Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay due to several issues we encountered upon arrival, including cleanliness concerns, insects in the bedrooms, shower water-control problems, and a maintenance issue that affected our comfort. We also found that the property’s location was not as represented on the Airbnb map. Based on the listing, we expected it to be around the park which it was not. That said, we appreciate that the host remained courteous, communicative, and cooperative throughout the process and worked with us toward an amicable resolution. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests, as the property has potential and beautiful interiors.

Such a beautiful and charming place with great views from the balconies and plenty of space for relaxing. Peaceful yet very close to center of town. Christina and the house manager Jimena were great. They both are very responsive and helpful. My family and I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely return.
