The location is phenomenal. The condo complex is immaculate and very safe. The pool is wonderful, and being right on the beach is ideal. Fellow travelers were friendly and great to chat with by the pool. It's about a 20 minute walk on the beach into town. I made the trip many times during my month long stay, often to catch the sunset while eating at a beachside restaurant. I worked remotely from the apartment, and the wifi was perfect most of the time. I did need to use a hotspot on 2 days. The complex has generators that kick in multiple times/week during power outages and power everything, even elevators. The router reboots at that time, but internet reconnects shortly. The apartment was once a 5 stars, and it could be again. The view is the best part. The interior and furniture is very high quality. With a little maintenance it could be perfect again. I raised a number of concerns, and they tried to address a couple of them near the end of my stay.
