Great place to stay! The units are very nice, the complex is well maintained, the staff are very helpful, and the pool was fabulous! We loved the location for access to the beach, great food, and nearby activities. It was our second time at Puerto Aventuras and we would stay here again if we return.

Spacious place and good location, but we had SO many issues that were not resolved. Host was very slow to respond and referred us to the building’s “admin” who we then separately had to contact. They only fixed one of our MANY issues. WiFi and tv didn’t work. One apt had bedroom lights that wouldn’t turn off and it took a full day to fix (our friend in that room had to bunk with other people for the night), another room’s lights didn’t turn on, AC leaked, one bathroom ceiling leaked, lack of hot water for 80% of our stay… Would’ve been a great stay if these issues were addressed at least!
