Our stay at Sueno del Mar was amazing. We traveled with another family and had 7 young kids in all. The house easily accommodated everyone comfortably. The rooms and bathrooms were generously sized. The pool and grounds were kept neat and cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and kind. The property manager was easy to communicate with and took care of all our needs, including recommending and booking excursions. The chefs were so talented and every meal was fresh and so tasty. Housekeeping was also excellent. Truly felt like being at a private hotel— so much more than just renting a house. Excellent location just steps from high end boutique hotel. Very safe and good area. Cannot say enough great things about our stay!

The entire staff was exceptional the level of responsiveness and communication. Carlos the chef was superb not just in preparation of the meals, but he provided explanation of each dish the taste the quality. Carlos made the difference wonderful stay looking forward to booking again.

What an amazing home! Our extended family of eighteen had an amazing time there. The staff was over the top responsive to our needs. They were all so kind and wanting our trip to be the best ever. The pool was perfect for our young grandchildren, giving them an area to play in that was shallow, but also had a deep end for when they gained some confidence.

I would highly recommend this house! The pictures may not do it justice, it is beautiful. We came with a large group to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. It was the perfect venue. The whole property was so nice and it was great for everyone to have their own space and an ensuite bathroom. We did a mixture of cooking and utilizing the chefs. Honestly, I would recommend just doing all meals that you have at the house via the chef. He was wonderful and did such a great job. All of the staff were sweet, helpful, and did a great job. The area is really beautiful. There are two other bar/restaurants within walking distance, which was great when people in our group wanted to go do their own thing. The beach/party area was about a 30-40 minute drive from the house depending on location/traffic. It was great to stay in the peaceful area where the house was and still be able to easily plug into the main beach/party area.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house and the location are amazing. We had a large group and between the concierge and private chef staff everything ran perfectly. Would 100% recommend staying here.

This place was as described on the listing. It was a beautiful home with an amazing beach front view. The pool was cleaned every day, the chef was amazing along with the cleaning staff. It was worth what I paid I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making us feel at home!

I can’t say enough about this place! We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with a big group and had the best time! Our chef was top notch and even made a few pitchers of Margaritas for us when we arrived that were AMAZING! He had guacamole made for us and was already working on dinner! I can’t say enough good things about him! Everyone was on top of anything we needed. They set up all transportation for us to dinners, beach clubs, airport, etc. The house has the most spectacular views and plenty of space for our big group of 12. This was definitely a trip none of us will ever forget! Thank you so much for making his birthday so special!

Honestly, 10 out of 10 - rating! Absolutely, NO COMPLAINTS. We were a party of 10 and everyone LOVED Sueno De Mar. Staff were extremely accommodating, anything we needed was done at a drop of a dime. Chef food was chefs kisses - in fact better than food at restaurants we visited. Bartender was amazing - worth every penny. The property was well kept - pictures does no justice. Overall, our stay was truly amazing. A big thank you to Sueno Del Mar and its staff for welcoming me and my guest with open arms. We truly felt AT HOME.

Hacienda Caracol was beautiful! Truly amazing place to stay! 8 bedrooms, and one is even on the roof, and 2 more in a separate casita. The house is directly on the beach, and there’s kayaks to take out. Bring water shoes because it’s a little rocky close to the shore, but otherwise shallow and swimmable. It’s a little windy, but absolutely beautiful. Pool is huge, plenty of lounge chairs and a hammock. Wish there was a hot tub. Julio the chef was amazing- meals were great and house was pre stocked. There are some expensive add on’s (ie a 15 minute van ride for 7 people was $80 USD), and an 8% service fee (tip), so just be prepared. It’s definitely luxurious and worth the trip. Just wish we had more time! Would definitely go back!!

The two best things about our stay: the location and the staff! It's a true beachfront property with exceptional service: we felt incredibly taken care of. Our concierge Fer was always really responsive and in constant communication via msg, connecting us with private snorkel tours, airport services, and anything else we needed. Our stretch of the beach was definitely the most well-maintained. Spectacular location - the beach is in a bay with very calm and shallow water, perfect for families. The sand itself is a bit rougher than other spots, but our kiddos loved building sandcastles and didn't mind. The villa came with kayaks, snorkel gear, beach toys, board games. The pool is unique in that it has a shallow side great for kids, and a deep side great for swimming and pool games. It even has a sitting area in the water where we enjoyed our lunch - perfection! The villa itself is a bit dated, but very spacious with private lanais off 3 of the bedrooms. Overall a wonderful stay.
