Marc was a wonderful host. Any issues that came up he resolved quickly. A great private place to relax. Don't spend your whole trip in a busy noisy city! There are small shops in the neighborhood with basic things and there is a town a $1 tuktuk ride away with many good options to eat out. Mombacho volcano is only 10 minutes away, which makes a great day trip.

Marc is a friendly and welcoming host, available but discreet. I appreciated my stay in this place. The cottage is in an ideal setting for those who love birdsong and tranquility. Lovely property very well maintained with lots of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. Easily accessible even by foot or by bicycle. Small stores nearby. Would definitely recommend

Such an incredible place. I booked for 2 months because I love the place so much. Beautiful nature, lots of privacy/space and a lovely luxury house. Nice to eat some fruits from the trees and the dogs of the owner are really cute. The bed was a bit to hard for me but I bought a softer top deck in the city to make it softer. The host (Marc) is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

Finca Madenina is set away from Granada. It is usually quiet. What to enjoy when you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The cities of Granada, Masaya and Managua are easily accessible by bus. The complex has a swimming pool. Since only 3 other fincas are on the property, you don't have to worry about overcrowding. Overall, the system looks tidied up. The reality is better than the pictures. Marc is a pleasant host.

We stayed for a week at Marc's place. The location is great for relaxing. The pool, the terrace and the large grounds, a must. The two dogs on the property are adorable. It is possible to go to the village (grocery store) without even taking our vehicle (20 minutes' walk). Marc is an excellent host.
