We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to any questions, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. One of the best recommendations he gave us was booking an offshore fishing trip with Ambition. It ended up being one of the highlights of our vacation and an unforgettable experience for our family. We truly appreciated everything the host did to make our trip enjoyable. We would absolutely rent this condo again, and we’ll definitely be booking another trip with Ambition the next time we’re back. Thank you for everything!

Phillips condo is exactly as it looks and is the most beautiful condo! Phillip is very communicative and helpful in all aspects of planning your trip - the condo has the most beautiful sunset and water views! The condo is also INCREDIBLY quiet! Loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here again!!

We had an incredible stay at this condo in Los Sueños. The property was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning pool area that felt like a private resort—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel both comfortable and luxurious. What truly set this experience apart was how helpful and attentive the host was. Philip went above and beyond to assist us with transportation and planning activities, making our trip seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Costa Rica—we can’t wait to come back!

There are a ton of five star reviews on this place for a reason. The view from the condo and pool was incredible. We had Christian (private chef) cook for us and it was totally worth it. Usually on vacation I feel the need to be out of the hotel/Airbnb as much as possible but vegetating on the balcony or in one of the king beds was no punishment. The gym was very close by and had enough to do the job. Notes for future guests: - I recommend the Tortuga Island cruise with Costacat... a bit pricey and I don't have other tours to compare to but it was great - If there is a golf cart in the designated parking spot (5C) be sure to park behind it as opposed to parking in another spot - The dumpster (to empty your trash at the end of your stay) is across the street to the left coming out from the parking area - To get to the gym, take a right out of the parking area, a left at the end of the street, then at the curve near the top of the hill it will be on your right

We’ve stayed in Los Suenos many times and would stay at this condo again. The view is beautiful and the Miramar/AltaVista neighborhood is a nice one up the hill looking down on the bay. What stood out in Phillip’s was a nice taste in furniture and decor. Felt higher end compared to other Los Suenos condos based on the furnishings.

It’s a very nice place to stay. Very clean and well appointed.

Beautiful and well appointed condo! The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Phillip is a wonderful host. Always responsive, flexible with our travel changes and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend if you are traveling to Los Suenos.

We had a great time, the place is just as described, Phillip is very friendly and recommended several things, we loved being in his apartment, it's super comfortable, spacious, organized, and has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The view is spectacular, we will definitely be back

We absolutely loved this condo! Hopefully will be back in the future. Looked exactly like the pictures for the rooms and bathrooms. We were here for a week and it was nice to have the more private pool and go to the beach club for a drink or lunch but be able to come back. Each room was spacious for each couple and all the bathrooms were super nice. We were able to enjoy the kitchen, porch, and living room. Highly recommend staying here!

Phillip was very responsive and helpful before & during our trip. We greatly enjoyed the excursions he recommended, and we loved the Private Chef, Christian, that he recommended. The pool at the condo was very private and beautiful. I would definitely return to this piece of paradise.
