Beautiful house, extremely clean and tidy

Nicole's place is beautiful and we had an amazing time there.

Beautiful place, amazing. Thank you for all the help. No complaints. Everything seemed excellent to me. Just one recommendation: maybe you could have some board games, but that's an extra. Otherwise, I'm very grateful for all the attention and kindness. There's nothing around. Definitely what I was looking for. Pool with an impressive ocean view.

The house is amazing, very organized and clean… my family and friends had a great time. Fully equipped kitchen, private pool, stable WiFi… Incredible beaches less than 20 minutes away by car. Overall, we had a great experience. It would definitely be our first choice if we go back to Guanacaste.

The accommodation is super nice, the ocean view is beautiful, and the sunsets look spectacular. Nicol and Tania respond to messages super fast and are super friendly. Cristhian is also super friendly and always attentive to any requests. The house is well located to go explore the area's beaches.

Nicole’s place is private, peaceful, and looks just like the pictures. The managers Christhian and Raquel were so pleasant, kind, and helpful; they made our experience even better. I would 100% recommend a 4x4 because the last 30 minutes is cemented driveway with periods of dirty road, but the last 5-7 minutes is strictly dirty road while going up a hill. I had a 4x2 SUV which worked for me because it was summer, but if it rained I don’t think it would have gone up; there is also a back road which was even worse, the bottom of my SUV hit twice going up that way. I would definitely stay here again because my experience was great, the house is fully equipped with everything you may need, I just wished it was a little closer to the beach.

The house is very well maintained, the private pool is in very good condition, it has everything you need, the view is incredible, they left us a plate of tropical fruits as a courtesy, you have to take into account that the house is in Guanacaste in a very rural area with very nice beaches, access is recommended with a high car but a 4x4 is not necessary. I would only recommend updating the bedding in the houses and ventilating them more, the bathrooms in the main house need an extractor. I recommend this place and would come back without thinking twice.

Love the place, it was amazing we had a great time

We stayed at this place for a week, during the end of the year. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you need, in addition, the two houses have small kitchens which was very useful. The house is 5 minutes away from a mini-supermarket where you can get any necessary products. It also has beaches 10 minutes away. It is very convenient for large groups, it has plenty of space and the social areas are spacious. We also loved the condo pool (there was no one there when we went) and we were able to play pickleball. The hosts were very friendly with everything we needed, they helped us with everything, they even allowed us to leave two hours after check-out. I highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent, beautiful place. The first day we had a beautiful sunset, the place is very cozy. Always attentive to answering, we stayed an extra night at the end!!
