The Space

Hacienda Caracol is a 10-bedroom villa located on Soliman Bay, accommodating up to 24 guests comfortably. It features spacious suites, including two private guest casitas, making it ideal for family reunions, retreats, and celebrations.

The master suite includes a jetted tub and ocean views, while the rooftop suite opens directly onto expansive terraces with panoramic vistas. The villa combines ample living space with the convenience of full daily service.

Amenities and Services

• Daily chef service available from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Groceries are charged at cost plus a 35% service fee; budget approximately $30–40 USD per person per day for three meals.
• Dedicated concierge available from arrival to coordinate airport transfers, excursions, and other details.
• Daily housekeeping, pool maintenance, and beach cleaning ensure a seamless stay.
• Complimentary kayaks and snorkeling gear provided to explore the calm waters of Soliman Bay.
• All bedrooms include air conditioning, ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms, and personal safes.
• Pets may be allowed with prior approval from the owner.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, which includes:

Seasonal Beach Conditions

Sargassum seaweed may occasionally accumulate along the shoreline due to natural seasonal weather patterns and ocean currents. The staff performs daily beach cleaning to maintain a pleasant environment, although seaweed presence can vary. Your understanding is appreciated.

Security Cameras

For guest safety and property protection, surveillance cameras are installed at key exterior locations:

• Street entrance (1 camera, parking view)
• Garden entrance (1 camera)
• Beach area (1 camera)

These cameras are used solely for security purposes. They can be disabled upon request, though this is not recommended for safety reasons.

Maximum Guest Capacity

• The villa accommodates a maximum of 24 guests.
• Requests to exceed this limit must be submitted in advance and are subject to management approval and an additional fee of $85 USD per person, per night.
• Unapproved extra guests are not allowed.

Events and Music Policy

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Soliman Bay and comply with local community standards, the following rules apply:

• Events, gatherings, or celebrations require prior approval from management.
• Event requests must include full details such as the type of event, number of attendees, and vendor involvement. Approval is at management’s discretion and may incur additional fees.
• Non-registered guests must purchase a $50 USD day pass with advance notice.
• Outside vendors—including private chefs, spa professionals, musicians, decorators, photographers, or those hired through third parties—are permitted only with prior written approval and may be subject to vendor fees.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music and disruptive noise should be avoided during these times.
