Luxurious Condo: Los Sueños Miramar, 3 bedrooms
Miramar is a luxury 3 bedroom condo located on the second floor in the 5 star Los Sueños Resort and Marina, located in the pacific coast of Costa Rica and just an hour from the airport in San Jose. The 3 bedrooms all have King beds and 2 are on suite, the condo has 3 bathrooms in total. The guests will have access to the pool in Vista Los Sueños complex and the Beach Club that has pools, jacuzzis and a restaurant right in front of the ocean. The space It's in a gated community called Vista Los Sueños inside the resort and marina. This place is unique; it has one of the best views to the beach and the ocean. The living room has a big TV, a great view to the ocean and also has the dining table to look right out at the ocean. It's equipped with a full kitchen so you can make your own meals. It has an air conditioner throughout the condo. The condo is fully equipt and has a BBQ on the terrace and internet all around it. Guest access The guests will have access to the pool in Vista Los Sueños complex and the Beach Club that has pools, jacuzzis and a restaurant right in front of the ocean. located and the famous Los Sueños Marina and golf course. Other things to note I have lived in Costa Rica 18 years and I can help guide you to whatever you want to do at the best prices. A golf cart is highly recommended for getting around locally and can be delivered directly to your door, there are 4 and 6 seater carts. The golf carts can travel all the roads in Costa Rica near the condo because they have a license plate. We can help with tours, and most tour operators will come to the condo and pick you up and bring you back to the condo. There is a 18 hole golf course also in the resort, they also rent clubs if you don't have them. There is a catamaran in the Marina that takes you to Tortuga, a nice island for the day to hang on a nice beach. The marina restaurants also deliver directly to the door. Costa Rica and Los Sueños Resort and Marina is known as one of the best fishing places in the world because there are so many species to catch, we can assist with all your fishing needs. I can also help you with any restaurant recommendations. If you guys need any type of tour i would be more welcome to help you to do it just ask me.

We had an incredible stay at this condo in Los Sueños. The property was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning pool area that felt like a private resort—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. There are a ton of five star reviews on this place for a reason. The view from the condo and pool was incredible. We had Christian (private chef) cook for us and it was totally worth it. Usually on vacation I feel the need to be out of the hotel/Airbnb as much as possible but vegetating on the balcony or in one of the king beds was no punishment. The gym was very close by and had enough to do the job. Notes for future guests: - I recommend the Tortuga Island cruise with Costacat... a bit pricey and I don't have other tours to compare to but it was great - If there is a golf cart in the designated parking spot (5C) be sure to park behind it as opposed to parking in another spot - The dumpster (to empty your trash at the end of your stay) is across the street to the left coming out from the parking area - To get to the gym, take a right out of the parking area, a left at the end of the street, then at the curve near the top of the hill it will be on your right

We’ve stayed in Los Suenos many times and would stay at this condo again. The view is beautiful and the Miramar/AltaVista neighborhood is a nice one up the hill looking down on the bay. What stood out in Phillip’s was a nice taste in furniture and decor. Felt higher end compared to other Los Suenos condos based on the furnishings.

Beautiful and well appointed condo! The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Phillip is a wonderful host. Always responsive, flexible with our travel changes and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend if you are traveling to Los Suenos.

La pasamos genial , el lugar es justo como se describe , Phillip es muy amable y nos recomendó varias cosas , nos encantó estar en su apto es súper cómodo , amplio , organizado tiene todo lo que necesitas para sentirte a gusto y en casa . La vista es espectacular , sin duda regresamos
