Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this spacious property includes a main villa with three bedrooms and two private casitas, accommodating up to 10 guests. Whether relaxing by the pool, watching the sunset, or visiting nearby Marbella Beach, this home provides an ideal retreat.

A water purification system ensures fresh, drinkable tap water throughout the home. All rooms have air conditioning for added comfort.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the main villa, both casitas, and the pool.

Local Roads

The property is located in a pristine, natural area with a combination of paved and unpaved roads. Unpaved sections can be rough, especially during the rainy season when potholes are more frequent. For comfort and safety, a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended. The drive is part of the adventure and leads to a memorable stay immersed in nature.

Travel Recommendations

For the most convenient arrival, flying into Liberia International Airport (LIR) is advised. The property is easily accessible from Liberia. San José International Airport (SJO) is about a five-hour drive away, depending on traffic and weather. Choosing Liberia allows guests to begin their stay sooner.

Property Layout

The estate covers just under 2 acres of mountainous terrain. Due to the natural elevation, multiple staircases connect the main villa to the casitas. While the views are exceptional, guests should be prepared for some walking and stair climbing. Those who enjoy physical activity and a genuine mountain setting will appreciate this layout.

Pet Policy

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following rules:

• Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly
• Keep pets off furniture and beds
• Minimize noise to respect neighbors

Any extra cleaning or damages caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
