The place is very nice Easy to get to from the ferry. They provided transportation to and from the ferry to the location, and the property was very nice and well connected to everything. Nellie was always attentive and was very proactive and respectful It made our stay an experience where we put the logistics of the accommodation a bit aside and were able to focus on enjoying ourselves

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here! We spent a little over a week and it was an excellent location. The grounds were beautiful. Nellie was very accommodating and always responsive. We had transportation to and from the airport and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!

Nellie was very professional and super easy to book with. the Paradise Villas are awesome! went with a bunch of our friends and had a great time. it was nice and clean and fun that we were all in the same spot. will definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was available, and the host made the experience smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb. 30 mins from town, so just be aware of the drive!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 nights in June '26 and a fantastic stay. Check-in was smooth and the property is in a great location, just a few minutes past the main road heading to Secret Beach and a pretty easy 25-30min ride to the center of town. The unit itself was very comfortable and everything we needed for a short stay. We also booked a snorkeling excursion with Captain Thomas, who was recommended by Nellie as his boat is docked at the property. We had an incredible time on the excursion and would highly recommend booking with him if you're looking for snorkeling/fishing/etc. Overall, we had an amazing time here and would 1000% return. Only note is we did lose power briefly a few times (which is common to San Pedro), so not specific to this property but would recommend bringing mobile power banks on your trip to charge phones, etc.

We loved our stay at paradise villas!! The location is great and walking distance to everything we needed (grocery stores, restaurants, and ferry terminal). The beach is right outside the villas with a dock to swim and there is a pool at the center of the property. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Staff were super helpful and there was everything we needed to prepare meals. The only things are 1) the table is a bit small and close to the wall, it only fits two people and because it is secured in place one person is very close to the wall. 2) the shower was slightly low pressure and was difficult to rinse hair. Overall though we had a great experience; our villa was very clean, rooms were comfortable, wifi worked great, and we were central to all of our activities. The complimentary pick from the airport and drop off at the ferry were very much appreciated!

Good place to stay. You are in among the bustle of San Pedro, but just set back enough to avoid the noise. Pool is good and access to waterfront. Host was very helpful and sorted out golf carts for us straight away. There was included pick up and drop off to the airport and very responsive in all messaging.

Wonder stay wonderful host

Nellie's place was a wonderful spot for our family of four including two kids age 11 and 14. We enjoyed the pool and swimming at the end of the pier in front of the property. We loved how close the property was to restaurants and shopping. The host was wonderful! Great communication, we asked for help during our stay and Nellie didn't hesitate to accommodate our needs. We appreciated the complimentary pickup from the ferry. We highly recommend this location to others.

We had a great time staying at Nellie’s place. Staff were so helpful. We were picked up and dropped off at our travel locations. Nellie helped us navigate every step of our travel. She even helped us with our list luggage. The location is perfect and we were very comfortable staying at Nellie’s place.

Truly my best Airbnb experience to date. They arranged transportation for us, made sure we had everything we needed, responded in a timely manner, and kept the space clean and accessible to all the best places in town. I would book again with them in a heartbeat.
