The condos as said in many other reviews has several maintenance issues, but if you are that picky the place is perfect for a family vacation. We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful location and neighborhood. We loved exploring shops and restaurants, all very close to the condo. We were a big group that stayed in condo 202 and 203. As other reviewers have mentioned, the condos are in need of general maintenance. One of the AC units in 202 dripped water all week. Multiple kitchen cabinets in 203 are falling off their hinges. Even with the need of repairs we enjoyed out stay at John's place and spent lots of time floating in the water and snorkeling. Puerto Aventuras is a great place for families, highly recommend and would go back.
