It is a nice ocean side walk to town, shops and restaurants or simply relax in the ocean front infinity pool. The condominium provides a safe family oriented environment with 24 hour security and restricted access. The space Uniquely located on the beach with gated security and central ac. Guest access All guests have access to our rooftop lounge located on top of the 6th floor and the beachside lounge area with infinity pool and jacuzzi.

The location is phenomenal. The condo complex is immaculate and very safe. The pool is wonderful, and being right on the beach is ideal. Fellow travelers were friendly and great to chat with by the pool. It's about a 20 minute walk on the beach into town. I made the trip many times during my month long stay, often to catch the sunset while eating at a beachside restaurant. I worked remotely from the apartment, and the wifi was perfect most of the time. I did need to use a hotspot on 2 days. The complex has generators that kick in multiple times/week during power outages and power everything, even elevators. The router reboots at that time, but internet reconnects shortly. The apartment was once a 5 stars, and it could be again. The view is the best part. The interior and furniture is very high quality. With a little maintenance it could be perfect again. I raised a number of concerns, and they tried to address a couple of them near the end of my stay.

We enjoyed a month stay in Richard's condo. Great accommodations, kitchen well equipped to prepare meals, and comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy the ocean view. Easy walking distance into town for restaurants and shopping.

Great location if you want to be near town, but not right in it. Also has a great beach frontage and pool. The view from the balcony is great.
