for over 7 weeks in Panama City. Maria Cristina was a wonderful host from beginning to end: she communicated extremely well in both English and Spanish and was always fast in responding. She was kind and supportive and extremely flexible. She lives in the floor below, which made everything easy! The flat is very comfortable, well appointed and extremely well located at El Cangrejo. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the air conditioners in all rooms worked perfectly, as did the ceiling fans, TV and the internet - which was very fast and reliable throughout my whole stay. I enjoyed the large King bed and main bedroom, which is very comfortable. The bathroom is very small but worked well because I was alone. I appreciated being able to use a parking space in the building garage. The views from the 7th floor are beautiful and the fact that there are no other tall buildings next door guaranteed privacy. The large windows overlooking Parque Andres Bello in the living room are great! Sometimes there was loud music at the park and bars at neighbouring Vía Argentina during the weekends, but it rarely went past 10pm. I found the flat generally very quiet, except for all the birds singing early mornings! El Cangrejo is a very lively neighbourhood: it is residential but also full of good restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. Everything is walking distance from the flat and very local. It’s a good way to experience the ‘real’ city without the touristic vibe of the Casco Viejo, or the high-rise lifestyle of Avenida Balboa. I highly recommend this flat to anyone wishing to spend a longer period in Panama City, I am sure you will feel as much at home as I did. Maria Cristina is an excellent host, very friendly and very prompt in addressing any inquiries. The apartment is large and comfortable. Location is very convenient, close to metro and various pubs and restaurants. Hope to visit again in the future.

Excellent location, location, location and price. Everything is walking distance, many locations to get a bite to eat (local and American style food) The place was great and very clean.

María Cristina was super responsive and very welcoming. The apartment has plenty of space and very homely. And the location is great.

I had a great stay here. Cristina was very kind, responsive, helpful, and her apartment was very clean and just like the pictures. The location is great for the El Cangrejo area, supermarkets and the language school, and the price was reasonable.

Perfect location, lovely space with all the amenities needed. The kitchen had all the necessary items to fix a proper meal, even though I didn't do much cooking. The AC was on point, which was awesome, the rooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable, ample towels and even blankets in the living room in case we wanted to hang there instead and take a nap, even board games were supplied. The only thing I found an issue with was the bathroom, the toilet flushing mechanism may be needed changing.

Highly recommended place to stay in Panama City. The location is great, everything for easy use is within walking distance. The harbor and the old town are also within walking distance. There is nothing missing in the accommodation. We were very satisfied!

A great apartment in a good area close to restaurants, shops and a park. Apartment has so many added extras, attention to detail and a well equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable although I found the pillows a bit hard and lumpy. The shower could do with a new shower head. I had a lovely stay and Cristina was great.

A beautiful view and great stay for the price range in my favorite part of Panama City! El Cangrejo is one of the most walkable and chill areas of Panama City. I would personally stay here over Casco Viejo since I lived here 10yrs ago. Working remotely here was a breeze - the internet in the apartment was strong for days full of Zoom calls and there is excellent AC in every room. Everyday I walked to a new coffee shop and never ran out of places to eat and people watch (on Via Argentina). The building is very safe and secure (a must for a female solo traveler). The apartment also has everything you need for a long-term stay (all kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens and a couple extra touches like a safe) and the residents in the building are very nice. Maria Cristina is extremely attentive and communicative, she greeted me and made sure to run through the COVID-19 protocols of PTY and left extra PPE and disinfectant just in case. I would definitely recommend this for a long-term stay. Just remember that we are in the heart of a big city so sometimes there are car alarms or other noise but this is what it's like throughout the whole city, the apartment itself is very quiet. We stayed at Maria Cristina's apartment for nearly a month. We couldn't have picked a better place. The neighborhood is great. The apartment is spacious, comfy, beautiful, and it has everything a family might need. Maria Cristina has good taste! We had no problems with the apartment and Maria Cristina even helped us with some other affairs of ours. She was always quick to help us! I strongly recommend it!

María was a very nice and friendly host and everything was even better than we expected. Every room was very good equipped and clean. The appartment also received a new kitchen, which was amazing to use. We had a very easy access to everything we needed and it was also a great location to go for a walk. On top of that we never got bored, because the appartment had some games, books, Netflix and other stuff on which you can spend a lot of time. Our two cats were also very happy :3

Excellent location, it has all the necessary services for long stays, for vacations or work trips. I have had the opportunity to be in the apartment for two months and it is characterized by being a quiet, clean place with easy access to the main access roads of Panama City. As for the host, always with good willingness to answer any questions. So I highly recommend this place to the AIRBNB community. :)

The apartment is a very nice place with everything you need for long stays, it also has shops and supermarkets with easy access. The atmosphere of the place is very cozy with a very nice theme for the visitor. As for Maria, excellent communication and punctuality in the management of the reservation; in addition, always attentive to questions and questions of the place.

A very comfortable place in a location full of amazing and varied food and beer options. The kitchen could use a little renovation, but it certainly didn’t prevent me from cooking.

María Cristina's place in El Cangrejo was perfect for our stay. The apartment was very charming and had lovely touches to it. The location was near the Spanish school we attended but it was also near metro stations and numerous restaurants. We felt completely safe walking around. María Cristina was responsive whenever we had an issue, and there weren't really any.

Maria’s place is the ideal place to stay if your visiting Panama City . I’ve stayed in several places on my visits to panama , none have matched the combination of location , comfort , cleanliness & overall hospitality. Maria is a great host & is very responsive & accessible. While staying at Maria’s place you can take in the awesome vibe of Calle via agentina which is lined with restaurants, bars & lounges . Your also near the metro which can make most spots of Panama City very accessible. I would definitely love to stay at Maria’s place in the future.

Maria is a super host and the apartment is great, the internet is super fast and the location of the apartment is amazing. Very calm and relaxing place to stay.

Wonderful flat and location! María was very helpful orientating me to the place. The flat is stylish, quite spacious, and the AC works well and quickly. There are plenty of nice restaurants within two blocks.

Christina's appartment is a top homeaway in Panama City. It is large and offers a full range of amenities such as AC, TV, Washing machine, etc. It's close to restaurants, supermarkets, the subway and a cute little park. Christina lives in the same building and makes sure that all questions and requests are answered quickly. We fekt at home at this place and can only recommend it!

Fantastic location along with an exceptionally thoughtful hostess. Would do it again.
