We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for the weekend! The house was very spacious and perfect for our large group. We all fit comfortably and still had plenty of room. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the home had all the amenities and equipment we needed during our stay. The pool was a great addition, and the backyard was just as impressive and very spacious with nice furniture to relax and enjoy time together. The homeowner was very kind, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had, which made our stay even better. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Every time we go to Mexico, we stay at Eduardo's and we love this house. Never have any problems. Communication is great. Can't wait to come back next year.!

All communication was outside Airbnb app via his manager. She was quick to respond. We had a few issues after check in. She was able to return and resolve them except for the AC issue. AC didn’t work in a few rooms. She came out once to check and had a maintenance guy come out also on first day to check it out, but it was not fixed. We were too busy, and in & out plus our stay was too short to be making multiple calls to try to get it fixed. Other than that place was great.

the house was big enough for our needs. it was clean and clear of clutter however had very few dishes or standard accommodations that I've had for the price in Rocky point. the bedding and linens were old and few, so although it had room for 10, there were not enough towels, toilet paper, etc for 10. couldn't figure out the dishwasher and the pool had to be cleaned daily which required maintenance during the stay. the furniture was old and needed updating. the communication from Eduardo and his crew may the stay easier and although we wouldn't choose the location again it was a great time in rocky Pt.

We are concerned that your stay has not been satisfactory enough. Thank you for your observations and we will try to improve all the points you mention. I tell you that during their stay, there were several days with strong winds that affected the pool and for that reason additional cleaning had to be done, so that they could use the facilities, with satisfaction during all the days of their stay. In the same way, we would have liked that you had expressed your needs for paper or supplies that are offered without any problem, according to your need. We thank you for your stay and we hope that on another occasion, you will enjoy our city again, with greater satisfaction.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in Rocky point. The house is Beautiful!! We were a family of all ages and all our kids enjoyed every minute of their stay. Eduardo was so helpful and very nice to allow us to check in early due to the heat. We would love to come back soon!!

The house is very spacious, enough space to accommodate a large family. It is located near several places. Everything was very accessible. The check-in was very quick, and any questions I had were answered instantly.

The house itself is beautiful, super spacious, and comfortable. however, it needed maintenance. The house was dusty and had an unpleasant (sewage) smell. We contacted the host, and they did what they could to help with the smell. The air conditioning needed maintenance as well (the filters were dirty). The restroom sinks were clogged, and so was the bathtub. The fridge was not working properly. one lawn chair was broken prior to our visit and was superglued back on. At the time we used it, it collapsed. the garage clicker only opened one door, so we had to manually close the other garage door. not a deal breaker, just a little inconvenient. and the last thing was the host left 12 toilet paper rolls for a family of 15 for 5 days. by day 3, we already needed more. The host said we needed to cover that ourselves. also not a huge deal. However, the price for the rental was not cheap. eventually, they brought us more with trash bags and paper towels we also had to ask for.

Regarding the stock of toilet paper and bags, a basic quantity is always left at home. And of course, we are always on the lookout to solve the needs that arise during your stay. The house itself is amazing! The furniture could use some upgrading (couches/bedroom). The master bathroom is a jacuzzi/shower combo. Very spacious and beautiful but the tub didn’t drain very well. There was an issue with sand in the pipes that caused it to clog. They did have someone come out and address the issue immediately though. It didn’t get fixed 100% but it wasn’t too big a deal. The water pressure in the home dropped the last day we were there. Host and his property manager were quick and responsive with any questions or needs. Overall I would say our stay was pleasant and we would definitely use this property again. My parents and siblings had used it before and recommended it to me. They didn’t have any issues during their stay.

First of all, the pictures don’t do Justice because the home is much bigger in person. Such a beautiful home! My family and I stayed out here for 5 days and the stay was very comfortable. Very clean, peaceful and in a good area. Eduardo and Viri were very welcoming and helpful! We will definitely be coming back! Made us feel right at home! Thank you for a welcoming stay! Definitely recommend! 👍🏼

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group. The pictures really do this home no justice it is spectacular in person. The location is perfect as it is just minutes to downtown and the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Eduardo’s place was awesome! Everything about it was great, from the location to the cleanliness, to the pool. The pool was great and we had a great check in and check out. Great with communication too.

This house was really nice!! My family enjoyed staying here, it was very clean, there was hot water, wifi, Netflix etc... It was very relaxing, we were able to Enjoy our family vacations here, we definitely will be going back for our next vacation.
