Karissa's house has an unbeatable location, right on the beach overlooking Isla Cerralvo. The property is impeccable and spectacular. We would definitely love to stay at this house again!

Our family of nine loved this beautiful place. The house itself is gorgeous and roomy, plus there’s a smaller house that was great for two of our people. It’s right on the beach so it’s easy to access, plus fun to watch the shoreline from the house. Every appliance you can imagine was available to make it easy to prepare meals. The air conditioning was perfect and certainly made the hot July sun bareable. Even though it’s off season, several little shops were open and close by. To top it off, the house was immaculate and the grounds were well-kept. I highly recommend this amazing place!

Karissa was a great host, the house is amazing for a kiteboarding weekend, the location can be best in the center of el sargento. Amazing views and everything in the house works well! It’s our second year and will book again for next year. Thanks for an amazing weekend.

This has got to be the most well-appointed Airbnb in Mexico! We felt like we had all the things from home...yet were on the most beautiful beach in Baja. I can't speak highly enough of the house, the team, the experience. Just wow. It's a TRUE 5 star property!

This was our third year staying here and it feels more like home each time. The interior spaces are comfortable and spacious, but the outdoor space is the real showstopper. Many of us appreciated the beachside location for wing foiling, while others enjoyed watching the action from the hot tub or reading a book on the patio. The proximity to Oscaritos for daily shopping needs is also perfect. We can’t get enough of beautiful El Sargento and this home is truly something special. Thanks to Karissa and family, as well as the caretakers, for sharing this space with us! We hope to return again!

Another awesome stay at our favorite place in La Ventana area. Very comfortable, well furnished and absolutley perfect location right on the beach in El Sargento. Exceptional for both kiters and wingers (super close and easy put in access) as well as non kiters who just want to sit in the hot tub and watch the action on the water. Will be booking again for next year for sure!

I’ve been coming down to La Ventana for 10 years. This is by far the best place I’ve stayed. Some friends and I get together down in La Ventana a couple times a year to kite. The beach out front of this property is a Kiter’s dream. And the home couldn’t be more perfect. Everything you need to have a relaxing time. Amazing stay! House is great with a very good location, and very well equipped. Hosts were very responsive and left very clear instructions for every aspect of our stay.

We had a really great time. It was incredible views. Very clean Karissa was very helpful especially with it being our first trip to Mexico .we had an absolute wonderful time . Can’t wait to return next year!

Karissa was the best host and the house was wonderful. We had a group together for a fishing trip and Karissa was very communicative and helpful before and during the trip in answering questions, helping to arrange for meals, and generally making the entire stay enjoyable and easy. The home is beautiful and everything was exactly as advertised. Karissa went above and beyond in helping work out logistics for the excellent meals we had prepared at the house. Highly recommend and hope we can come back one day!

The caaa is excellent. The duvets have it on at 100, it's as if you were invited to their own house. Definitely from the best houses in the place. Everything works excellently. Karissa's service was excellent and she was on the lookout for the things we need. We were 10 very comfortable people.

Excellent option to have a spectacular vacation, Karissa was always ready for our requirements, I recommend us to help us with food, which makes our stay easier. The place is super equipped for everything you may need. We will definitely come back

Our group of ten had the best stay in this beautiful compound. The location right on the beach was perfect for water sports, and we appreciated the available gear for snorkeling etc. Being able to walk to the market and nearby restaurants made meal planning simple, plus the kitchen is great for cooking group meals. The ocean views, comfy beds, and hot tub made for a perfect week of relaxation. Thanks to Karissa for being such an attentive host and making our time in La Ventana so special.

Beautiful house right on the beach. Our extended family stayed there over the holidays. Great kitchen for lots of home cooking, and can’t beat the location. Kids could walk down the beach to some tasty ice cream, and the morning and evening were perfect for swimming. When the wind picks up you can watch the kiteboarding too! Hot tub was lovely, and the staff were very responsive even over Xmas. The town is easy to navigate for gringos for sure. Highly recommended!!

Our stay was amazing! It is actually better than the photos and greatly exceeded our expectations. The space was excellent for our family to gather in the large, open, living-dining-kitchen space with gorgeous ocean views. The ample outdoor patio space and rooftop decks provided multiple options for lounging. The house was well appointed with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds are particularly comfy. We had a one-year old with us and were surprised to find one of the bedrooms was fully stocked with childrens' toys and books. Each bedroom had a desk and the WiFi is very fast, so no worries if you have to work during part of your stay. There is a separate 2-bedroom fully equipped apartment directly behind the main house. Also well equipped with a surprisingly large kitchen, perfect for those looking for a little extra privacy away from the main house. We highly recommend this Airbnb - you will not be disappointed!

This is really a superb property! The villa is spectacular, has a nice vibe & amazing views. The beds and sheets are super comfy. The house is well equipped and the hosts are generous with the sports gear they leave for the guests. Its perfectly located right on the beach with a minimart conveniently close. Karissa was very responsive and helpful. All in all a great experience!

Wonderful gem in El Sargento, North from La Ventana. The principal house is just perfection, all rooms with views to the sea and the beach, super super quiet, high quality, like new and so clean. The central common space is gorgeous and for those of us who like cooking, the kitchen is stocked to perfection, with everything you need! If you stay in the little house behind, please bring earplugs. Several roosters will start singing around 3am/4am and that's a bit hard. I did not manage to get used to the loud singing during my stay (1 week), but this is in no way anyone's fault. It's a truly amazing, I can highly recommend it and would come again. This is not a place made to make money, but someone's home that they are sharing with you, it's paradise.

The host made sure to leave a lot of thoughtful things that made our stay more enjoyable, books for children, toys for the beach... the kitchen has everything you need, 2 different outdoor grills... lots of details!!!! Really loved it :)
